Amazing facility Everything you could want in the gym. But the staff are highly rude and inconsiderate. Specially, that receptionist Val or Valerie She is rude short and condescending with people all the time. Every time you call, she’s done with a conversation already. Don’t bring your personal feelings to work, lady.

Our truck unexpectedly had issues while driving between RV campgrounds. The pool gave my grandson and I a fun indoor activity with the temperatures in the 90’s. The staff were super friendly and inviting.

I haven't spent much time there yet because of work, I only went in to get my gym membership but in my opinion I can't wait to be able to get to spend some time there because the employees are friendly, kind and helpful and I can't wait to see more of what it has to offer because even though I only got a small peak what I observed was real nice and I again can not wait to spend more of my time there.

Went to grandson first swim meet tonight. There was some people from Athens standing in front of us. The lady beside me asked them to move but they wouldn't. 10 minutes later I asked them to set down. They said they were coaches. They were the only ones standing in front of 20 people.
They were really disrespectful. They kept turning around and laughing at us while they stood in front of us. Hopefully they are not there for the next meet

Flat bench’s are awful, honestly are dangerous and need thrown away ! Not to mention the pads are torn and very worn ! Plates- not very many I always see people looking for more free weight plates I feel like the manager or who ever is in charge doesn’t know what they are doing. 2 very obvious issues that need addressed

Always pently of parking, lots of space in the gym, kind people and great atmosphere. They have a lap pool and activities pool, steam room, sauna, showers, basketball courts, and so much more! I'm so glad they went 24hrs for members. It gives me more opportunities to go workout with a busy work/school/life schedule. Love love love it here. Beautiful facility, nice staff. I was NOT impressed with their volleyball session. I paid $85, then on the first day, I find out they were only going to do half the playing time that we were told they would have, no t-shirt and we got a ten dollar refund. The instructor was nice, but she didn't really know what to do. She in fact, asked my child what they should do next during the lesson. 🤦‍♀️So, we won't be doing that again. However, notice that I am still giving the facility five stars because it is the nicest gym in Zanesville, for sure. We've enjoyed the pool especially. It's very nice and clean and the lifeguards are great.

For the amount of money parents pay to have their kids play here it should be better organized, no coach again this year, then to have almost 10 kids on one team is completely ridiculous when they could of made 2 teams, not to mention practice is only 30 minutes

YMCA refuses to meet especial needs members have. My student has developmental sensory issues. She gets scared of loud noises and crowds. She needs a parent with her to accompany her and calm her down. Despite explaining , I was prevented to be with my child in gym upstairs. My child refuses to go up there without her parent. It is very scary for her. I had to cancel membership. We cannot be in such place that neglects special needs and punishes families for it.

A poor experience for the price, compared to planet fitness. I watched the trash man empty the recycling bin into the same can as the other trash. Guess recycling isn’t a high priority here. There are weird accusatory postings on the spa and sauna doors that make you not want to use them. Makes you wonder what’s been going on in there that they’d need to be posted. Machines are pretty outdated too. Also, there are no rules about noise in the weight section, so be prepared to get your ears blown out by guys throwing weights on the floor. I’m probably going to be switching back to planet fitness unless there’s some changes here, especially when I age out of my current membership bracket. No way is it worth more than I’m paying now. Sorry to be so harsh, just want others to know what they’re getting into here

I have been visiting Zanesville for the past 3 months and going to the aquatic arthritis workout with instructor Nancy. She is fantastic and makes it a lot of fun. The facility is great, I've also used the machines and track upstairs. I'm leaving Zanesville tomorrow (boo hoo!) a day will definitely miss our class.

This is a top notch facility. I teach scuba there periodically and the pool facilities are outstanding. The center features basketball courts, classrooms, kids playrooms, several workout rooms, and a terrific indoor track circling a very nice weight/exercise area. It's worth your money.
