The Fitness Studio and Melissa are fantastic; I have taken the beginner pilates / reformer classes several times now and she always switches things up and makes each class fun and interesting with new stuff to do! She has a lot of positive encouraging energy and also I never know what is next. I get a great workout and it is customizable as to how much of a workout you get based on what springs you use on the reformer. There is a mat class as well which I took once, and I thought it was pretty challenging, but Melissa works with you no matter what your fitness level is to keep you going. I highly recommend the Fitness Studio!

I’m brand new to the world of Pilates, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction than with Melissa at The Fitness Studio! She was referred to me by one of my physicians, and from our very first conversation, I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients.

Melissa took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and learn about my medical and physical history before I even stepped into the studio. During the orientation, she shared fascinating insights about the history and principles of Pilates and patiently walked us through each piece of equipment so we felt completely comfortable.

Melissa is a very good Pilates instructor, she is very passionate & knowledgeable, she is hands on, she will modify moves as needed if you have issues with injuries or you are recovering from injuries or surgery. This class has been amazing for my healing from knee surgery as I’m getting stronger with each class, even days when my knee is sore, I’ll go for the good stretches that will continue to be helpful in strengthening my knee. If you stay consistent with classes you will see a difference in your body and mental health! I’m so glad I found Melissa and The Fitness Studio!!!
