I've been coming here for 6 years. Out of the 4 gyms I've attended in the last 11 years, this place is my favorite. Every time I'm here they are sweeping/mopping something, equipment is kept up and updated, and staff is friendly and responsive. They even mailed me a Vital onesie when I had my baby last year ❤️

I love this place. Being open 24/7 is huge for me. I don't see the staff all that much cause I am usually there in the evening but when I got my membership set up, the girl at the desk was very nice. Equipment is very well kept and everything is clean and organized. This is my first gym I've ever had a membership too but seems very well kept. I very much encourage people to come here!

I doubt you'll find a gym that has nicer staff and clients. Highly recommend this gym for anyone at any fitness level.
Some may advertise a "no judgement zone", they practice a "no judgement atmosphere."
They offer quite a variety of cardio and strength fitness equipment.

I recommend Vital Fitness over any gym in Wilmington, Ohio. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Very different from any gym I’ve ever been to. There is a feeling of acceptance and encouragement from everyone no matter what level of fitness you are. Positive vibes throughout the entire organization (members and trainers). Great place to spend your time improving your lifestyle and health.

Vital Fitness is a great gym, when our local YMCA closed I had to find a new gym, and it was a no brainer. Vital made us feel welcome and are always encouraging. They offer a lot of different group fitness classes and the instructors are top notch. You can get a total body workout and have fun at the same time! They are also always giving to the community through various charities and really care about the people in our town. Highly recommend!

Vital Fitness is the best gym membership I've ever had. Not only are the facilities excellent, but the staff is what makes me get out of bed and get on my way there. The place is great and has plenty of equipment, it’s open 24/7 which is nice if you decide to come in late or early. But not only that the staff and other members are INCREDIBLE!
I’ve had car issues and some of the members have dropped what they were in the middle of to come rushing to help.
I can’t recommend Vital enough, it a great place!

Vital Fitness gives all the benefits of a big gym, with the supportive gym-family feel of the locally-owned business that it is. Best gym I've ever been a member of: clean, awesome classes with great instructors; friendly people with no judgement; and affordable to boot! They are SUPER active in the community. With a toddler, it is a big deal for me that they offer childcare for when I am able to come in.

Great gym and atmosphere, I have been going there for many years. It’s by far the cleanest gym I have been in and very well maintained for being a privately own facility. Everyone that works there is absolutely wonderful. I also take advantage of the child care they offer and they have taken great care of my 7 month old while I enjoy a workout.
