We hosted our sons 8th birthday party at Vault Fitness. It was perfect for a group of 12 kids! They spent the 1st hour entertained and engaged. This venue allowed for our guests to remain together, as opposed to kids scattering in multiple directions. They all had a blast on the obstacle course.
As an added bonus, Cortney took care of decorations and clean up. If you're looking for a great location for a winter birthday party, this is it!

I would highly recommend Renegade Fitness. As someone who has alway made movement a priority, I was in a slump, I needed accountability and motivation. Renegade Fitness is the best of both worlds, group class atmosphere with personal training results. The community I was welcomed into with other members and coaches is unmatched. It makes getting to class easy.

I’ve been a member at Renegade Fitness of Perrysburg since March, and I can honestly say I absolutely love it here! This gym has completely changed my life; from boosting my confidence and improving my overall health to giving me the chance to make amazing friends along the way.
The coaches are incredible! They not only push you and hold you accountable, but they can also guide you with nutrition so you can see real results inside and outside the gym. Their support makes all the difference.
One of the things I appreciate most is the child care. Knowing my kiddos are safe, happy, and cared for while I work out gives me total peace of mind (and they love coming here too!). The community and support at Renegade are unmatched, and I truly cannot picture my life without this gym.

I started coming to the group workouts about 5 or so months ago. In this small amount of time, I have learned alot about proper technique, and have seen alot of progress in my strength and general health. Everyone that comes here are all very welcoming, and fun to workout with. And the coaches are always willing to help with any questions you have; each one of them are great at what they do and make the sessions fun.
If you are thinking of trying out their programs I would highly recommend it!

If you're looking for a different activity/sport for the kids, the Youth program is great! The classes are fun and engaging and gets them moving. It got my kids to start thinking about exercising more and they continue doing some of the moves/workouts at home.

I’m super impressed with Vault Health & Fitness! My wife who had joined Vault earlier, encouraged me to come work out with her as something to do together. I joined 6 weeks ago and by following the nutrition program and attending the evening fitness classes consistently I lost 16 pounds of fat without losing muscle. I’m really pleased with these results so far! The Nutrition coaches and each of the fitness coaches are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Pricey but worth it. I really like the personal attention I get from the trainers. They are not afraid to correct you and fix your form to make sure you are getting the most of your workout. I like how there are a lot of times that classes are available throughout the day, which makes it easy to fit into my schedule. The people who go here are great. Cortney is great! <3

The personalized nutrition and fitness through Vault Fitness and Coach Adam has been amazing! I’ve been working out, religiously, for the past 10 years and never realized how much efficiency and gains I have been missing out on.
In less than a month I’ve seen very noticeable gains and have had a huge spike in my energy and drive to push harder.
Adam does such a great job explaining the value of proper nutrition and how my body needs the right balance of fuel and concentrated exercises to finally get to my goals. I started going to the Vault back in December and have loved it since! All of the trainers are great at working with you and meeting you where you are at. I had never lifted weights before going and this is differently my style of workout. The multiple classes offered throughout the day along with childcare at select sessions is extremely helpful in fitting in workouts.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Vault! Everyone here is helpful and kind, from the owner, to all of the coaches, and even the other members.
The workouts are meticulously designed and scalable from beginner to advanced. The coaches are always happy to provide modifications and ensure that you still challenge yourself. Vault members encourage each other and celebrate victories, which I love about this place!!! Both the strength and functional workouts have enabled me to increase my weights/reps in a very short amount of time. I used to go to a very popular boutique HIIT gym (there is a citrus fruit in the name) and I honestly have gotten much more out of Vault and feel 100x more at home.
In addition to the workouts, I have been working on my nutrition with Coach Adam for the past 16 weeks. Adam has taught me the best way to fuel my body for my goals, and I have managed to shed a significant amount of fat and gain muscle in a healthy and sustainable way. Adam is an incredibly knowledgeable person and a pleasure to work with!
The new location (merged w/ Ft Meigs Crossfit) is super spacious and already has offered us the opportunity to try out new equipment (I see rings on the schedule for today - woohoo)!
See? Told you I can't say enough wonderful things about Vault! Definitely try a class.
Edit: Wanted to add that at the completion of the nutrition program, I have lost 6% body fat, gained almost 5 lbs of muscle, and significantly increased my lifts in the gym. If you are ready for a real change, Vault is THE place that will help you do it.

