58 classes later, and I’m still amazed at how much TITLE Boxing has become a part of my life. What started as a simple goal to try boxing has turned into something I truly look forward to each week — filled with sincere encouragement, kick-ass playlists, and the best kind of energy.

Thank you to the incredible coaches and the TITLE fam for pushing me, believing in me, and creating a space that feels like home.

I wasn't sure what to expect since I'd never done group workouts before but I signed up for a free class in the midst of a bad mental health spell and it's honestly been one of the best things I've done for myself this year. The staff is friendly and the classes are for all levels even if you've never boxed before. My work schedule hasn't allowed me to go to any of their evening events but they also do social outings like bowling and happy hours. Overall I've felt stronger and more motivated since joining, definitely recommend trying a free class if you're on the fence about it.

I felt a little uncomfortable at first as with all things when you step out of your comfort zone. But it didn’t take long for the trainers and staff to make you feel in your zone like it’s just you and the bag. Can’t thank the crew enough for finding a good way to trick me into working out and dealing with stress. Thanks all Kaz, Kate, Katie, Sarah, Morgan, Brie, Laina, Austin, Sidney, Lindsey & More!!!

I’ve been a part of Title Boxing since 2014. I love it as much as the first day I walked in . The Cincinnati gym does not disappoint. Amazing gym at Title downtown Cincinnati. The staff and trainers are wonderful, full of smiles and they make it a point to know everyone’s name. The workouts are strategically well guided and make you feel amazing. You work everything-not to mention a lot of fun. The gym itself is modern, clean and well situated on sycamore street. Downtown Cincinnati Title is my gym!so happy there.

I've been coming to Title Boxing in downtown Cinci for almost two years and I love it. Even if you are a total noob to boxing, this club can really improve your health. I work a sedentary desk job from home so I get very little exercise throughout the week. Boxing has been my weekly pick me up that excites me and keeps me going. I love that classes are led by enthusiastic trainers (who always remember you name or at least try to btw they're so nice). The fellow gym members are diverse and kind, and everyone is there to challenge themselves. I definitely recommend this club or a branch near you if you are looking for a structured routine way to get active and gain upper body strength.

Love this place! Came in 2021 and left for school and couldn’t wait to come back after graduation, the weekly class gets me up and moving and it’s so fun to take with friends. The instructors are super friendly and I constantly hear them going over form and punches and getting the new people ready for class! Recommend for anyone who wants a short time high intensity cardio workout who likes boxing!

I love Title Boxing, it's the first exercising place that I have joined and have stuck to. I love the staff and the atmosphere. I would recommend Title Boxing to anyone that want to be in an atmosphere where it's doesn't feel like a gym but it's a group of people coming together and encouraging one another to do the best you can.

I'm coming up on my 100th class and I'm overjoyed about it.

Thank you Title Boxing

On 4/17 at 5:30PM, I ventured into my inaugural class, brimming with nerves as I embarked on this new journey. However, upon crossing the threshold, Sarah, stationed at the front desk, warmly embraced me, instantly dispelling my apprehension. She guided me to my locker, assisted in donning my wraps, and exuded a calming presence throughout. Meeting my instructor, Brie, proved equally reassuring. She patiently outlined our session, encouraging me to set my own tempo. Demonstrating proper technique and stance, and she attentively monitored my progress, offering guidance and support at every turn. The class itself proved to be a rigorous challenge, pushing me beyond my limits. Despite not enduring the full 45 minutes, I found solace in the freedom to pace myself, hydrate, and recuperate sans judgment. Engaging with Kaz for one-on-one training was invaluable, even though my stamina eventually waned (Apologies, Kaz!). Although I didn't make it through the entirety of my inaugural class, the experience was nothing short of transformative. The camaraderie and hospitality extended by both staff and fellow members left an indelible impression, igniting a fervent desire to return and improve, even as I currently nurse limbs devoid of sensation. (I desperately need some icy hot) Thank you all so much for your warm hospitality, I can't wait to return and improve!

