Great place open all the time with key fob. If you're looking for a trainer I recommend Noah. He knows his stuff.

All this gym wants is your money. I signed up for a year which I understand that I'm under contract. However, multiple times I've gone up there and no one was at the desk to allow me to tan or to answer any questions. I would wait a half hour at times and nobody would return. You call and leave voicemails and usually the voice mailbox is full or no responses. I felt like I was paying for services that we're not being provided nor I could access. I tried to cancel due to medical reasons and was told over the phone you have to do it in person. Once again, you go up there in person and nobody's at the desk to help you. The only way to stop from being billed was to cancel my card. They conveniently waited until the end of my contract then finally called wanting me to pay the balance being accrued. You cannot cancel your membership over the phone. You have to pay your balance in order to cancel your membership or they threaten collections. Then to cancel you have to go on their website but not until after you pay your balance, which would have been convenient to know previously when I was told I had to do this in person and was misinformed by staff who obviously did not know their own policies. Way too many hoops to jump through just to access a gym that I felt was unavailable. Not to mention the biannual added fees in the fine print and then they place you in a month-to-month once your membership expires. Very poor customer service and miscommunication. In order to negotiate or dispute any balance, you have to email billing support. Don't give your credit card to this establishment. I would not recommend this gym.

I have been going to this gym for a few months now and I enjoy it because of the safety and security. On the other hand, when I was getting my membership I was a minor so l had to bring a parent in. I got the VIP membership and my parent consented to 24/7 access and tanning. What they didn't tell me was that I wasn't actually getting 24/7 access. I didn't realize until a time I went to the gym after work around 10:30. I was locked out of the gym for a good 15 minutes because my Brivo pass was not working. Someone eventually let me in. I was pretty fed up so l went in and asked about it the next day during general hours.
The guy said that I was marked a minor under Brivo settings and I was restricted to general hours and he never changed it.
That isn't my problem. I am paying for 24/7 access not general hours. You guys had a parent come in and consent to it. That is YOUR job to fix that. Why am I paying an $10 difference for getting "24/7 access" when I was sitting outside by myself at night cause I’m under general hours. Seemed extremely skiddish even though I tanned maybe 2 or 3 times, I still want some of my money back. The only reason this is getting 4 stars is because that's the only problem I've had so far. Other than that I enjoy this gym a lot. Just do a little bit better.

Avoid this gym.
The equipment is old and poorly maintained. Cleaning bottles and paper towels are almost always empty. Doors are often left wide open so anyone can walk in.
They pile on shady fees — including a cancellation fee — and make you jump through hoops, forcing you to wait an entire month just to cancel. For a gym in this condition, these fees are ridiculous.
Save your money and support literally any other gym

I have been a loyal member of this gym for several years and have always appreciated the facilities and the sense of community they’ve cultivated. As part of my long-standing membership plan, I’ve consistently had the ability to bring guests with me when I work out — a benefit that played a significant role in my decision to remain a member over the years.
However, during a recent visit, I attempted to bring a guest as I have many times in the past, only to be informed by Eddie that my plan no longer includes this feature. This change came as a complete surprise, as I was given no prior notification about any adjustments to the terms of my membership. I understand that policy updates may happen, but I believe it’s only fair and professional to communicate such changes clearly and in advance to long-time members.
I’m reaching out not only to seek clarification on the current guest policy, but also to express my disappointment in how the situation was handled. I would appreciate a transparent explanation of when and why this change occurred, and whether there are any options available to restore guest privileges under my membership free of charge as I pay in full for every year.
I’ve dealt with Mike, Heather, Mariah in the past, and lastly Eddie for membership renewals. He tried to enforce me to pay $100 for the upgraded membership to bring guests, and was extremely rude to me and the guest member.
Thank you for taking the time to address this matter. I look forward to your response and hope we can find a resolution that reflects the value of long-standing members like myself.
Warm regards,
Braxton Kovach “VIP MEMBER” AS WAS TOLD BY EDDIE PRIOR TO RENEWING MEMBERSHIP FOR BLACK FRIDAY DEAL in 24’.
Thank you so much for your time, I’ll be switching this review to 5 stars. That’s very fast and great customer service

This gym will not let you cancel your membership. I emailed them for the cancelation forms many times, no reply. I ended up having to cancel my card. Then they finally got back to me and said my account would go to collections. Emailed them back and guess what, once again no reply!! I had a membership for 6 months and used it once, and this is how my local gym treats me. Will not be going here again. Beware
The email they sent says i can't cancel unless i pay. Which in turn will result in Xtra fees and sending me to collections. How greedy can you get

