I've had my eye on The Well since it opened in 2020, but had already committed to another gym. When that gym changed ownership, I was looking for something closer to home. Sam invited me in to "give it a try" and I haven't looked back. I feel like the quality of workouts is just what I need and there are coaches always there to support and push you to your best. One of the things that stands out the most to me is the personalization and goal setting. I love that the coaches discuss this with us to help keep us on track. If you are looking for accountability and a great community, it's here!

I joined The Well to increase my strength and endurance. I am an older avid gardener that was struggling with lifting and lasting more than and hour or two before becoming exhausted. Sam and his team at THE WELL have a contagious way about them. Normally working out is the last thing I would want to do during the day but they definitely have a way of making you feel like you missed out if you do not show up. They take the time to show you how to correctly do the exercises as well as motivating you to push beyond your mental blocks. I would highly recommend this gym if you are just starting or if you love working out, but want to add a good social and team environment.

My boy 12-year-old has joined "The Well" for a couple of months. He really loves it! I have observed the programs for adults too, and they seem to enjoy it a lot. I have learned that "The well" is a start up with some young professionals. In my opinion, they are a boutique gym in the local community offering beyond traditional fitness programs. If you are looking for a gym or fitness program for yourself or your kids, you need to check them out.

I am new to working out and was nervous about trying something new. I don't have big fitness goals but just wanted to get a little exercise while the weather is bad. Everyone there is welcoming and fun. They give a little push but also don't try to get you to do something you aren't comfortable with. I am happy I decided to give it a try! I've been going there for almost 2 months and that't longer than I've made it doing anything else!

I highly recommend you try out The Well if you are looking to improve your overall health. Sam’s focus on functional fitness and my overall health has helped me dig out of a rough patch of low energy and shoulder/back pain. The best part is going to class and working out with others in the community who are on similar but different journeys.

Having been gym-free for 40 plus years, I was dubious at best about imagining myself in a "gym" of any kind. But hearing from Sam and other members of The Well family I decided that I would like to spend some more time with them, if nothing else, and if the whole fitness thing works... bonus. I really wanted some flexibility and upper body strength back, at any rate. So I met with Sam and tried it. Now I haul my butt out of bed early and always feel great after a workout. It's only about an hour, and that flies by. If you are on the fence, give it a shot. While there a lots of beautiful people working out there I can tell you that I, as NOT one of those, feel at home and welcome there every day. And that's what family is about, right?

This gym provides professional coaching where everyone is individually approached even during group class exercises. The friendly and supportive environment is intentionally crafted and maintained by The Well staff. The balance of independent work and coaching is perfect. The client base is diverse - various age and nationality groups are accepted! The workout program is created the way that’s it is possible to workout there every day due to focus being placed on different muscle group daily and weekly. I have never been that consistent in my exercise routine! We come to this gym happy and leave even happier! If you are in doubt - come to the first intro conversation where you can decide if this works for you in a stress-free setting!

I LOVE this gym! The trainers are all very skilled, conscientious and attentive. I started out with personal training and then quickly jumped into the classes. The classes are unique and energizing every time, so no matter what...you WILL get a good workout, and have fun and stay safe at the same time. It's a win-win all around!

I've worked out at a number of gyms but none have been as all encompassing as this one. The workouts are all designed to help with not just strength but flexibility, stamina, and stability as well. It's very well run and the owner does a great job of fostering a welcoming and strong community bond. I would definitely recommend this gym for people at any stage of fitness.
