Do NOT setup autopay with them. If your balance drops and it's returned, they will keep trying to bill you multiple times a day every few days! By the time you get it to stop, you will have hundreds of dollars in fees and they will also say you owe them extra fees!

Would definitely not recommend this gym went there the first time to set up to join no one was there. Then 10 minutes later we decided to call the one in piqua to see what's going on why isn't anyone there to help us then the guy says he will have someone there to help us umm well we can't come we have stuff we have to get done. Then we text this number and was supposed to be scheduled for today Tuesday November 26th still haven't gotten anything would definitely not recommend this gym they don't have their shit together.

told me there was only a 1 time fee, then it would be 20 dollars, but then got charged 60 for an "annual fee". so i called tried to cancel they said the annual fee would be charged every year, well i havent even been here a year and i already paid the one time fee, so i tried to end my membership they said i cant i have to wait 12 months bullshit, how are you gonna charge me before a new year but not let me cancel before the new year, dont go here its small and not worth it.

Pray to god you don't get a new phone number one of their members used to have. Guy isn't paying his bill and they do nothing but constantly harass me and call/text me. I have asked them to quit multiple times yet they continue to do so. Tells me this is one of those gyms that trap you with a contract and harass you like its rent a center. Stay away.

I've been going to tottal fitness off and on for around 3ish years, when I first started the sidney gym was a little cluttered and hard to find room during peek hours but since I have returned this year the gym layout has been completely improved and all the equipment that was faulty has either been updated or fixed