I started back in the fall after feeling exhausted being a new mom and putting on weight after pregnancy. I was hurting just getting up and down and couldn’t keep up with my now toddler at the playground. When I met with Matt for my initial consultation, my goal was to become more consistent with exercise and be able to keep up with my toddler on the playground. I initially started with onboarding private training sessions and group classes and then shifted to nutrition as the next step. I recently finished the 16 week nutrition program with coach Adam. The coach’s in the classes are all awesome. Adam was amazing at encouraging me, providing education, and developing a plan specifically for my needs with PCOS. I’ve officially lost all my baby weight and then some, have grown stronger, and for the first time since I was probably a kid crawled through a tunnel at the playground with my toddler. Found this place at a low point in my life after almost a year of unforeseen medical issues. Since walking through the doors I’ve flipped the script completely. The whole staff is awesome, the whole program itself is unlike any gym experience I’ve ever been a part of. I get the pleasure of working with Nick each session and I can honestly say after just 8 weeks I’m almost in the best shape of my life. GAME CHANGER! Vault has been the biggest game changer for my health and fitness results during my 25 year journey to stay healthy. I'm almost 50 and I was a gym rat for many years, dabbling in just about everything. I have now been part of the group training at Vault for 4 years and recently in the nutrition program they offer. Through the combination of the two programs, I've managed to pack on muscle I didn't think was possible (to all my fellow skinny guys, we can do it!!) and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been in my life (and getting stronger)! The program works! Coach Funk (Stephanie) is AMAZING. Through her nutrition coaching, she gave me the knowledge that nutrition is not only food related, but stress, sleep, environment, intentional exercise and unintentional movement all play a factor in seeing the changes you want in your health and fitness. She asks thought provoking questions that make you dig deep to understand what you really value.
I eat well, sleep better, workout consistently and although I don't always make the right decisions, I at least have the knowledge to decide for myself. It's a lifestyle!
It's also an incredible community of people that are encouraging, relentless and all working toward different goals.

I have been at Vault for nearly two months and my overall experience and progress have been great. I am enrolled in the hybrid program which is a combination of classes and personal training. Adam is my trainer and he has been amazing and exceeded my expectations. He continues to push me to my maximum potential and holds me accountable. With his guidance and the killer workouts at Vault, I feel and look the best I have in a longtime.
If you put in the time and effort, the results will follow. I repeated my body scan after 1 month and lost 10 lbs of body fat and gained 4 lbs of muscle. All of the coaches go above and beyond. I love that we celebrate all the wins, even the small ones!
The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The coaches I’ve worked with in class are all dedicated, knowledgeable, and so much fun. They will definitely challenge and help you to reach your goals!

I recently completed the Habit Based nutrition program and had the pleasure of working with Coach Adam. I’ve been a member of Vault on and off since it first opened, but due to health complications have had to take breaks. Matt Temby and everyone at Vault have always been very accommodating and tried to help me continue my health journey despite various medical issues. So, with their encouragement I shifted gears to the nutrition program. This program really surpassed my expectations, it is well thought out and coach Adam went above and beyond! Adam was unbelievably kind, patient, generous with his time and never made me feel judged or less than. There’s a lot of reasons a person can struggle to maintain a healthy weight and Adam was not afraid to talk about all of it-even the really hard personal stuff. That was the part that really surprised me and I think is missing from a lot of other nutrition programs out there. I had very little motivation to make dietary changes and signing up for the program took all the willpower I had; but with Adam’s gentle encouragement, small incremental changes were made and weight started coming off. I highly recommend this program and Coach Adam to anyone looking to make positive nutrition changes. Also, if you’re looking to join the gym, don’t hesitate. It’s a great workout, great environment and you will not find a gym owner who has more integrity than, Matt Temby.

