Trilogy is awesome!! Over the years I have tried every workout class/personal trainer/home workout program in the book, but always ended up quitting. Then, three years ago I tried Trilogy and have been going consistently ever since! The trainers are awesome and genuinely care about your health and fitness journey. I had a previous knee injury and they modified workouts for me when my knee pain was too bad and then helped me through recovery after I got knee surgery. They are currently encouraging me in my journey to get back into running. I have never felt as strong as I do through working out with Trilogy, and have lost almost 30 pounds through nutrition coaching and goal check-ins.
Oh, and if that doesn’t convince you, there’s also a gym dog named Gravy, and I don’t think it gets much better than that.

I joined Trilogy 3 years ago, after recognizing I needed in-person coaching to maintain a strength training plan. I was looking for a place that embraced a diversity of clients. I also was nursing a shouler injury and feared being further injured, so I needed trainers who really knew what they were doing. (I had heard too many horror stories from other strength training gyms.) Trilogy did not disappoint and has proven to be so much more. It's not only a place where the trainers and other clients support me in reaching my goals but we have fun while doing it. It's truly an exceptional place.

I’ve been going to the gym for about a year and a half now, after couple of years of sporadic lifting with no real plan. I thought my technique was pretty decent (I mean, I watched plenty of Instagram Reels 😉), but I definitely wasn’t hitting all the muscle groups, and progress felt random.
Joining Trilogy was the best decision ever! I now have a thoughtful, well structured program and trainers who actually watch and correct my technique (unlike Instagram reels). They correct my form when needed and adjust workouts based on how my body feels that day. They also push me just the right amount, even though I like to think I’m pretty good at pushing myself.
Case in point: I had a nagging shoulder thing, not “bad,” just annoying and limited motion. Halen and Zach spotted it and gently nudged me to see the PT (who, conveniently, also trains here). Guess what? PT is already helping!
I wish I could come twice a week, but even once a week is making me feel stronger than ever. And if you’re wondering what the vibe is like: it’s the most welcoming gym ever! If you’re chatty, the trainers will chat with you. If you’re all business, they’ll let you focus. Either way, you’ll get stronger! Come try it out. You’ll be glad you did!

I’ve know Matt and Helen for a few years and have now been training with them for a little over a year. The whole crew creates a fun, welcoming environment for everyone that walks through their door. Even though I’m there around 6am three days a week, I look forward to my workouts…except rear elevated split squats….ha! Seriously, it’s a great place and if you are nervous about joining a gym, give this place a try.

Trilogy is a super welcoming and fun environment. I love the guidance from the trainers and the modifications they advise when your body needs extra care. The vibe is that anyone belongs, and you don’t already have to be fit to start the program. Come as you are! Their philosophy is tiny changes to get to a consistently healthy, happy, balanced lifestyle. You will want to be part of the Trilogy family once you start.

I started at Trilogy in 2021 after becoming very sedentary during COVID and wanting to develop better exercise habits. Since my first time stepping through the door, I have felt welcomed, included and challenged during exercises. With little to no experience strength training, having the workouts set out for me and trainers there to assist as well as to demonstrate the exercise have helped me exponentially to become more confident in a gym setting. My time with trilogy has ebbed and flowed and I did take an extended break from trilogy at one point due to my life becoming very busy. However, I knew I wanted to return and never considered another gym. I did return to trilogy and was welcomed back as if I never left. Over the past year, I have gained so much strength and notice it on a daily basis. I set personal goals and trilogy has included those goals to align with my workouts and I continue to make progress. Trilogy truly creates such a comfortable gym atmosphere and I would recommend the gym to anyone looking for a new, fun, and challenging workout environment.

I had struggled with eating habits and lost a lot of muscle, but now after over a year at Trilogy I am the strongest I've ever been! They will meet you at whatever point you are at, zero judgement, so TRY IT!