I loved this place! But I had a hard time financially happen all the sudden and the 30 day notice to cancellation messed me up further. I wanted to come back after I am back at stable place but this experience left a bad taste and I’m probably not gonna renew my membership in the future

Great way to get some cardio and core exercise, as well as stress relief from the hitting, in a structured and upbeat setting. Staff is SUPER friendly. I like the 8-per-month package, 2x a week. There are also some dumbbells you can hit for an added strength round.

I have tried a lot of different ways to try and exercise over the years. Some stuck for awhile and others were quick to fade. I really enjoy classes as it keeps me motivated to push myself. As I am getting a little older (57) I am sometimes a little self conscious that perhaps I can't keep up with younger participants. I joined Title Downtown Cincinnati a little over a year ago thinking it was a unique workout and might be fun. I was so impressed with how I was welcomed into the classes by not only the trainers but also the other students. Thought I'd pass out the first time I went. It is a great workout. Quickly my body adjusted and I kept with it and feel like I am physically and mentally in a much better spot today. I really enjoy the energy and the diversity of the class. I wouldn't trade my experience for the world.

Been looking to get some stress out on the bag and signed up for my first free class. Very impressed! Loved how hands on they were upon arrival, setting me up w a locker, a bag and introducing me to the teacher. Nothing overly complicated as far as flow of the class and exercises. I bought a package for future classes since I'm unable to commit to a monthly plan but I will def be back to work some things out in the bag!

The bags are pretty old and they have them set up too close to each other.

Be warned, they have very specific rules on cancellations because somedays you can cancel no penalty, but somedays they expect you to cancel by a certain time. I probably was charged $50 in cancellation fees.

The classes also end with ab exercises on the ground but they don't even have any matts.

Overall, I'd say go with another program.

The 20 minute instruction session doesn’t teach about form or do much to keep you safe and from hurting yourself. Whatever the sales pitch, know that you are about to throw away $200 of you don’t end up liking it. While the instructors are friendly, they don’t actually instruct. They are clear about their cancellation policies and you’d better pay close attention because they WILL fine you when they can. My credit card got compromised the day before my auto pay so they charged me 25 when it didn’t process. I was able to give them a new card number 3 days later but the fee stood. So then I tried to cancel a week before my next billing. They will charge you for the next month. Throw in the fact that you have to buy gloves or rent them for $10 a session. And you are in pretty steep for something you weren’t sure of in the first place. Those that love it, love it and that’s great. It’s obvious they have a bit of trouble with turnaround.

Update: This place will lock you into a contract, guilt you in to staying, and then make it difficult to get out of without spending extra money. Says they are a “small business” and have to do this, but isn’t a positive outlook on your business worth more?

This class is amazing! They have a dedicated staff, clean and modern gym, and are always finding ways to make the workouts interesting. After a few classes I can already feel myself getting stronger!

The gym, staff, trainers and GM Halle have been the absolute best. If going to the gym and trying to figure out a workout for the day is too much for you, or getting a personal trainer seems excessive. This is a perfect in between. Small, intense and intimate classes, that gets the absolute maximum out of you each session.

The owner repeatedly contacted me at inappropriate hours in regards to a new credit card after mine was cancelled due to fraudulent activity. He made it very difficult to get out of the contract. After placing the owner Keith on call block he proceeded to call me from his wifes phone etc. He sounded drunk from his verbiage in the text messages. I’m very annoyed I still receive their emails.
After attending a few classes I realized it has nothing to do with actual boxing and is just an Aerobics class which was very Mundane and repetitive.
The guy is a wack-a-doodle.

When I decided to join Title in Downtown Cincinnati, I was worried about the atmosphere it would have. I had already been a member at a different Title gym in the past in a different city, so I already knew I'd like the workout. I felt so comfortable from my very first day here. The front desk staff, the trainers, everyone I've ever met that is connected to this gym are fantastic people. Even more than that, the other members of the club are great too! I've never had a single bad experience here, and I've been going for two full months now. I am so happy I pushed myself to try it out and then even happier I decided to sign up. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a 10/10 workout, 10/10 staff support, and a 10/10 experience overall.

