I feel like Tumble U is a fun place for kids to go and the staff all seemed really nice. There were some things that made it difficult for my four year old daughter and ultimately we had to stop going there because it wasn’t a good fit for us. For one thing, my daughter was not allowed to use the restroom during class even though it was her first time ever asking. There wasn’t clear communication with the parents about goals for the kids or what they were learning there. They do have T.V.s in the waiting room where you can watch the kids but they were always turned off and we would have to find someone to help us turn them on. They seemed understaffed and overworked. There are tons of kids and age groups there so it makes it hard for them to remember or care about each child individually. It would be great if they had a more updated website with a calendar for the parents to see what’s going on each week and goals for the kids to look forward to so it doesn’t feel like parents are out of the loop.

Every coach and every child in this place are kind, understanding, and fun! My 7 year old daughter absolutely loves tumbling with Ms. Dawna and absolutely loves the Acro coaching team and members. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to enroll her with Tumble U.

I really don’t do reviews, but this one really needed to be done. One the Communication was awful. I was texting 2 different people. Neither one of them were on the same page with communication or contacting me or my niece. But on a good note I’m glad everything turned out the way it did. So I guess I picked a better option.

We love being here. Dawna and her team of coaches put their heart into these kids. My daughter has learned so much in such a short time. She does both the All Star Cheer program and the tumble program. This gym offers other non-competitive and competitive programs aside from Cheer as well.

We live in another state but met Tumble U at a competition. Due to unfortunate circumstances our coach wasn’t able to attend but the girls wanted to compete in her honor. Tumble U helped make that a reality. We are so grateful for this act of generosity! It meant so much so my daughter. Blessings to you.

Best gym around! The owner and staff do a fabulous job with the kids and are very accommodating! The atmosphere is fun and energetic!! I have 3 children in tumbling/gymnastics and they love Tumble U!

My experience with this gymnastics company started off wonderfully. They did really great with my 3 year old. However the owner really left a bad taste in my mouth when our month (that we paid for) was over. She charged my card 65 bucks even when I explicitly told her not too. It’s Christmas and I lost my job, didn’t have the extra cash for it but because I didn’t give her notice she charged my card anyway. Thanks. There goes a couple kids Christmas gifts. She so kindly explained to me that she was sorry “I don’t understand business.” So if you don’t care about integrity or customer service then the three year old gymnastics class if for you!!!!