The instructors are top notch! Very knowledgeable and friendly, and always want to help you improve. All the members there also want you to succeed and it's nice working out with determined and kind people to keep you motivated. I love the structure of the classes - Monday (Arms), Wednesday (Legs), Friday (Full Body), and Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday are more functional training. This allows me to see improvement in different areas of my body (e.g. how much weight I can bench press from week to week) vs me just doing random workouts daily that get me sweating but can't really measure change. Their quarterly check-ins keep you accountable. Oh and childcare on select sessions...that's awesome! Highly recommend!

I have been a member at Vault Health & Fitness for 3 months and I am extremely satisfied and impressed. I originally attended a class during Friends Week and was instantly hooked. In addition to building muscle, my overall flexibility and balance has increased substantially. Their nutrition guidance is the best I have seen and they hold you accountable in the best way possible. The trainers are friendly but also push you. They know that form while lifting is important to me and go out of their way to ensure I do each exercise properly. I absolutely love that! The bottom line....if you are not getting the results you want at Vault, you have no one to blame but yourself. As an added bonus, the members are really great people and you start to build a little bit of a gym family, which I find keeps me accountable. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I am 67 yrs old. My goals when I joined were to improve my balance and strength. With great trepidation I began strength training and have received nothing but positive regard and reinforcement at all my classes and personal training sessions ( which I greatly recommend). After 4 mos I can say I clearly notice great improvement. The members too, are always helpful and encouraging. It doesn’t matter what shape you are in or what you look like. All are welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Oh, and did I mention the workouts are hard? They are and the beauty of that is you work at your own level. They offered personal training and group training, and they even have childcare! I sent in an inquiry and was contacted shortly after to schedule my free intro. After my intro meeting with Matt, the owner (who is just the greatest!), I knew it was the right choice. What I didn’t know is how amazing and life changing this place, the coaches, and members would truly be. After just 16 weeks I am seeing results physically and mentally as well, thanks to the amazing coaches, Erin, Dan, Stephanie, and Adam. I also chose to do the habit based nutrition program with Adam, who is not only an excellent coach but the best nutrition counselor ever! He is so knowledgeable and really makes sure you are comfortable throughout the program. If you’re new to working out and looking for somewhere to start this is it. If you already workout but are looking for somewhere to improve and push yourself this is it. I can’t say enough good things about this gym. I LOVE Vault!

Vault Health and Fitness is the most complete resource for establishing good habits that will change your life for the better. My biggest struggle with improving my health was managing all of the moving pieces that are involved and necessary to truly make a difference. Just from personal experience, I have run 13 or 14 half marathons, and with the workouts at Vault I've been able to spend less time building up mileage on the road because the strength training and full body workouts have made it easier to prepare for a race.

I joined this gym three months ago not knowing what to expect and a bit apprehensive at first. I anticipated going to workout about two to three times a week and discovered that the coaches are so motivating and encouraging, that I attend at least five times per week!

