Great old school styled gym. HD racks, benches, big weights. Turf areas inside and out. Sleds, tires, KBβs. 24 Hr access is a game changer.

Edit in response to VSN:
I wasn't going to write anything but here goes.
The "gym" has outdated and mismatched equipment that all seems second hand. They claim to have any type of barbell you could imagine but the owner has no idea what the different types are. There isn't even a deadlift bar. The owner talked to us about plans to reupholster equipment but that never happened. Plus they have a speed bag that is popped and the swivel is super glued so you can't remove it to put a bag up that is not popped. One of the toilets was always broken in the women's locker room. Trainers use outdated information that is not backed by scientific evidence. For example, stretching and foam rolling have not been shown to reduce injury or improve flexibility. Using a tennis ball to massage your muscles isn't going to loosen a tight muscle. Water is not going to lubricate your joints... Our bodies are mostly water already. Trainers do not push their clients and would rather have full conversations instead of train. They tell people they are doing great instead of fixing form because they have no idea what proper form is.
On top of all of this, the gym is dirty. We tried to follow the signs and put our weights back but no one else cared to, especially not the trainers. There were signs about keeping the door closed when the AC is on but even the owner's son disregards that. So I'm curious what I did to "disrespect property" when the people who work there don't even respect the place. Is it because I threw away old plastic bottles that had been sitting around? Maybe because I organized the plates into the right spots when I used the squat rack and put away all of the clips?
Overall, I would not recommend this place unless you want to be misinformed about anything related to lifting weights.

This is listed as a Health Food store on the internet. It is actually a fitness center. This needs to be corrected.

Great gym with top notch personal training! Chris Rice has helped me heal more from ACDF surgery than physical therapy ever did! Great owners and staff!

This place is beautiful! Everything you could want in a gym. 24 hour access with new equipment and during certain periods of the day it's like you have the whole place to yourself. Also, the high school kids that go there don't just go to fool around, they go there and work hard. Great Gym, Great Prices. A+ in my book.
