I can’t say enough about this program and the people. Kevin has been training me off/on for over 13yrs. I wouldn’t stay or keep coming back if they didn’t deliver. They honestly care about your goals and help you achieve them that is realistic for you. It’s a safe place for a beginner or a pro wanting to tweak or get started. I have learned new tools to help me navigate a healthy lifestyle in all situations. Highly recommend this gym!

I have been training with The Mason Transformation Center for just over a year. When I started training with Kevin I had significant knee pain, which I went to PT for a few weeks, and I knew I needed to continue building strength to be pain free. I also had some weight I needed to shed to reduce pressure on my knees. I have always struggled with carrying extra weight and have tried everything, WW, Jenny Craig, Optavia, Atkins, the big box gym membership, ect. They all worked in the short term but they never changed my mindset or lifestyle in a way that I could make a permanent change. Kevin helped me see a better way. I learned the value of eating whole foods and committing to training three days a week, two days at MTC and one day on my own. I completed two challenges to learn better eating habits. MTC has helped me learn about macros and how to adjust them to meet my goals. At no point over the past year have I felt like I shouldn’t eat something or a food was off limits. The focus is on consistency over perfection. It’s ok to have the birthday cake or the meal out, just jump back to the healthy habits right after. I am proud to say that my knee pain is gone, I have gained so much strength, lost just over 15 pounds and have lowered my total cholesterol 100 points.
At MTC the training groups are kept small which allow for a personalized program without a trainer watching just you for 45 minutes. The camaraderie of the small group I train with is amazing! The members provided motivation and support to each other. I can’t imagine not having a group of like minded ladies to train with. There is good conversation, laughter and sometimes slightly heavier kettlebells left at stations by members to challenge each other. My first session I couldn’t do a 30 second plank and worked up to 2 minutes. Kevin recently asked if I ever was able to do a pull up. My answer was “No, but I would love to be able to do one!” So my goal now is to work toward an unassisted pull up. Kevin is working with me to build the strength needed to reach this goal each session. After a few weeks I am already making progress. Training is now just something I look forward to doing and has become a habit. I can’t imagine not training at MTC and plan to continue as long as possible.

I have really enjoyed the Mason Transformation Center online workouts. I began because of the pandemic lock down and have continued because they are so helpful and convenient. I've noticed a significant change in my body since starting over a year ago. I am stronger, I have more definition in my arms, back and shoulders, I have energy, and I sleep better too. As a woman just starting her sixties, it mattered to me to add weight lifting to my life. I've been a runner for years. Adding weight lifting has meant that I even feel stronger when I run!
The best part of the workouts is how encouraging the staff is. I always feel like the exercises are tailored to each of us, there's a great camaraderie among members, and Kevin, in particular, is good at celebrating each of our efforts.

For a long time I have known more about what I should be doing with food, than what I have actually been doing. Likewise, my workouts had slipped into a habit that was not pushing me toward any new growth. It was way too easy to ignore the small, everyday behaviors that I had fallen into. I joined the Mason Transformation Center to take part in a challenge they were offering. The challenge provided the perfect opportunity to press the reset button—to challenge everything—my eating habits, my physical behavior, and my mindset.
I was somewhat excited to start the challenge, and I knew it was an effort that was long overdue on my part. Still, I was surprised that my excitement, commitment, and determination grew as the challenge went on. I am exhilarated by my weight loss, and I am looking forward to riding this momentum for even better results. One of my biggest joys has been achieving greater mobility in my shoulder and a lessening of the chronic pain that had become a part of my life.
As the official challenge came to a close, I was eager to continue my personal challenge—improved eating, a more rigorous physical regimen, and a mindset that I can do and be anything. Continuing at the MTC has changed my life—the longer I do this, the less of a challenge it becomes!

"I am so glad that I found MTC when I wasn’t even looking for a gym. I saw an ad for the Little Black Dress Challenge for six weeks. I’m not sure what got into me (I don’t work out at all). I thought maybe I could do this if only for six weeks. I decided to jump in with both feet working out 5 times a week 😮. I love that I am losing weight and feeling stronger. Ben and Kevin are amazingly supportive as are the community of people that work out there. Five times a week is hard, but three times a week will be great as I move forward and continue beyond this six week challenge."

It's not just the workouts, Kevin gave me support in and out of the gym: always answering texts, sending pictures and getting feedback, seeing the positive when I didn't feel positive, and really hearing what I was saying.
Kevin helped me a lot to create smaller, achievable goals rather than an all or nothing approach. "I want to lose 15lbs, now!" But he would ask me to focus on the here an now, "what are you going to do this weekend to see success: drink more water? Get more sleep?"
I came from a history of Jenny Craig, weight watchers, sugar free, non fat food, which was not only unrealistic but not healthy. Kevin taught me to eat real food and retrained myself how to eat mindfully. I started eating slower, tasting the food I was eating, eating until I was comfortably full, and ultimately realizing I was over eating and obsessing about food.
There was a lot of work done on my mentality about food: using food for celebrations, using food when it was a hard day, and eating food because I was bored. I realized I was reaching for food even when I wasn't hungry, I had to really check in with my body and realize whether I was truly hungry or not.
I lost 15lbs in probably the healthiest way I've ever done in my life. I can't call it a diet, because it doesn't feel like that deprivation and hunger I felt in the past. I feel so confident and truly comfortable in my body! It's not just about working out and eating healthy, I've never felt this good physically AND mentally before! I would not have been successful without Kevin's guidance and support, thank you Kevin!"