What stands out to me is that Vault is built around a community of coaches and members who genuinely care about and work towards your success in fitness and in life. I have been with Vault for nearly a year and have enjoyed every part of my experience. My journey with Vault started by following their page on Facebook. I would see their posts and ponder taking a next step, but then resort to my comfort zone and believing I could do it all myself. I didn't take the next step until I saw a post about someone I knew who attended Vault. The post was a before and after picture of the person and the text summarized their journey with the fitness and nutrition programs. The results were amazing and I knew I wanted the same for myself. My biggest frustration with working out over the years was that I would put the time in at the gym, but I would never see the results. To see someone I knew, and previously worked out with at another gym, get the results in such a short period of time was a game changer. I met with the owner Matt Temby the following week to discuss my fitness and nutrition goals. Matt created a plan that was specific to my goals and lifestyle (also really important as I was a new dad at the time). I've been to several gyms over the years and I have never felt as cared for as I do at Vault. The owner, coaches and community genuinely care about you. I am supported and held accountable, which is the perfect combination for what I need in the gym and with nutrition.
I believe another milestone in my journey at Vault was joining the nutrition program with Coach Funk. Stephanie is one the nicest, most knowledgeable and supportive people I have met. She genuinely wants to see you succeed and will go out of her way to help you get there. During the nutrition program, Stephanie not only taught me how but, more importantly, taught me why. I now have such a better understanding of why I am eating certain foods, certain amounts, etc. then I did when I started. To be honest, I really wanted her to just give me a meal plan to follow and I'd do the rest. But, that's not sustainable. I know because I tried it numerous times before I joined Vault. Stephanie showed me a better way and I am better because of it. I believe it is because of knowledge I gained through the nutrition program that I have been able to see amazing results in such a short period of time. I highly recommend the nutrition program.
The truth is that you don't need to do it all yourself. There are experts you can rely on to help, educate and grow you. The key is that you have to be willing to put in the effort. I knew I was willing to do the latter if I could only get some help. I believe that is why I have had such a successful and enjoyable experience at Vault.

I will say that at first, I was apprehensive about starting classes at Vault. As a 52 year old who hadn’t followed a regular health and fitness routine in a few years, I wasn’t sure if my body could handle it. But I started with personal training sessions with Coach Stephanie, who not only taught me proper technique but also gave me the confidence to attend that first class.
I have never been a member of this type of gym and structure before, but I love it! Every day, every week is different. The coaches are enthusiastic, supportive and fun. They take time to help everyone to make us feel comfortable and safe during the class. The members are also encouraging and friendly.
The workouts focus on a variety of goals to build your strength and endurance, so you can choose what’s important to you. I’ll be honest, the classes and coaches will push you to limits you might not thought possible (hello, burpees). You. Will. Sweat.
But we were truly made to do hard things.
For me, I can already tell a difference in my body, my energy level and even my mental focus and it hasn’t been 90 days yet. On days I don’t attend class, I miss it!
I HIGHLY recommend Vault to anyone who is looking for a community of coaches and members who want you to succeed and become your healthy, badass self.

I was a member of Vault for about 8 months before I moved out of state, and it really changed my life. As someone with a lot of health challenges, I saw exercise as something unapproachable, and I'd never been able to stick with a routine. But the folks at Vault changed my point of view. The trainers were all friendly and knowledgeable, the community was supportive, and my small successes were celebrated. I went from never picking up a barbell to being able to do all the basic lifts with great form—and when I eventually moved away, I was able to carry heavy boxes to the U-Haul. 🏋️ Vault is a great place to get started with fitness, and I would highly recommend it.

