When I first joined The Exercise Coach in Worthington, I was going through a lot — both in business and in my personal life. This place truly became a light in the dark for me.
I’ll admit, some of my gym buddies laughed and said it wasn’t a “real gym” or that it wouldn’t work. But after nearly two years of consistent training with their program, I proved them wrong — hitting my long-time bench press goal of 315 lbs, something I had chased for years without success.
The staff here is incredible: detail-oriented, supportive, and genuinely understanding — but they also push you when you need it. The program is efficient (just 20 minutes a session), effective, and adaptable for everyone: from competitive athletes to seniors just wanting to stay active.
I’d recommend The Exercise Coach Worthington to anyone serious about improving their fitness and overall health. There’s truly no better feeling than walking out of a tough session knowing you just crushed it — and still have plenty of time left in your day.

I’ve been going to the Exercise Coach for well over a year and it has been a great experience for me. I’m recently retired and working on my golf game and the strength, conditioning, and flexibility that I’ve been able to get from just two twenty-minute workouts a week has been fantastic. And the coaches are awesome! They are all very knowledgeable and are great at tailoring personalized workouts to individual needs. The theory and data-driven technology behind the machines is totally unique and optimized to get the most out of every movement. I’m in better shape than I have been in years, my weight is down, and my body feels so much better than it did after jogging or lifting weights. I highly recommend this program to anyone - these guys are good!!

I have been a member since January 2020. My husband and I go together two mornings a week. I need an appointment to be accountable to exercise. The staff is very encouraging and enthusiastic. The facility is immaculate.

I want to thank the exercise program and all the coaching staff at The Exercise Coach, especially Braeden, Hunter and Gavin. They are so positive and encouraging, and always have a smile on their faces. My journey has been slow and steady. I feel stronger and healthier and I managed to lose a few pounds and gain muscle. I'm still battling to get to my goals, but I can always count on them to help me and encourage me. The exercise coach program and all of the strength building machines help keep me motivated while getting stronger. I love the fact that I have a crazy schedule, but they always manage to squeeze me in. Going to stay strong and keep at it because I know that it works! Thank you to the Exercise Coach and all of the staff!

The Exercise Coach is an amazing gym for those who might be intimated by other gym-type environments. The coaches are friendly and encouraging, and the small group workouts are fun. I’m definitely stronger and healthier, and the appointments hold me accountable to show up.

I love the Worthington studio! The trainers are amazing and push me just the right amount. They are flexible and on time and I'm getting stronger even with only 2-20 minute workouts per week. They are welcoming and accommodating and I cannot recommend it enough!

I reached out to The Exercise Coach Worthington to inquire about getting an InBody scan to begin my own journey to personal health.
The owner and staff invited me to come in so they could share helpful nutrition information that would assist in correcting my dietary habits and to show me some exercises I could do at home on my own.
Upon arrival the owner took the time to help me identify and solidify my goal, and to prepare for potential obstacles.
I was given helpful advice and coaching with no strings attached!
Their team also walked me through their personal training strategy and how they use advanced in technology to create an effective and efficient weight training program dialed in to my own body type.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and the equipment was the best I've ever used.
To summarize, I walked in to get a few numbers to start a journey on my own, I walked out after 2 free sessions armed with new knowledge, motivation and understanding of how to combine nutrition, bodily fitness, and mental care into a complete long term health goal.

Fantastic workout which only requires 20 minutes, 2x a week. I wasn’t sure it would give me the results I want but it does! Coaches are all great people and very encouraging. They also have quarterly challenges & other support for nutrition such as free recipes, newsletters etc. It’s more expensive than a family membership at the YMCA but honestly, I had a YMCA membership and had not been using it so that was a waste of $ anyway. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach!

I've never been a gym person, but I've been working out at this location for a little over 3 months now. It's challenging enough to see some results, and easy enough to convince myself to go consistently twice a week. The trainers and the small atmosphere are also great and I love that the machines customize your strength curves based on exactly where you're at.

The Exercise Coach philosophy makes it easy to exercise. The machines gauge your performance, so you can see how you improve each time. Besides being very friendly, the staff are always there to assist, answer questions, and make sure exercises are done in the proper form. And it only takes 20 minutes each time.

There’s nothing wrong starting a new type of workout at 53! Awesome experience. Take advantage of the trial and you’ll be hooked. I’ve never done personal training before but now I get it. Joe has been amazing helping me get the max out of this workout and setting realistic expectations. It’s only 20 minutes but you accomplish so much in that time frame. A great addition to our Worthington community!
