I scheduled an AromaTouch session on the day after I returned from a work trip and knew I my stress level would be through the roof! After the session I walked out feeling much calmer, more balanced, and with a renewed sense of well-being. I loved the whole experience, from Michelle's calming presence, the soothing music and pleasant aroma of the essential oils.

I met Michelle after signing up for her yoga classes. She is a very genuine soul. I’ve attended several of her led group hikes and found we both have a passion for fitness and wellbeing. I’m a runner so when I severely jammed my toe I knew I needed to reach out to her. She applied ANF Therapy and I had significant reduction with the swelling and bruising. Plus improved range of motion. I’m very pleased with the results and excited to get back to my training.