TLDR: Trilogy made this exercise hating gen x-er appreciate how to age better and strengthen my muscles and relieve my back pain.
I worked with Trilogy for just over a year, the system is small group personal training and while each person has their own program (tailored to their needs and abilities) these trainers move effortlessly from person to person to check in, refine form, hype us up and provide spots where necessary.
Trilogy is truly unique - I’ve never enjoyed sports or being athletic. I was required to take gym every day through high school and what it taught me was many ways to avoid physical activity. As a result I had some crazy back pain. After checking with my doctor to ensure I didn’t have any medical reasons not work out I took a deep breath and joined Trilogy. I never felt out of place, even when I couldn’t lift any weight and was only doing body weight exercises there’s no heirarchy that prioritizes the big lifters over the ones who aren’t there yet. I never once felt like I wasn’t a priority when I needed help or guidance.
You won’t work with the same trainer every day, and at first this scared me. But I soon realized that each of the trainers gives you a different thing, and the whole package comes together as you progress. By the end of my time I had worked with everyone and that means you always have a trainer looking out for you.
If you’ve never worked out before, Trilogy is a great place to give you some one-on-one attention as you begin and then gradually let you find your way as you get more comfortable. This is the only place I have stuck to a program for any length of time. When I started I couldn’t lift 18 lbs. deadlift without back pain my PR for dead lift was 127 lbs and zero back pain!
If you’re a regular lifter trilogy will give you workouts for each day that you can do on your own as well. These will provide strength and flexibility
I cannot recommend Trilogy enough, if you think this may be your spot come in and meet the team, have an evaluation and vibe check, it’s worth that much of your time to see if they are a good fit for you!

Trilogy is a little gem of a fitness center. Each of the trainers are very personable, care about their members and are knowledgeable. It is a small group setting with an organized program for the day. Even though you sign up for a time, you go at your own pace. If you are someone who wants some direction but not someone hovering, to feel like you belong and in a safe space, or maybe has felt confused or intimidated at various gyms of where to start or if it’s for you, Trilogy is great. The first day I walked in with my name on a mat and who I was working with. The gym goers smile at you. No one is recording their workouts for the gram. There is every age, shape and size represented. You have a little app to track your workouts, and I saw results. It’s the most low key but still working your butt off gym I’ve ever been to.
Now, if you are someone who likes a lot of cardio, thrives in a OT or CrossFit atmosphere or likes your gym experience feeling like it’s on 6 scoops of preworkout this is not the place for you. Also if you need truly individualized training or nutrition help, discuss your options with them before signing up to make sure it will fit what you’re looking for.
I found the experience great and never dreaded going in. Highly recommend and there are many truly in shape men and women who have been longtime members. Goals!

Trilogy is the best gym for semi-private training (and I think they offer private sessions too). The trainers are great people. In the 2 years I have worked out at Trilogy, there has been no staff turnover. I am never left alone to wonder how to do an exercise without hurting myself and there are always cool people working out at the same time. This is not the average gym and I highly recommend checking it out whether you are a newbie to training, comfortably in the middle, or a seasoned pro.

Moving to a new city is difficult, particularly when you are leaving great friends and a fantastic gym. For those who think, “I’m moving from XYZ city, I’ll never find as good of an experience” …Trilogy is for you!! I struggled to find a new strength training routine when I moved to Cincy, and I am so happy to have found this space where folks encourage you to pick up and put down heavy things in a fun and motivating way. The whole team is a delight, the people lifting with you are great, and if you’re lucky you’ll hear some Carly Rae Jepson.

I joined Trilogy this past spring, and it's easily one of the best decisions that I've made. Although I've been a runner and cyclist for a long time, I would have told you that I definitely wasn't a gym person. I found gyms to be scary and intimidating. Fast forward 8 months, and now I'm one of those people who doesn't stop talking about how great their gym is. Lots of places say that they're welcoming--Trilogy actually is. What impresses me the most is the unfailing warmth and kindness of the Trilogy team and the fellow members. I look forward to seeing the same set of faces at 6:00 a.m. each week. In terms of the programming, the Trilogy team goes out of their way to challenge you appropriately for wherever you are on your fitness journey. It's been very rewarding for me to feel like I'm getting stronger, and the work is making a difference in my running. It's a community that I feel really lucky to be a part of.

As a recent college graduate, I was having a hard time staying motivated to go to the gym. I felt that I needed more structure and, if possible, a community that would keep me motivated and committed. Trilogy has been all that and more for me. I genuinely look forward to working out each week and I’m going to the gym multiple times per week for the first time since playing organized sports high school. It’s such a welcoming environment and I love that all of the workouts feel deliberate based on whatever my goals are.

