We love Universal Gymnastics. My daughter has loved every instructor she's had and I love that they are well organized, they care about their athletes, and the super kind support from the ladies at the front office. Highly recommend.

My 4 year old daughter and 5 year old son attend. We love this place. They keep it clean, they are friendly and do a great job of trying to work with different levels of experience. I recommend them to anyone that asks me about gymnastics for their kids. We like it so much we’ve officially signed my daughter up for the tumbling class.

The place is very very full, so our daughter (and the rest of her class) gets very little time with an instructor or any equipment. They just sit on a mat and watch the β€œold kids” or stretch. The front desk is unresponsive on the phone and rude when you can reach someone. The place is filthy. We will not be renewing after this session. Please consider another gym before enrolling here

Had the pleasure of watching my grand kids participate in Ninja class. The young instructor methodically led them through a vigorous warm-up. Carefully explaining how to and what his students would gain from the warm-up. Then he put them thru a group of obstacles all building both mind and body. It was very inspiring to see these 6 to 9 year olds develop skill and confidence.

Just ok. Not really a fan of the current teacher (older). Will let children constantly do things wrong and just move on.. I've switched to a different place that I enjoy.

Front desk answering the phones not very helpful. Website was difficult to navigate and in an attempt to sign up my 5 year old I called to learn more information about the Comet program - only to receive a not-so-enthused front desk worker who tried to rush me off to the website. I was in between here and a Buckeye Gymnastics and will now definitely be choosing the latter!

Universal Gymnasts, Inc is very disappointing as they do not teach boys anything that is higher than Ninja style classes. If you want professional training for boys they cannot provide this for you nor will they suggest anyone who can. UGI you should be ashamed!

Instructors are great and helpful, front desk is informative and courteous, easy drop off and pick up, special areas for observing parents.

After attending an observance last Thursday, I think the nine year olds are receiving appropriate instruction. I am concerned about the nine year olds having to wear masks while working out and the teen girls don’t have to. The younger girls were complaining of not being able to breathe.
I don’t agree that they should have to wear masks while distancing
themselves

My daughter loves this gym! And as a parent I appreciate that the gym ownership truly care about the kids, especially during COVID 19.

Hanna is an amazing Ninja coach. Discipline and respect are always priority. Kids have a blast and can’t wait to go every week.
