I have joined Total fitness not very long three weeks and so far, I liked it there, they are friendly and very helpful, there is only one thing that I see that need to improve is that to put more fans and air conditioners( that’s just my personal opinion) others might not think that’s necessary, other than that I enjoy going there. They have kid’s play room which is totally awesome for Moms.

Pray to god that you don't get a new phone number one of their old members had. These people do nothing but spam my phone daily trying to collect money for someone and won't stop after I repeatedly tell them to quit. Tells me this is one of those classic gyms that want to trap you and will harass you until the end of the time. Stay away.

I signed up for the gym membership mainly because I liked that there was a separate “women’s only” area. However, every single time I went there was a man working out in that area. I brought it to the attention of staff and they told me they couldn’t see the camera footage. They told me to contact them at the time I’m there and they’ll personally “kick them out.” But if you look at their pictures they shared they show men in the women’s area. Just don’t advertise it if you’re not going to enforce it.

Awesome gym! Nice people a lot of equipment to use! Large bathroom with showers and lockers and drinking fountains and energy drink machines all over the facility. Have trainers for newly arrived to let them know the whole lay out of the facility and what every machine does for your body . Last but definitely not least is the cherry on the cake a free to use stand up state of the art tanning bed yes I said it you can get your muscle on as well we your sun kissed body ready for the beach!!! My gym make it your gym it should be everyone’s gym..

sat down one day in office with lady and talked about account. she signed me up and said I could come back with payment information. I never came back, and contacted the woman a couple days later saying I had a change of mind and asked for her to cancel it and was never responded too. i call in today because I'm getting emails about a payment behind and the owner tells me it doesn't matter, I still owe and I'm going to have to pay even though I never stepped back in the gym. ownerships a joke 🤣

I love Total Fitness because it is so large, they have a ton of equipment and you don't have to wait to use something. I also love the fact that they are dedicated to constantly adding new equipment. It took me a little while to get to know people there, but once I did, it is like a large family if you want to make it that way! I definitely would recommend checking this place out before joining any other gym.

Been coming here for years & best decision ever. Such a nice environment, does offer a ladies area & a children area you can watch the kids from any area of the gym. Always clean & nice caring people. They are constantly upgrading and adding newer equipment that's not at a lot of gyms around & you get all the free weights & squat racks that are not at all gyms. It's a great place!!!

I visit Piqua time to time and get the day pass here. This is a great gym. Some of the equipment is a little old, but it's very well maintained for the most part. I was a trainer at las vegas athletic club which has practically every piece of equipment you could imagine. This place has a few different machines that I have never even seen before. The staff is also very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. If I lived local I would certainly join.

Signed up for this gym like 10 years ago when I did a summer stint in Ohio. They’ve been charging me to this day, for about a decade, and I haven’t stepped foot in their gym since about 2013. It was my fault for not catching the charges but when I asked them to cancel as of recently finding out, they needed a written letter in the mail sent to their address with my intent to cancel. (Seems like any other sketchy membership business that gets you stuck). Well, it’s now a couple of months since I’ve sent the letter and I received a message saying they are sending me to collections because I hadn’t paid the last few months. Guess they didn’t get the letter. Just cancel my membership and take the $4k or so I donated to your gym the last decade for not using it.

Staff is always helpful. I love the gym has all of the free weights and machines you need for anything or any style of workout. Can go as heavy as you want to. Never is that crowded has tons of floor space and have yet to not have a machine or amount of weights I've wanted.

Total Fitness is a great gym! It has a positive and welcoming environment. The staff is always very nice and helpful. There is a lot of weights/ machines so no wait time. They also have great total training classes that are taught by fun energetic trainers. These classes also always you a awesome total body workout. There’s no other gym like this one! I have never left a review somewhere before, but in the interest of someone I care about, I feel it’s necessary.
Due to faulty equipment that (a kettle bells bar snapped causing it fall on head) sending a friend to the ER for thousands of dollars in scans, none of which the gym is acknowledging and taking responsibility for. They say he was working out “wrong,” yet there was no staff during the time of the incident as well as the claim that their cameras don’t “work.” {Meaning ZERO witnesses} Yet somehow can make an accusation that he was “lifting wrong” though the equipment literally SNAPPED in half. They are now blaming him, and will refuse to waive his contract in order to allow the gyms insurance to cover his expenses. Having no sympathy, nor the effort to help settle matters. Difficult to say because I love my town and love my community but I do not and will not support this gym due to the lack of professionalism and initiative in this matter.

Used to lift here, been there for about five years. I hurt my back and cancelled my membership due to not being able to use it. Still got charged for December. Cancelled in November. Was not told about a 15 day waiting period. A month I won’t be able use. When I am able I will not be using this gym.

All he cared about was getting the money from me even though I expressed that I was super uncomfortable being there.
