The best yoga studio I’ve attended. Also do yoga teacher training and reiki. The environment is calm, loving, and the classes they teach you to give yourself grace as well as others. The free classes helped me thru a really turbulent time in my life and I’m forever grateful to them.

I feel unconditionally welcome here. I have been to a few yoga classes, they were all great. They have a lot of other great events and classes as well, which you can find out about on their website and Facebook page.

By far my favorite studio in the tristate area. My home away from home. Not only do they have amazing classes but an outstanding teacher trainor program as well (200 and 300 hour) Jeff Emerson certainly has help create a one of a kind community here.

Loving, accepting, and adaptable studio based around recovery and support for those who need it. If you've been in any kind of an experience of loss, you'll fit right in.

A new concept in non-profit yoga. There are a wide range of classes, available by sliding scale donations. There is a short 12 step based recovery meeting at the close of each yoga class - just a chance to share about whatever struggles might be holding you back from living a life based on spiritual principles.

I've never taken a Yoga Class here but, they do a meeting called "recovery yaga" on Sunday that I attended sometimes. It's pretty good. There is no actual yoga involved really, it's just a 12- Step fellowship with a 10 min. meditation at the beginning. Enter from back parking lot. Leave your shoes in that first room.