I have been going to Trilogy for a year, and it is great. I plan to continue to go for years to come. I have gotten noticeably stronger, and every day life is easier. I have low mobility job, and Trilogy has helped me regain some mobility I lost by working at a computer over the last ten years. The vibes are really positive, and I look forward to my workouts. I would recommend coming here to anyone, but especially people who feel lost and would benefit from a little structure to have an effective workout.

All the positive things you’ve heard about Trilogy Fitness are true! The staff here is encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun. Also, the facility is SO CLEAN!
I was experiencing neck and shoulder pain and had not been exercising consistently for the past three years. Trilogy’s semi-private sessions were the perfect fit for me: small group environment with a more personal touch of coaching and attention. The trainers are excellent at ensuring that every workout is accessible to each individual. With constant support and enthusiasm from the trainers over the past year, my pain has significantly decreased, my strength has significantly increased, I’ve scaled up safely, and I have more energy during the day. I joined Trilogy to increase my strength as I had a goal to hike Rim 2 Rim at the Grand Canyon for my 60th birthday. Everyone at the gym worked with me to not only build strength but also flexibility and balance (so I would bounce if I fell-lol). I am happy to report that in the fall of 2022 I successfully hiked the entire length of the Grand Canyon from North Rim to Bright Angel. I have continued at the gym not only to maintain my strength, but because I ENJOY going to the gym. Staff and gym members are extremely helpful and friendly. I love Trilogy. It’s the only gym I’ve been to where I don’t feel awkward & out of place. The small group format means no one gets left out, and you get plenty of actual coaching. The focus here is on strength, mobility, and functionality (and Carly Rae) instead of being all about aesthetics. If you told me a year ago I’d be deadlifting almost my own body weight AND able to do an entire day’s yard work pain-free, I wouldn’t have believed you. Trilogy is the place for people who hate the big chain gyms. It’s welcoming, non-judgmental, and FUN.

I’ve been at Trilogy for almost a year, and the progress I’ve made is more than the last several years combined. One of the best things about TFS is they meet you where you are - physically, and emotionally. I’ve had several health/life changes in the past few years and all of the trainers have been wonderful with accommodations and working around my goals. They are there with me on every step of my fitness journey and will even check in between sessions to make sure I am staying on track.

Trilogy is unlike any fitness program I have ever done, and I have done THEM ALL; barre, pilates, spinning (Soul, Flywheel, etc) bootcamp, seeing a trainer at a big box gym...and nothing compares. The reason Trilogy is so unique is because of the personal attention, the knowledge of the trainers, and the curated experience you have as a client. Matt has created a program that you WANT to do. You WANT to go to your gym. There is no pressure, there is no judgement. They meet you where you are, mentally and physically, so you keep that consistency and you keep showing up. That's why you will see and feel results. You don't need to skip a workout because you are sore from working in your garden; they will modify it for you. They will tweak your form within an inch so you avoid injury and you maximize the effectiveness. You work out with genuinely cool, kind people who are there to take care of themselves and be consistent. You will not hear anyone talking about fad diets, although they can recommend excellent, science-based dieticians if you need help with that. It's just a really fun, well-run place, with really knowledgeable trainers who genuinely love helping their clients.

Not to mention - it has been a game changer for my half marathon + marathon training. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Easily one of my favorie things about moving to Cincinnati.
Trilogy is a super fun, super attentive gym/community. Genuinely, you will forget how hard your working because the group is so fun to be around and the atmosphere is always fantastic.
The trainers are all very informative, helpful, and friendly. Every visit you are asked how you're feeling that day and everyone is mindful of any sore spots. You'll be encouraged throughout your workout and definitely supported towards your long term goals!
As an added bonus to the fantastic sessions, the music is always fun, the culture is fantastic, you can always find a fun question on the board, and conversation flows easily!
Also! All bodies are welcome! Exercises are modified if needed with absolutely no hesitation or shame. How capable you feel and how your strength/mobility/etc are progressing are the centers of focus. Your trainers won't make your body the focus and I have never once felt uncomfortable taking up space or trying new workouts or movements.
I cannot recommend this gym enough and I was definitely a serial gym hater before this. Come join ☺️

Matt does such a great job of listening to your goals from the very first session. Trilogy is a unique blend of fun and laidback with intensity and challenge. I'm spent at the end of my workouts!! But I also laugh and talk with the trainers and other clients throughout. I'm really pleased with the improvements to my conditioning since we joined last spring, and the trainers are always encouraging. They are also attentive to each individual. As empty-nester grandparents, my husband and I are often older than the others, but we feel at home.