Where to begin - My Wife and I were members of Vault before we moved away, and I cannot express how much our time there meant to us - the health benefits - which are top-notch - no question, but also the community and the leadership at Vault. The Owner, Matt, took time out of his day off to meet with us before we signed up, and it was evident from the start that this gym was DIFFERENT - in the best of ways. The Head Trainer, Erin - is incredibly knowledgable, and whats more - she, along with all of the other coaches at Vault, are APPROACHABLE - which I've discovered is a rare quality in the industry. I have been a member since 2020 and have been very happy with that choice. This is the first gym that I have joined that I have stayed consistent with and enjoy going to. The culture is awesome. Coaches and members are welcoming, encouraging and supportive of all ages, fitness levels and size. Even after 2 years I haven’t gotten bored or felt like I have plateaued with the group classes. In addition to classes several community fitness events are offered such as The Amazing Race, a MURPH workout, and The Vault Games (a fitness challenge among members) which are a fun way to connect with members, friends and family. I’m addition personal training and nutrition counseling is also available. Matt (the owner ) and the coaches are all encouraging and helpful in assisting members to meet your goals. It wouldn’t be unusual if you missed the gym for several days for one of them to reach out and make sure all is “ok” with you in a caring snd genuine way. I have nothing but great things to say about this gym. I have never thought of myself as someone who would be going to the gym as much as I do now. After I had my son I had a hard time losing weight. I knew I had to go somewhere where they would show how me how to work out because there was no way I would be able to go a gym myself and know where to start. All the trainers have been super helpful with helping me reach my goals and even check in with you every few months to make sure you’re still on track. This gym isn’t you’re typical just go and run on a treadmill gym. Everyday is a different class and the classes are never the same workout routines. The child care is phenomenal and my son loves his friends- and not to mention I’ve made great friends as well! I feel stronger, I feel healthier and my clothes are starting to fit like they used to. I truly can’t say enough great things about this gym.

The space is incredible — it’s an old post office, and they make great and creative use of different parts of it. I worked out at Vault Fitness for three months (with a personal trainer and a dietician). The staff I worked with (Matt, Erin, Kelly) clearly are very passionate in helping their clients meet their fitness goals, and they are clearly knowledgeable about what they do. Depending on your fitness goals, you can register with a dietician to create a meal plan that serves your needs, and you can also sign up for either personal trainer sessions or group fitness sessions. The staff will push you and challenge you, and it will ultimately be up to you to put the work in, discipline yourself, and follow instructions. One caveat is that personal trainer sessions can be somewhat expensive. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend this venue to anyone who is serious about placing structure around their fitness goals.

In addition to the best workouts you can put yourself through, the other members become friends that you look forward to seeing during events that Vault puts on.
Each workout is different with high energy to get the maximum results in the shortest amount of time. Classes start as early as 4:45am to get your day started off right before you head to work.
Every single instructor is super friendly, motivating, and accommodating to your fitness level. My wife worked out her entire pregnancy at Vault and the instructors helped her modify any movements as necessary.

I’ve been at Trv|Fit Perrysburg since July-ish. I started attending once per week to add something different to my running and home workouts. Within a week or two, I was texting with other members who had introduced themselves. The members are friendly and you can tell there is love in this place! Members have built a community of support in the gym, and in shows in their daily interactions walking in and out of sessions and beyond.
When I joined, there were special protocols in place to keep members safe and the coaches all wore masks. The members were helping each other clean equipment between circuits and chatting enthusiastically. The sessions have these sanitizing breaks and are programmed to handle a pre-determined amount of people.
My favorite thing about Trv|Fit Perrysburg is the coaching that starts from Day 1. You have a visit to the gym and meet a friendly face, they get to know you and where you’ve been previously...and why you are here now. The coaching options can include group classes, semi-private groups offering more attention, or one on one personal training, and the addition of nutrition programs for the short term or long term goals. This isn’t a one-size fits all approach. The personal attention on you as an individual is felt on day one, personal training time to get to be coached through important moves you may see frequently in a group setting, and after you’ve chosen the path that best fits your expectations—they offer 90 day reviews to evaluate your plan and offer support to keep you moving no matter what type of coaching you might want next. By far one of the best decisions I have made in my life. As of tomorrow it will mark my one month anniversary of my fitness/readjusting my mindset journey. Matt talks a lot about falling in love with the process and changing behaviors. His speeches changed my perspective on “going to the gym”. There’s a reason this place won Best of Toledo in multiple categories. Number one focus is community. This is important, in my opinion that this is goal #1. I can’t wait to see everyone again when I’m walking out the doors. I never push myself at the big gym I have a membership at, I was burning less calories in triple the time because I didn’t have the drive. I dreaded going. I found this place last fall and joined after my 21 day challenge was up and it was the best decision for my health and well being I’ve ever made. Something important they focus on is also nutrition and that was a big deal for me. People of all walks of life and body types attend classes here and once you try it out you’ll understand why. It’s somewhere everyone can feel comfortable and the coaches play the biggest role in that. They are patient, friendly and funny and will help you with proper form so you’re not doing more harm than good. I recently moved to Perrysburg from across the country, knowing absolutely no one. I had a gym back home that I loved, and was looking to get plugged in, so I started searching the day I moved here. I quickly found TRVFIT, and I am so, so happy I did.
This is the most friendly, welcoming, and amazing community I have ever been a part of. It is not clique-y, it is truly like a giant family. I was SO nervous going to a gym doing workouts with people I didn't know and exercises I hadn't tried before. The trainers were so kind to me, calling me by name and remembering my name! They made sure I felt known, and that meant the world to me.
I LOVE the workouts. Although I was only able to workout in the gym for a few weeks before the quarantine, I am already hooked. The strength classes teach me to lift weights in a way that isn't intimidating, and is super exciting, because I want to build muscle! The TRVX classes are intense but leave you with the desired adrenaline from a good workout, and make you feel strong and accomplished afterwards. The sweat classes make it hard to breathe haha, but really provide the cardio you need at the level you are at!
Seeing the effort that TRVFIT has made to help us stay up with our heath during the quarantine has been incredible. They have gone above and beyond to help members stay connected, and feel a part of something bigger than themselves. I have made my best friends in Ohio from TRVFIT, and I am counting down the days until the gym opens again.