I would not come to this gym. While I did enjoy the equipment in my two years here.. I went to cancel my membership because I’m moving 2 hours west for work. I had to cancel online I couldn’t do it over the phone. And when I called and ask the guy told me if I cancel now and tell them why there is a good chance they will waive the fee.
Well he was wrong!
I canceled my membership June 17th and they are charging me $77 after being at the gym for 2 years and purchasing a 4$ protein shake after every workout almost 4-5 times a week you think they would be nice enough to waive the fee.
And now they are going to add a bi annual fee to my cancellation? I’m moving July 1st.. this place is a joke goodluck trying to get ahold of anyone at the front desk. I would sit there and wait 10, 15, SOMETIMES 20 minutes to get a protein shake cause they never have anyone at the desk. Also goodluck trying to get ahold of them on the phone it took me an entire week.
I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

I think a truck stop bathroom is nicer! Increase everyone's membership rates and do nothing more. At least use some of the money for a new bathroom stall door and locks.
Was promised new equipment all we got was some hand me down women's equipment. In reality it was to make space for a new business opportunity.

Been coming to this gym for years. Met many friends here. Met many fitness goals etc.
The membership pricing could be better and is a bit pricey for me, but being able to have 24 hour access makes it worth it.
The staff are always welcoming and super cool. They are always ready to help you with whatever concern you have.
The equipment is great and you can tell it's a real gym and is used. The only issue is that a lot of the times, the cardio equipment (treadmills) aren't always working.
I recommend this gym to everyone. You'll definitely meet your fitness goals and make new friends, etc.
I still call it "World Gym".

Used to be a half decent gym until they rebranded. It’s all of the little things that add up - equipment not working properly, trash everywhere, paper towel rolls empty, sound system too loud that I couldn’t listen headphones unless they’re an obnoxious over the ear set.. Had hopes they would improve, but apparently they only planned on painting, moving some equipment around and pushing sales emails to buy their merch instead.

Been coming here since it was world gym with my father back in 2016 . I am moving out of town for a new job and I am worried i won’t be able
To find such a grungy gym with such great staff and atmosphere.
I love the gym for what it is. Prices may be a bit pricey but $37.99 or something for 24/7 access is decent in my opinion. Whenever I walk in I’m always greeted, the lighting is great and equipment hasn’t ever given me an issue.
It’s the best gym in this area hands down and I’ve gotten 3 friends of mine to sign up. I’m sad to leave but I recommend everyone who likes a grungy gym with great atmosphere and staff.

It was a nice gym the ONE time I went there. After deciding it wasn’t for me, I tried to cancel it but it apparently never went through. Months later I had to pay a balance due to their cancellation not going through. Then after I paid the balance and went to cancel it again I had to call them and leave a voicemail twice, email their GM, email their “support”, and text two different people, for at least 3 days just to get a response back saying a third party handled cancellations online AND I will have to pay to cancel. Entirely too much hassle for a gym i stepped foot into ONCE.

It’s alright. Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a good amount of equipment to work with, though some of it is pretty janky.
Main issue is if any equipment breaks, it’ll never be fixed. And if you need tanning, the booths were supposed to be working about 4 months ago but still aren’t ready.

I have always valued personal touch, service and facilities. The Ohio Gym is top notch in all those areas. Their members are direct reflection of those values. Every member I have met and workout with are friendly, respectful and always willing to help others. The staff is great and always courteous and professional. The facilities are improving with new owners and new equipment coming in to replace the old. I thoroughly enjoy my time whenever I am there.

This is hands down the best gym in the area. Quality equipment, high energy, and incredible staff. I moved out of the area, but any time I visit I make sure to drop by and see my favorite people and get a great lift in. Special shout out to Heather for being absolutely amazing. She makes this gym feel like home and I’m very thankful that she’s there. 10/10 would recommend. Happy Lifting.

This gym WAS good when it was World’s Gym. Under the new management, it has gone downhill. The prices are outrageous. The $20 membership get you in the gym but you are charged if you’re there after hours. This being a decision made AFTER they changed the gym hours to 8pm from when it used to be 11pm. So now you have to pay the $75 membership for that privilege, which that price will be increasing 11/1/23. The equipment is also constantly moving and has been for the past 2-3 months. You are charged a cancellation fee of $20 even if you’re cancelling due to their new changes. You are charged a $100 sign-on fee for an unfinished gym that keeps changes the rules to try and get more money out of you. The walls has decent art which has been half painted over and the new management hung up corny posters. This was a gym I loved and recommended to people but the new management is more worried about sucking every nickel and dime out of you rather than providing a good gym experience.