Trainers are great- unfortunately had a really bad experience here. I came down with COVID-19 and was already wary about going back to a gym so soon- I had issues paying especially since I was out with covid for an entire month. Owner (Keith) had been sending me reminder payment texts that were quite lengthy and persistent- I get that but literally had covid so that was the last priority of mine considering I hadn’t stepped foot in the club that entire month. He was extremely rude to me when I reached out and he demanded that I give him a credit card so I don’t have to go any where near their ‘dirty club’ ever again after I explained the situation to him. (I still have all of the text messages) He then suggested that we part ways after paying an entire month for nothing. I have never had an issue with anyone at this club or in general? Title proceeded to send me promotional texts after I left and have been ignoring my messages to please remove me from their list. I really enjoyed the trainers and rest of the family at title and understand that it’s hard to run a business especially during such times. However, I am still completely appalled and hurt by the texts messages I received demanding payment and relentless calls when I couldn’t even speak I was so ill. I suggested that a lot more could be done to keep the club clean (clean the floors and medicine balls they are gross) and feel that I wasn’t listened to and instead attacked for trying to give constructive criticism to a place I used to love. Sad I really hope this doesn’t get covered up.

The owners of Title Boxing in Downton Cincinnati are the best. I am high maintenance. I have Parkinson Disease and I need instructors that understand my limitations, so I can take classes with everyone else. I never feel like I don't fit in. I get a total body workout that challenges me and I get encouragement at every level of the workout. Yes, the guy or gal next to me might be throwing more punches on the heavy bag, or doing "burpees" when I am doing wall pushups, but in the end I and everyone else is being challenged to the their best (or more) than they thought they could do.

Title Boxing is one of my favorite workouts!

The workouts are TOUGH and the staff super friendly.
You are always welcomed by a friendly face at the front desk when you arrive - whether it is the owners or a staff member, they all take the time to get to know you at a personal level and make sure they know you on a first name basis.

Your first class is free and the staff is super helpful if you are a first time boxer - they get you signed in/up, give you gloves, set up with wraps, etc. and help you make sure you are wrapped correctly, know the basics of the punches and where to punch on your hand/the bag, and make sure that the trainer knows you are new so they can help you throughout the class.

There are 45 and 60 minute classes - be ready to get your butt kicked in the 60 minute class. There are 14 minutes of warm-up in the 60 minute class, followed by eight 3 minute boxing rounds that have 1 minute of active recover in between. At the end there are 14 minutes of abs that are KILLER.

The instructors are very motivational, repeat the moves multiple times and come over throughout the class to try and push you harder. At the end of class it isn't abnormal for members to linger and chat with the instructor/owners/front desk workers.

Other things: I have never taken a shower here post class but there are multiple showers/bathrooms for members to use and lockers to house your belongings during the class. There are always deals going on if it is your birthday month, free drinks after class on Wednesdays, bar crawls on weekends, etc. - basically the community here is great.

The pricing when I joined was $80 month for 4 classes, $120 for 8, and then a little more for a monthly unlimited. Honestly, $20 for a class is not bad when you compare to cycling, barre, crossfit, etc. I bought my wraps from this location for $12, and then bought my gloves on Amazon for $40.

Overall DEFINITELY recommend for anyone at any fitness level - you can tailor this workout to work for you!

Great crew. This place is clean, the equipment is new, the folks are friendly and helpful, the prices are set to attract the folks that can afford them. You can burn off your hangover and some of your excess calorie intake, but be advised, there is no sparring here. This is not a boxing gym. You won't really learn how to box. New exercise fads come and go. This is fitness boxing. You get an energetic floor workout with heavy bags and floor cardio. You can hire their pros to teach you a little more. Excellent club, owners and trainers. I look forward to my workouts and signed up for personal training, too. Everyone at the club is invested in your success. I easily burn over 500 calories each workout. Come check it out and hit that bag!

Love this place! The owners, instructors, and staff are great - they make you feel really welcome. The workouts are fun and challenging- you burn a ton of calories in a short amount of time. So happy I joined!
