We hosted our daughter's 8th and 10th birthday party at United Gymnastics yesterday. It was the best birthday experience to date. It's a great facility. The two employees who worked the event were a massive help in helping us set up, pacing the party (including playing a Kpop Demon Hunters playlist by request) , keeping an eye on the kids in the two play areas, and helping us tear down. It's a lot to manage as a parent, and the extra help was so appreciated. It was such a great experience in every way. The kids had a blast and the parents raved to us. Highly recommend!

I've been very pleased with this school. The instructors have all been attentive to the kids and knowledgeable in what they teach. In particular Coach Jenna has been particularly superb in her handling of her class and has a wonderful way of keeping them focused and constantly working through their exercises always with positive enthusiasm and lots of fun. My 2 year old just did his 5th class here and he LOVES it so much. We got there a few minutes early and he ran to the door demanding to “open it!!!” Haha

The toddler class is super fun. They set up a different obstacle course every week. The obstacle course is really big as it takes up the whole room. There is tons to climb, jump on/into and hang from. They start the class doing the course then you stop and do stretches as a class, then some more time on the course. Finally you move to another room in the gym to do the long trampoline and a smaller obstacle course back to get in line for the trampoline. They end the class with bubbles and suckers (or stickers if you don’t want them to have the sucker).

I have seen a HUGE difference in confidence in my son since starting. It’s been super fun to watch him learn, try more things and start following the stretches.

I have had the opportunity for my children to participate in open gyms times at both locations. I have to say, the stay are incredible, especially Marissa and Nina! They were so attentive and involved in helping the children, and truly appeared to enjoy being there! We have had an amazing time EVERY time we go. Thank you for having these open gyms! We LOVE united! My boys have been going to this location for over 4 years! Coach Jacobie has been such an inspiration to them and they never want to stop doing their weekly classes! Since they added coach Levi I can honestly say these 2 coaches are such a great duo! They both make an effort to really care about the kids in their classes and my boys look up to them so much! Their passions for parkour tricking has really overflowed into my boys and they have been learning new tricks so much faster! The parkour tricking classes they offer are very unique and my boys have benefited greatly from this facility. We love their open gyms, parkour day camps and private lessons that Jacobie annd Levi offer. If your child is into parkour there is no other place you should be then here! The owners are absolutely amazing as well and have pulled together a fantastic and safe facility for all!

We just celebrated our son's 6th birthday party here. We had an age range from 2 years-9 year old boys and girls. Every child had a blast!!! I think the Dads may have had even more fun than the kids! The coaches were amazing. They were engaging and kept everything running smoothly. All the parents were amazed by the facility and all of the kids can't stop talking about going back! We wish we lived closer so we could sign our kids up for weekly classes but definitely will be back for open gym sometime! If you're considering a party here, go for it! We had my sons 5th birthday party here and everyone had a blast! The coaches are amazing. Coach Will quickly became just a part of the family and was not only fantastic with all of the kids (even calling them by name), but was also offering to help dish out food and pass out cake. My 6 year old had a birthday coming up in February and has already asked if we can have his party here as well. My boys like coming to open gyms and even the 4 hour camps on days off from school. Dmitri and his staff are kind, trustworthy and accepting of my boys, one of which has autism. They engage with the kids and show them cool parkour tricks. They let the boys explore on their own safely. It is a clean facility and home-like, not overwhelmingly big and loud. I recommend this gym to kids looking to expend some energy and to parents, especially parents of kids with special needs, to try the open gyms and let their kids enjoy tumbling and swinging.