Although I have not been a member of TrvFit for long, this gym somehow manages to feel like home.
I walked into TrvFit for my first class in the beginning of March and I cannot describe to you how nervous I was ... I also cannot describe to you how quickly those nerves went away. This place has a way of making you feel so welcome and appreciated the minute you walk through the door no matter if you're a new or a familiar face.
The workouts are incredible. I had been working out independently for a few years but was ready for something new: community, challenging workouts, a new routine. I will not lie and say the workouts are easy... they're far from it. But somehow TrvFit and the coaches make them super fun and enjoyable. There truly is no better feeling than walking out of TrvFit knowing you not only crushed your workout but are also bettering yourself at the same time.
I cannot begin to describe the community that you will gain from TrvFit. Again, I have only been a member here since early March but it feels so much longer than that (in the absolute best way). One of my favorite things about TrvFit is that we all come from different backgrounds: kids, no kids, married, divorced, in college, retired, etc. I know that I could approach any member at TrvFit with a question, meme, for a Netflix recommendation, etc. and they would be nothing but welcoming.
Lastly, the coaches. I'm not sure how Matt, the owner, managed to put together such an awesome team but he did. I know for a matter of fact that I could approach any one of the coaches at TrvFit with a question, seeking a recommendation, etc. Whether it be a question about what protein powder they recommend for me or what brand of leggings is their favorite, the coaches are amazing at their jobs while also being amazing human beings.
So yes. 10/10 recommend.

TrvFit is, above all, a wonderful community to be a part of. With an awesome lineup of coaches and friendly people going to the gym, it is easy to get plugged in with other like-minded people who are about those around them.

I was able to take a handful of TRVFIT's morning classes, including their HIIT style, strength and conditioning, and lifting classes. All of them were GREAT! The instructors were super friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. I felt totally comfortable asking for modifications when necessary.
The environment gives off a ‘come as you are, but come to work hard’ kind of vibe. It was awesome to see people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and ability levels working together and motivating each other. And the motivation was much needed as the workouts were designed to push you pretty hard. I loved it and am grateful for getting to join the TRVFIT community for a short while.