Physical fitness and wellness have always been very important to me. Exercise was not something I had to do, but something I loved to do. After breaking my foot, I joined Trilogy to help me get back on my feet. The team designed a modified program that enabled me to safely return to fitness, rebuild my strength, and challenge me. The team, workouts, and atmosphere are fantastic. After six months, I am back to my pre-injury fitness levels and look forward to continuing my progress with the Trilogy team.
A big thank you to the Matt, Helen, & Zack.

Trilogy has genuinely changed my life, not in a cult-fitness way but in my mentality and outlook on overall health. They want to understand you and your goals, working to adapt the workout to each client. The Trilogy team walks you through why you are each movement in your workout and helps you to understand what progress looks like. They are also a great resource for things outside the gym like nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
In addition to a gym, trilogy is a connected, fun, and close community. You may walk into the doors not knowing anyone but you will walk out feeling like you just hung out with your best friends. The community that Matt, Helen, Zach & Halen have cultivated is unlike any gym I have experienced. Each of them brings a unique area of expertise to the gym & it creates pure magic.

Before I moved to the Cincinnati area, I visited a friend here and she invited me to a Puppies and Pancakes event at her gym. Great workout, furry friends, and pancakes? How could I say no? So when I moved here about a year later, I knew that I would join Trilogy.
Trilogy is not just a place to work out. It’s both personal training and community, and I genuinely look forward to going there to train twice a week. The owner, the trainers, and the other clients are all awesome! And I can’t forget Lily, the three-legged dog who is often there to greet us (I carry treats in my car for her)!
If you’re looking for a professional, judgment-free, and fun place to help you achieve your fitness goals, look no further than Trilogy!

I’ve been working out at trilogy for just over a month and I am so excited about this decision! The staff is incredible and works to create exercises that meet you where you are in your fitness journey and the rest of the gym members are fun and friendly.
It’s an amazing environment no matter where you sit with your experience level or comfort level in the gym. I am a plus-size person and gyms can be a super intimidating space but I don’t feel any of the judgment or insecurity at Trilogy that I’ve felt at many other gyms (both private and larger corporate chains). The trainers are all helpful and aware of how to work with different body types and limitations to ensure everyone gets an awesome workout regardless of your own personal barriers.

I am new at this gym but felt compelled to write a review. I have tried every fad workout, got a peloton, tried different apps and have continuously failed to find a gym or workout that works for me. I decided to give Trilogy a try and it is truly one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. I’ve only known Matt (Helen and Zach too) just a few weeks and I feel like I’ve known them forever. They are non judge mental, funny, caring, and highly knowledgeable trainers that push me to be my best but also understand the challenges I’ve faced in the past in trying to work out. I am one of those people who would do a workout once and the thought of going back a second time caused a lot of dread and anxiety. I absolutely feel the opposite at Trilogy. I feel so excited to go even though I know it may be challenging. The other people in the gym are so friendly and I can’t wait to see how far I can go in this fitness journey!! There are people there of all fitness levels from super beginner (like me) to some amazing gym powerhouses. No matter who is there the overall vibe is very supportive. Thanks Matt, Zach, and Helen for everything so far. If you are looking for a positive fun workout that actually works-RUN don’t walk to Trilogy Fitness—you won’t regret it.

I have been with Trilogy since 2013, when I signed up to climb Mt. Rainier and decided I was going to need some professional help if I was going to be successful at that. Matt got me in perfect shape for it, and I got to the top. Many of my teammates, who all lived out west in states with mountains to practice on, commented on how strong and prepared I was even though I was from the Midwest, and I owed that all to Trilogy!
Working with Trilogy is the most consistent and long-term fitness program I have done. The focus on the basics and scaling activities to your fitness level really works and keeps things interesting, I've been challenged when I'm at my fittest and challenged, but in a modified way, when I was waddling into the gym at 38 weeks pregnant (and I credit Trilogy with my quick c-section recoveries).
The atmosphere at Trilogy is so much fun. Matt, Helen and Zach are all great at what they do and fun to work with. Everyone in the gym is nice and encouraging and I look forward to my workouts there!

