Where do I even begin. Several years of different gyms and there is a reason The Fitness Movement stands out. So many classes to choose from, so much equipment to "play" with lol and to top it all off is Trisha. She has a passion for fitness and it shows. The way she guides and trains with passion and care, is something to admire. She sets the tone for an inviting atmosphere and a place for all people, all on different levels in their journey to fitness. Overall, everyone (gym goers and the other trainers) are kind and inviting and if you have a goal, you will have encouragement and support from all! Come join us at one of our classes! Im sure you will fall in love as well!

As someone who didn’t enjoy working out, I have found that the variety of classes, instructors, and the positive atmosphere make it easy to keep coming back. TFM is a place for people with all types of goals, and the classes are fun. Childcare is a bonus 🤩

In late summer 2024, my schedule changed and after working out at home for 3 years, I decided it was time to make a change and join a gym. I tried several others before I tried TFM, but after trying a few classes, I was hooked! I was initially hooked because of the variety of fun classes offered. But I continue to be hooked because of the community and encouragement consistently given here. **BONUS: there’s free childcare offered with your membership, and as a busy mom of multiple children, this added bonus allows me the opportunity to take care of myself. 🥰

If you are looking for a place that will quickly feel like family, this is the place to be! In late July 2023, a short 4 months ago, I blindly purchased a 90-day unlimited class pass. I knew after month 1, I would be joining as a permanent member. Body Pump, Body Combat, Bootcamp, Pound, Abs, Friday Dance Class are all my favs! Modifications galore and most importantly loads of fun with great people!! Morning and evening options but I am bias the Morning Folks are THE BEST! 20lbs down since joining and counting!

8 weeks ago, I joined the Fitness Movement. I’ve always enjoyed working out, but this place is next level. I wasn’t looking for a community, just classes that I enjoyed. But the excitement here is contagious and I’m obsessed. There’s no other gym that I would get out of bed 😴 for a 5:30 am class. There’s no other place that I would be out of my comfort zone trying a dance class. 💃
I thought I was just joining a gym, turns out I was joining a community and finding a passion ❤️🔥for strengthening my body. Being willing to be bad at something new. Pushing beyond limits and mindset.

My friend gave me a month’s membership for Xmas last year. I started in January and here I am 11 months later loving this place. The instructors are all so knowledgeable and positive. They offer multiple different classes several times a week. One of the best gym’s I’ve been to.

This place is great. Trisha is the real deal. She knows what she is doing and will guide you thru everything. She will help correct posture give you alternative options if you need them. She takes time to talk to you and explain why we do things the way we do so you fully understand the process. The members are friendly and help and encourage each other. I signed up @ THE FITNESS MOVEMENT because It's really close to my house. I've stayed a member for the variety of classes offered, the new friends that keep me motivated AND the personal trainer experience. If I'm not bending my knees, or lifting properly, Trish wil let me know!!. ALL THE COACHES are extremely helpful, the Facebook page is motivating and I love working out with my fellow 530 am members. You won't find a better gym Tribe to Belong too, I guarantee it!

The best place for group classes! I love Body Pump and Body Flow. Instructors are amazing and create a great learning atmosphere. It is a great community full of great people, trying to improve themselves while lifting each other up. Every class and experience I have has been so positive and I am seeing great results! The fitness movement is the perfect gym for me! I’ve tried traditional gyms and I just don’t know what to do with myself while I’m there. The fitness movement is judgement free and dare I say… fun. I’ve never in my life actually enjoyed going to a gym until now. Their structured classes are exactly what I need. It’s motivating and educational the whole way. I’m still learning proper form- I appreciate the coaches explaining not only what we’re doing and how but how it should feel when done correctly. Trisha Justice and The Fitness Movement came into my life at the perfect time. I was ready to start adding some strength training to my workouts and really didn’t know where to begin. Trisha is the most supportive and understanding person I have ever met. She will help with modifications without having to ask. She will check in to make sure you are doing ok through out the session and makes you feel like she is there to help YOU! You may come in a stranger but you will leave a sweaty mess with a smile on your face and a bunch of people supporting you that you never even knew existed.
Go and take 1 class… It will be the best thing you do for yourself and you will WANT to keep going back for more.

There are no adequate words to describe this gym and the people, but I will give it a try........first, Trisha not only helps you be better she makes you WANT to be better. She makes sure we are doing things correctly and once you do and you see the look on her face! I've never known anyone before so passionate about what she does and her passion to teach what she knows. I am not the most coordinated person so moves don't always come naturally to me and its okay :) The classes I have taken with her are Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Balance. I LOVE the Sh'bam class with Heidi. She makes me smile the whole entire time. You don't realize how much of a work out you're getting dancing. Pound class with Mandy is great! She's makes it more fun and is really good at clear instructions so we don't get mixed up (which is easy for some of us lol). Yoga with Amber.....her calming spirit and energy is a gift! It is the perfect yoga class to stretch, unwind, and find a peaceful calmness that Amber will help you find within you. I have not taken a boot camp class yet with Jeff, but I here he's awesome! The gym is very clean. The app is easy to use. Sooo..... I love this place.

This is truly a judgment free workout center. Trisha the owner is decided to motivating you with love, encouragement and praise. She makes the time fly by and is so fun to work with. I have not worked out since chasing toddlers. Now that I’m 47 it was time to take my heath back. I’ve tried other things and nothing has gotten me this excited. I look so forward to the next session. I even got up for the 5:30 a.m class. The perfect way to start your day.

When I heard Trish was opening a gym, I immediately canceled my Spenga Membership. She is an EXCELLENT coach and instructor. Body Pump is an incredible workout! It can be as challenging as you want it to be. It is for all levels of fitness. If you want change you have to walk through the door! It will happen. Try it, you'll be hooked. She welcomed me with such a positive, fun and motivating energy, I was actually excited to try her class. She did not disappoint!!!