TrvFit Perrysburg took me by surprise! I don't really love group fitness and I'm not really into social settings with strangers especially ones in which i am seen in spandex and sweating profusely, but I was searching for a local connection in my fitness journey and there was one here so i gave it a shot... they had a Strength class which is what i wanted to learn more about. I was unable to find a trainer at the time so this strength class was my first experience at seeing all the things i had been doing wrong training on my own and why i was injuring myself doing it incorrectly...so i stayed around to learn more and more. I have since found a trainer, but i continue to come because of 2 reasons: Community & Cardio...I hate Cardio so much, but i've learned it is way more fun to get it done with a group, and this group is a very special group... I've grown to love the TRV FIT Community because they care! It's hard to find that most other places. They are encouraging, fun, hard-working and sooo welcoming...even to the socially awkward (me). I've been through several coaches and programs in my past and i can tell you with certainty that TRV FIT has everything in place to help you achieve your fitness and health goals if you are TRULY looking for a change! They have a wonderful fitness community but most importantly they can help you with your nutrition which is where the greatest changes are made!!! I encourage you to reach out to any of the coaches at TRV FIT if you are ready for a change... they can build a fitness and nutrition plan for you that not only works but is sustainable long term because its not built around the latest diet fads.

TrvFit has quite literally changed my life and I could never thank the coaches and community enough for what they have done for me. I met people here in 2019 that have become family to me, and now I couldn't picture life without them.
The physical changes are obvious: 5 pounds of added muscle, increased strength, greater endurance....But what people aren't able to see is the increase in mental strength and confidence that I've gained during my time at TrvFit. I joined today after completing a 21 day trial challenge. Went to 13 classes across three weeks so far and I love it. As a very overweight guy in my 40s, the thought of walking in the door the first time was very intimidating. Matt, his staff, and the other members have been kind, welcoming, encouraging and helpful. If there’s an exercise I can’t do they are right there to suggest a modification. I get up five days a week now and workout side by side with beginners up to true Athletes! It is an awesome feeling.

In addition to a variety of workouts at times that really work for me, (5:30 am and 5:30 pm are my faves), I am continually impressed by the quality of the people that call this gym their home. I have always been hesitant about joining a gym. About two months ago my brother contacted me and said Trvfit is doing a free 21 day challenge and that I should check it out. I was nervous walking through the gym doors for the first time because I heard the workouts were super tough. This was the heaviest and most unhealthy I have ever been in my life and didn't know if I would even be able to get through a workout. Fast forward two months later and I have became a member of the Trvfit gym community. I absolutely love the workouts and I am able to do them. I have struggled with my weight and confidence for my entire life. I tried all the fad diets, numerous different gyms, meal plans etc...nothing ever stuck. Then I found Trvfit. LONG POST WARNING! I originally came for a free trial, with literally 0 expectations of joining. At the end of the 6 week trial, I was waiting for the hard sell, the phone calls, and jeering to get me to join. To my surprise, I received NONE of that. I was asked... no, invited would be the correct word, once if I wanted to continue, and it was very nonchalant and no-pressure. I was shocked! They just gave me 6 WEEKS of training and weren't going to pressure me?!? That was when I realized that they truly care and aren't just doing this for a check. Fast forward 3 months and the feeling I had when I first signed up is the same feeling I get every time I walk through the doors. If you're considering a free trial - I highly suggest it. You won't be pressured to join, and you won't regret it.
As for the workouts, no matter your skill or fitness level, you will have an awesome time. All of the coaches are true fitness professionals and know how to make sure are performing the exercises properly so you get the maximum results while preventing injury. I love this place! It’s more than just a gym, it’s a community where everyone is super encouraging towards one another and it’s always a fun environment! The coaches are great and the workouts are challenging but can always be modified. They offer a variety of classes everyday which is nice if you like a specific class or want to go multiple times. I definitely recommend joining them for a workout!

I was a part of their 6 Week Relentless Life Challenge - Which was FREE to the community! The classes are great! 45 minutes and you get your total body workout in. The class sizes are not too large, which means you get personalized attention if you need it. The music is great and the sense of not only fitness, but community is strong. You will gain a family here, not just a gym membership! I couldn't recommend TrvFit Perrysburg more!
