I went to my first class today and really enjoyed. Lauren was great! It’s a definitely great workout and I highly recommend it.

Now that I have been going for almost 4 months, I have to say I have been pleased with the results and just love the people I work out with and the instructors. Highly recommend still!

So it’s been 15 months and it’s really been a great toner overall and I really recommend it! With the addition of the versas , it’s been a great combination of cardio, strength and toning.

Now it’s been over 2 years and 750 classes later, I cannot say enough great things about this studio! The instructors are all great! They care and make sure you are using the correct form. There are huge selections of class times to accommodate any schedule. I have been very pleased with my workouts and how I feel and look. Highly recommend!

The lagree/versa class is really good. Half of the class is lagree, the other half you're on the versa. The versa is an excellent way to get my cardio in and not too hard on my knees. I try to do a lagree/versa class 1-2x per week when I'm in town. I love the combo!

The best full body workout you never knew you needed! It’s like Pilates on steroids. The mega reformer will work your core, obliques, upper and lower body in places you’ve never worked before. After almost 3 years of consistently attending classes I still get sore. My favorite are the mega/versa combo classes so I can finish my workout with a good sweat. The versa climber is an intense, low-impact machine that burns a ton of calories in a short time. The instructors are so friendly and welcoming and always make sure you’re getting the most out of your workout. 10/10 recommend this studio!!

I was recently introduced to the versaclimber and when I found out Lagree Method was the first studio in Columbus to offer classes I knew I had to go! First off, everyone from Lauren, the owner, to all the instructors are so friendly and welcoming!

I love the versaclimber because it’s low impact, effective cardio while also fun to move with the beat of the songs! I’ve also been getting more time on the megaformer and I’m OBSESSED. I workout frequently but this burn is like no other. Highly recommend if you’re looking to spice up your fitness routine.

I recently decided to check out reformer Pilates and it only took one class for me to become obsessed! I love the Lagree Method! I started going last year in preparation for my wedding, and it was the best decision. Even after I got married, I have continued to go. It's one of the only workout classes I have stayed consistent with! All the instructors are great, and I love that they each bring their own music and individuality to their classes. Lagree Method has the sturdy, high end megaformers which I vastly prefer to the cheaper ‘mini’ models. They added Versa climbers and combo classes which is a nice option for cardio. Studio is bright, light and airy. Instructors are great. Very friendly and fun vibe.

The workout is great and I’ve been here twice, however there is a mean girl undertone at this studio especially for new people which is odd because most people are in their 30s. I thought I was the only one but I asked someone else who also has tried this studio and they felt the same way. I unfortunately won’t be coming back because of this. I started regularly going to the Lagree Method earlier this year and have noticed such a transformation already. I’ve always been into intense cardio/weight training workouts and my body started wearing down a bit on me. I wanted to look for something low impact and had tried Lagree in the past so I decided to give it a try. I’m now addicted. These workouts are intense, but low impact. I was asked to go to a workout class with a friend of mine. I had never heard of this before and wanted to try it out. While I was intimidated by the machine as I have never done a workout like this before, I have to say that Lauren was SO helpful the entire time. She made sure I was doing every move correctly. I have gone twice now and Lauren was very helpful both times. My instructor both times has been Sara and she is constantly walking around as well making sure you are doing the positions correctly. This works muscles I didn't know I had! Such a great low impact but effective workout! I'm taking a fundamentals class this weekends, definitely looking forward to it!!

I have been loving this new workout! I feel much stronger after trying it for a few weeks. I am hesitant to do any high intensity classes at the gym because it would cause stiffness and soreness for me afterwards. I feel great after each Lagree workout and I don't feel my old knee pain. I can get the high intensity with Lagree without any jumping or jolting exercises. A bonus is the owners and all of the instructors have been so friendly and helpful!

I've been going to The Lagree Method since the soft opening, and every class is better than the previous. The instructors do a great job giving clear, concise direction as some of the movements are new. The owners are usually walking around assisting during class to offer modifications and pointers. The machines look intimidating at first, but the free intro class will put your mind at ease and have you ready to join the regular classes. I'm very particular about playlists, and the music always puts me in a great mood and makes the class that much more enjoyable.

Latest Obession= LAGREE METHOD!!! I love to try new gyms when they open and have a new experience. I typically love running, Peloton, Shred, etc.... This was an AWESOME workout! I could not believe how hard it was and how much my muscles were shaking!
I loved the focus on core muscles which are ones I always cheat on. Hahaha!

I would highly reccomend the Lagree Method- do NOT be intimidated by the reformers, I had never used one before. The instructors were great at a quick demo and continually show you correct form to optimize your workout.

Lauren and Ryan are so knowledgeable about Lagree. I had never tried it before but they put me at ease and took the time to show proper form and help me through the class. It went by so fast, but I'm looking forward to doing it again! This is the best workout - low impact but effective and the results are impressive. If you are looking for long lean lines and toning then this can't be missed! Get yourself over to the best new studio in Dublin, OH.

I LOVE the Lagree Method! Before coming here, I had only been to a few other Lagree classes. The owners, studio, and instructors are SO welcoming! As someone new to Lagree, the instructors are mindful in providing modifications and suggestions to improve form. They offer plenty of class times at good prices too! I've taken classes with several instructors and they are all amazing! It's good enough that I'm willing to drive from GV to Dublin twice a week for the classes!

Love TLM! Great facility, equipment, workout instructors and owners! I have knee and shoulder issues-back too. And this workout was easy on my joints but I was sweating and my legs and arms were shaking.

The Lagree Method is exactly what I have been looking for in a workout, but haven’t been able to find in Columbus/Dublin. High intensity, Low Impact! The studio is in a great location with ample parking, the trainers are fantastic and the workout is even better! So happy they came to Dublin!
