Dont go to this gym if your in wilmington ohio for the short term. I have not been to the strength lab for a year now and have not been able to cancel my membership over the phone, via Instagram or Chad's personal number up to the point of sending a letter. I had moved out of state and wasn't able to cancel in person due to the odd schedule they have so could not catch them on a day they may have been there. Maybe this review will grab someone's attention. And i can tell that someone there has purposefully hung up the phone on more than one occasion rather than answer it. I'll take the review down if I'm able to cancel the membership.

Chad is very knowledgeable and awesome at reading his athletes. Very patient, understanding, and mentally strong. Great role model.

They have yoga every Saturday at 8.30 am which is a great way to start your weekend off. Yoga is done on the padded gymnastics mat plus your yoga mat, so it is very nice on the knees.

This ain't no pretty, shiny, big chain, fitness spa. It's made of hard work, blood, sweat, vomit, iron, and attitude. Not for the meek or wannabes that spend most of their gym time on social media.