Kevin and Ben have been my health and fitness saviors for the last 7 months! The support, motivation and encouragement I have received from them has been a life changing experience for me. I am stronger, both physically and mentally, healthier and so much more confident than I was when I started. I just finished my 1st 4 Week Challenge with them and the great community at the gym. Not only did I lose 7 lbs, but my whole mindset has shifted into the positive regarding my health and what I'm capable of! These guys are the best cheerleaders! They know when to push me to go harder, or lift heavier, but they also know when to help me modify an exercise, all without judgement. I have truly come a long way in these 7 months and I am excited to see how far this journey with them will take me. I'm stronger, I feel younger(!) and my confidence is soaring! I owe it all to Kevin and Ben, and their genuine, caring and encouraging training style. I knew from my 1st conversation with Ben and my assessment day with Kevin, that I had found something very special, and I'm so grateful that I found them!

"When I started, I was not sure if I would have the energy or stamina to get back into things. I had been pretty weak and it seems counterintuitive, but getting started almost seemed harder than doing nothing. Since I joined, you have been very supportive and right away I felt comfortable with the approach. The proximity to home is great, and I love being around people my own age.
I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength since starting. I am really happy that I have bounced back so quickly in some areas.
Truthfully, I know all the things I should be doing, I just have a hard time prioritizing or following them on my own. But the reinforcement of what and how to do in a non-judging atmosphere is really the most valuable thing for me.

When I first started, I was fearful that I wouldn’t connect with you guys and that it would be something that I wouldn’t follow through with. I also felt guilty about spending the money on myself to do this so I was beating myself up about that. The main challenge is simply the distance of getting to the facility. Prior to connecting with you, the fears, frustrations, and challenges were just getting myself back into a workout routine and sticking with it. My mind is not as old as my body so I tend to think I can do things I used to do in the past. However, that is not possible. So when I tried to workout like I used to, I failed miserably. This led me to quit for a while before trying again another time.
From day one, you and Kevin have been amazing. I have felt welcomed and most importantly not intimidated. I am very self-conscious about myself and my body but you have never made me feel bad. As a matter of fact, you make me feel like I can accomplish whatever I set my mind to. Your encouragement and willingness to work around my old lady body pain is amazing and I’m so grateful for this.
My clothes are already a bit loose which is so exciting to me. Also, I have avoided looking at myself in the mirror for so many years but I am doing that again. I get excited about working out and am motivated to do it. Overall, I am already feeling more confident and cannot wait to feel even better about myself.
I am truly grateful for you, not only for the encouragement during workouts but also for the extra texts or replies to emails that you give. I don’t feel like I’m just a number. Thank you so much!

I was referred to Ben by a friend and someone
I have a lot of respect for. He helped her achieve her goals and then some!
I have been to other trainers in the past and
they try to over do it from the beginning or train me like I am preparing for a competition and I end up not continuing.
I wanted to gain strength in my legs, arms and core to make my body “work” for me in the future.
Ben is extremely patient, he listens but also pushes me. After 3 months I can feel myself getting stronger and I look forward to going every week.

I did the Win the Day 6-week challenge and enjoyed every bit of it. Ben and Kevin are great coaches and trainers. Their workouts were varied and challenging and they are skilled at working with each individual from their own fitness level and still pushing each person for results.

I just passed my one year anniversary with LTTC and I have to tell you, I am a different person than I was a year ago. Both physically and mentally. I feel better in a lot of ways. I think Kevin and Ben have done a terrific job with all of us, especially during these difficult times we've been living in. They have been so creative and found ways to adapt and keep us going, even at home. They genuinely care about making a difference in people's lives and it shows. In one year I have lost 28 pounds, 21 inches, 3 clothing sizes, I feel freer in my body, less aches and pains, and just feel better. Thanks guys!

Where do I even start with this awesome duo, Ben and Kevin!
I have been training with Ben for two years since the beginning and it's one of the best decisions I have chosen in life. I started my journey with Ben right after my grandfather had 2 mini strokes. After the traumatic event happened I knew it was time for change and take charge of my health and make myself a priority. When meeting with Ben, we started off slow and with the basics with exercise then we started the food tracking. I have tried several different ways including calorie counting to figure out what works best and makes me feel the best too. With that it made the biggest difference of how I feel and perform. Ben makes this change a whole lifestyle approach mentally and physically to make sure you are successful. When roadblocks come up, Ben is right there to help and to reassure me that things are going to get better and I am doing the right thing even when it does feel like it. But he is also there to celebrate all the successes and personal records you achieve too.
I just wrapped up my third challenge with LTTC and it is amazing. The camaraderie and support you get from the trainers and the other challenge members, there is no reason for you to not see results. I truly recommend checking out this fitness center for all your fitness needs. You will not be disappointed.