In 2018 I fractured my sesamoid bone on the bottom of my foot which caused me to no longer be able to do the workouts I enjoyed. This led me to become more sedentary and become the most out of shape I've ever been in my life.
I truly felt lost and didn't know which workouts I could do since everything I tried to do really hurt my foot.
I've been working out at Trilogy now for about 6 months and I'm now able to do things my physician said I'd never be able to do again! I started jogging and doing walking lunges pain free which is something I've not done after my injury! I truly feel stronger and more confident in what my body can do.
I would have not been able to do this without my trainers at Trilogy! They are encouraging, push you without causing further injuries and really know how to make sure you can build the right muscles to be able to help heal your Injuries.
Thanks Zach, Helen and Matt for being awesome! I definitely recommend going to them for your personal trainer needs!

My first couple of months at Trilogy have been life-changing. I've learned so much and accomplished things I never imaged myself being capable of. I've found incredible value in something I never thought I would find interest in. This is a place where I feel confident, safe, and strong - mentally and physically. This is a place I look forward to visiting every week because I know I'm working with trainers who push me to reach my goals, but who also understand my limits and vulnerability as someone new to weight training.
If you're hesitating right now, let me tell you: I know that feeling. If you're worried about your arms shaking, knees aching, and everything in between, let me tell you: I know that feeling. Give this place a chance and they'll change the way you think about fitness. My only regret is that I didn't find Trilogy sooner. Worth every penny.

My workouts at Trilogy are my favorite times of each week. The trainers and members are welcoming and friendly and it is not long before you feel like part of a family. Aside from the feel-good aspect, I’ve received excellent training and guidance. The trainers always challenge me to do a little bit better than I think I can, mixing exercises on a regular basis to work muscles I didn’t even know I had. In a little over six months of consistent workouts I’ve increased strength and endurance, improved flexibility and greatly diminished prior chronic aches and pains on my middle aged body. These gains have been especially apparent in improved performance on my bicycle— I haven’t been this fast on two wheels in about ten years. Thank you Trilogy and keep up the great work! ❤️

I first started with Matt almost 7 years ago. I broke my ankle and was looking to get back to running again. Matt not only helped me get my ankle strong again, but I was able to PR a few half marathons, got my first chin up and deadlifted over 200 lbs! I've been seeing the Trilogy group off and on since. I love that they know that life happens and are incredibly flexible with working with whatever works for you! They have done a great job of helping you see the gains, even if you aren't seeing them for yourself. For example, cardio is now no longer the priority in my training. However, when I do go for a run, my paces are faster and I recover quicker than where I was before. The team is fantastic to work with! I highly suggest seeing them, no matter where you are in your fitness journey!

Matt and everyone at Trilogy are great to work with. I specifically worked with Matt as a part of the morning group and despite having a 5:1 ratio most mornings, Matt was able to personalize and tailor a workout to my body's needs/limitations. Not only that, it is a relaxed environment where you could go and get a great workout without any of the pretense. In the first few months I shed 30+ lbs and then slowly began to gain good weight back in the form of muscle despite having to work around a bad shoulder and knee. Highly recommend Trilogy, worth every penny.

I’m in my upper 50’s and not very self-motivated when it comes to exercise. I’ve tried many group classes – barre, boot camp, TRX, - and it always felt very one-size-fits-all, with me having to do frequent modifications to accommodate my level. Trilogy is so different! Words can’t describe how Helen and Matt have changed my life. I’ve stuck with this longer than I’ve stuck with anything else. The atmosphere is fun and encouraging. Each session is personalized to me and I can progress at my own rate. Little by little I can lift more weight, hold a plank for longer, and do more push ups. I can tell I am getting stronger and gaining more confidence! Very responsible and covid safe. Highly recommend!

