I have struggled with chronic pain and muscle imbalances for most of my adult life, always taking two steps backwards when trying to build a fitness routine on my own. This gym is the absolute best! Just call and show up- Rashad, Noah and Rose are the nicest, most welcoming people. No judgements here. I'm late fifties and fell off working out for over two years. Rashad creates my custom and varied workouts that quickly, and safely, got me feeling stronger. I feel more stable and confident in my everyday life...I truly feel younger!
The studio is spotless and the semi-private rooms make it a very comfortable place to work out. I'm so glad I've found this gym, and you will be too!

So glad I found this gym! What a gem. I have been a soccer (and tennis) athlete most of my life. Tore my ACL way back in high school and recently the knee started flaring up again; it started slowing me down in my sports so I decided to take action. I needed a personal trainer who specializes in rehabilitating old injuries and getting an athlete back to prime fitness for the sport. Rashad and Nate have been GREAT! I couldn't be happier with my experience at Unified Fitness. In both one-on-one training sessions and small group classes, Nate and Rashad are attentive, creative, supportive, and motivating. If I struggle with something, they're quick to notice and adapt - sometimes with stretches to loosen up a problem spot, sometimes modifying what they're asking me to do. With their guidance, I'm doing more than I thought I was capable of, and the workouts fly by. I love their facility, with partitions to provide some privacy instead of being in a big open gym. I'm better able to focus on what I'm doing and also feel less self-conscious. I also appreciate the detailed information they gathered when I began, so they could understand my current fitness level, chronic physical issues, and goals, and tailor a program accordingly. I look forward to my workouts and am excited and optimistic about the progress I'm making. Try them!

Never did I think I would look forward to working out but Nate and Rashad make me look forward to our sessions.