I have always been into exercise and working out and am very motivated to do the work so have never joined a health club, gym or had a personal trainer. After shoulder surgery I was not happy with how I looked and wanted to strengthen and tone my arms after being given the go ahead 9 months after surgery. Thanks to a friend, I found LTTC. The workouts were varied – working different parts of my body, and they were fun! I really liked working out in small groups – the camaraderie and laughter during work outs is so motivating. After 3 months of working out, I felt and looked much better! In addition, – I was completely amazed and blown away with a major change in my left knee. I’ve always been a runner, had both knees reconstructed many years ago, and now many years of running after that have taken their toll and I’ve been getting Euflexxa injections in my left knee. In about the same 3 month time period, I went from having to hold on to the railing for support and to alleviate pain, to pretty much being able to run up and down the stairs…there’s still some pain, but my legs are so much stronger and support the knee with much less pain. This is something that I was totally unprepared for and am continually blown away with how good the knee feels. I had cut down the length of my weekend longer runs and have now gone back up to 8-9 miles on a weekend – and loving it! I don’t even have the words to express how great I feel and how thankful I am to Ben for his patience, encouragement and modifying where needed. After years of paying for a personal trainer for my son, I finally did it for myself and couldn’t be more thrilled that I made the commitment and found the right place!

I have been a member of Liberty Township Transformation Center since May of 2019, and I just finished up a 6 week "Little Black Dress Challenge". Back in May I was at a point in my life where I was feeling frustrated with how I looked and felt, and my age catching up with me, so I got online and started looking for a personal trainer or someone to help me get in shape. I was referred to LTTC and met Ben and was immediately encouraged and knew I was in the right place for me. Ben was caring, kind, and very genuine.
Since that time I have been seeing positive changes in myself in many ways over and over. I consider this a lifetime change, a new me, not just a short term diet or weight loss program, there are plenty of those around. This is different, Ben and Kevin truly care about helping the people they work with and it shows.
I have been consistently losing about a pound a week, 26 pounds to date, with a bit more to go, and lost many inches, I get compliments on how I look, but the real changes have happened on the inside. I am a different person, I have more confidence in myself, feel younger, more powerful, stronger and healthier. I am able to deal with stress better, and just moving and doing things that I couldn't do before. I feel like I am truly reversing the clock. And it's not just about working out, it's a diet change too, getting healthier from the inside out. And the recipes they provide are actually really tasty and easy. I actually enjoy eating whole clean foods now, and how it makes me feel.
I'm not one to workout or exercise much, other than walking/hiking with my dog, so I need the motivation and encouragement I'm getting from LTTC. Ben is so positive, happy, always smiling and cheer leading me on, it makes it fun and I believe I can do it. I tend to be negative with myself a lot but I have not ever wanted to give up once during the last 5 months. With Ben's help, and also the camaraderie of the other people I work out with, it's actually fun. I enjoy the people I've met and the support they all have for each other.
I have come a long way but I am truly just getting started, and can't wait to see how much better, stronger, and younger I get as time goes by. I can't say enough about Ben and Kevin and how awesome they are, and I'm so thankful I found LTTC.

I just finished my first challenge with The LTTC, and loved my experience working with coaches Kevin and Ben, as well as their clients. Being part of this gym is unlike any other gym I’ve been to, and here’s why …
Before the challenge, I was in a fitness rut. I was burned out from exercise and needed a fitness community to get me excited and motivated again. The LTTC fixed those things.
Working out with Kevin and Ben was always FUN. They’re a blast to be around, so it’s not uncommon to laugh while you’re exercising with them. Their attention to detail is also great. They make sure your form is correct so you’re getting the most out of your workout while avoiding injury. They push you to work harder and celebrate your success when you do.
During the challenge, I received a heart rate monitor, so I was able to see exactly how good my workouts were while I was doing them. With each workout you earn “effort points” and I’m always striving to earn more points and burn more calories. That alone has made my workouts better.
The LTTC community is also so great. Working out together, hearing members’ successes and struggles … it all helps because we can encourage and motivate each other.
But what I think is the coolest thing about The LTTC is the coaches, Kevin and Ben. The way the care for their clients is above and beyond what I’ve seen at any other gym. They check in daily to see how their clients are doing, whether it be through a workout session, phone call, text message or Facebook post. They’re there to make sure you’re on track for your goals, and if you’re not, they help find a solution to get you back on track. Often they even show up in more unexpected ways, like running a fitness fundraising event for a charity their clients support. (They did this for me and we raised nearly $500 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation!)
Really, The LTTC is amazing. I’ve loved my experience and look forward to more!

I’ve been working with Ben and Kevin for a couple years now. In that time I’ve built up my strength and healthy habits, along with losing about 50 lbs. thru are both excellent trainers. I highly recommended then to anyone whether you are training for the first time or are more experienced at working out. These guys know there stuff.

Ben and Kevin know how to work with people who have a history of pain, who struggle with dieting, and have a fear of exercise. I had all three! In six months, everything has changed, including my attitude. The other day I thought I read my scale incorrectly! In six months, I have improved in my balance, endurance, strength, posture, coordination, and mobility!