Matt & Helen and the whole Trilogy Team (Lilly) have created a truly incredible place. Trilogy is both a place to clang and bang weights and a place to have fun and feel at home. I’d be just as comfortable working out there at 16 years old or 70. They’ve created a system that provides motivation through fun and encouragement but isn’t devoid of grit and hard work . You can go several times a week or once a week and have the team plan your workouts at your other gym or fitness center. Want to work on your nutrition? They do that too. And without the BS. If you need to do better they’ll be honest with you; and they help you get on track and stay on track. They’re also very flexible and helpful (patient) with people like me who have insane schedules/jobs and own their own businesses. Somebody had a plan when they brought Matt and Helen in our lives; great gym, great culture, better people.

I joined Trilogy Fitness Systems over five years ago and I honestly couldn’t say enough positive things about it! After running competitively in college, I couldn’t get rid of my competitive edge and wanted to start training for Ironman competitions. However, after having two knee surgeries, I wanted to make sure I properly trained so I wouldn’t get injured during the extensive training process. Matt and the Trilogy Team went above and beyond to make an individualized strength training plan for me, researching and corresponding with my Ironman coach! I was not only able to stay strong and healthy but stayed injury free the entire journey. The amount of time and effort Trilogy puts into each individual’s training plan based on their particular goals and needs is absolutely outstanding! This gym focuses on providing a welcome and nurturing atmosphere for novices and enthusiasts alike. Matt, the owner, makes sure to create a community of people who encourage each other while getting professionally tailored workout programs suited to each individual's goals. They actually do what other gyms claim to do. The people remain the most genuinely friendly and knowledgeable people who possess true credentials and qualifications so that our workouts remain injury free yet productive. I spent three years working out 5-7 days per week killing myself at other gyms and with other fitness "professionals" yet in the 6 months since I joined, I saw more progress than all of my previous time spent at other gyms. I also only workout 3 days per week - the workouts they create truly remain effective with much less effort. I know it sounds to good to be true, but legitimate science and skills make for much more effective and efficient time spent. I regret all the time, labor, and sweat that I put in prior to joining this gym. Thank you Matt and Helen for your expert guidance and for the results that devastate any competition.

Trilogy Fitness, Helen Cain, Matt Kasse changed my life. Last spring, 2019, I shared with my trainer (Helen) that I was diagnosed with Pre-diabetes. We sat down and worked out a balanced diet using an app on my phone, created an exercise plan and did a weekly weigh-in. Helen and Matt were so supportive and encouraged me to continue with the program. Fast forward to my recent physical, I have lost 25 pounds, am no longer pre-diabetic and all my blood work is back to normal ranges including my cholesterol. I cannot say enough good things about Trilogy. Helen and Matt are wonderful and know their stuff: they teach you how to do things the right way (to avoid injury), and most importantly, explain WHY. I've most recently worked with Helen, and I really appreciate that she checks in everyday I'm in there to see how I'm doing---if something is bothering me or I'm not having a good day (I have fibro), she alter's my workout to fit my body's needs THAT day! Do you know how rare that is? She knows exactly how far to push my body without pushing it too hard; and if I think I can take more, we do it. If I thought I could do a regular workout but am really struggling in the middle of it, we change it up. I've been to others who don't respect my body and what it's telling me, and I've paid for it! Trilogy is a fun environment, a place to learn better habits to implement them into a routine, and a gym that truly cares for you and your progress!

I started working with Helen Cain at Trilogy Fitness in June 2019. I came in for an evaluation and strength trainig to ease joint, hip and foot pain. I'm active and in my early 60's and most definitely not a 'gym person'. I wanted a healthy approach to natural aging. I attended weekly sessions with Helen thru March 2020 when the gym closed temporarily due to COVID 19. I stayed committed to my workout routine with Helen because I started to feel better! Her assessment of my physical strengthening needs and custom designed routine to meet my goals were on target.
But the reason I kept up with weekly workout sessions is because of Helen. Her skill, encouragement and humor were the perfect blend of support for this gym adverse, achy client. I am indebted to her for showing me that I could be successful in a gym environment.
Matt and Lily the mascot and other nice clients were additional perks, but I owe my confidence and success to Helen.

Working with Helen over the past 2 years has helped to increase my level of fitness, knowledge and performance! I wanted to become a stronger runner and begin training more with kettlebells.
I had established some bad habits through years of “big box” training. With Helen’s patience and personalized instruction, I was able to break those habits. We can save those details for the Trilogy Podcast :)
I have been able to learn and incorporate complex kettlebell movements as we continue to train together. Helen has guided me through learning proper technique from fundamental swings to movements that are difficult to pronounce...lol
Who knew the Turkish get-up would be my favorite exercise :)
In addition, I wanted to become a more serious endurance athlete. Helen created a program that combines both strength and mobility. I am injury free and without an increase in mileage, I was able to complete my fastest marathon by over 40 mins!
I am proud to be a small part of the Trilogy community and look forward to setting and achieving new goals!

You get to really know the trainers and other clients, making working out fun! It truly is a great community to be a part of. If you are looking to better yourself with the help of great trainers and a wonderful environment, Trilogy is the perfect fit.

As someone who is decidedly not a "gym person" I feel compelled to share that if you're looking for a gym in the Cincinnati area — no matter what your goals are — look no further.
Trilogy is an unpretentious place full of great people with great personalities (and a couple sweet puppies too) all fostering a supportive and fun atmosphere!
If you’re a beginner who is intimidated by the gym, this is the spot for you. If you’re somewhere in the middle, recovering from an injury or a high-performance athlete... they can work with that too!
Seriously, Trilogy is a great community with awesome trainers. They are fully committed to working with you to achieve whatever it is you want to get out of going to a gym.
Give them a try, you will love it!

I’ve been doing personal training with Trilogy since 2015 and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I’m a physical therapist myself, but it is incredibly helpful to have someone creating an exercise plan for you and ensuring you are executing it correctly. The corrections with form have been so helpful for some chronic pains I have had from being an athlete in college. Trilogy has such a special vibe and they make you feel at home right away. From the question of the week to the challenge of the month, it is such a fun place to work out. I recommend so many of my own patients to train here, as they are great for anyone on their exercise journey, be it an already trained athlete or a beginner who is scared of the gym. I’ve seen them help people with arm and leg braces, as well as people still recovering from surgery. They’re so knowledgeable and can change a workout on the fly based on how you’re feeling that day. If you’re considering personal training (even if you’re not, you should be), this is a great gym to join. You won’t be disappointed!

This gym has such a fun vibe with trainers that take into consideration everyone’s individual needs. I was definitely hesitant to break into the world of weightlifting due to meat head stereotypes and not wanting my inexperience to be judged... Trilogy has offered the warmest of welcomes to a newb and not once have I felt like I was anywhere but a safe place. Personal success is their only goal for you, and they’ll dance up a storm to get you there.

This gym is the perfect fit!
I've tried lots of different things over the years, and going to this gym is the first one I truly felt engaged in. The workouts are challenging, obtainable, and empowering. The consistent strength training not only teaches me what strong feels like in the gym, but gives me the confidence to be more active in everyday life. On top of that, I get to be with friends as they go through the same journey. I love the community at Trilogy!

I've been with Trilogy only for a few months, but I'm already seeing myself get stronger and more prepared for my goals than ever before. My previous experience with strength training was in DI collegiate athletics, but Matt and Helen have created a system far superior to that through their individualistic approach. They know everyone has different goals and abilities, and create the best program for each person to be successful. I've never felt more comfortable in a gym environment than I have at Trilogy.

It's so nice to train with people who don't believe in extremes. They help you get in shape with realistic and maintainable techniques that work. Matt is excellent on form and safety; he and Helen listen and adjust workouts depending on how you're feeling on any given day. I have been my strongest working out with Trilogy, but interestingly enough I cannot remember a day that I woke up too sore to move. They are super hard-working and super positive, and I am so grateful to have found them!

Matt’s taste in music for training may be questionable, but his & Helen’s commitment to their clients is second to none. They've created a great atmosphere for personalized training. Highly recommend for all folks across the experience spectrum of weight training.

I have been a client of Trilogy Fitness Systems for a little over 5 years now. They are the best! While my commitment to getting strong and in shape has waivered at times, Matt and Helen's commitment to me has never faltered. They are knowledgeable, personable, fun, caring...and it shows. If you're looking for a hardcore gym that feels like a bootcamp and has you puking between sets...this is not for you. If you want trainers who will start with you in whatever shape you are in, get you in shape without killing you, offer encouragement and help you through the rough patches, and treat their clients like family, this is the pace.
