100% recommend Warren Poling Training. I do not live in the Columbus area and Warren was still able to create a great training program for me online. He was in constant communication with me and able to adjust the weight training to my needs when my body was too sore or when I tweaked muscles because I over did it. He gives great advice and he helped me increase my lifts and meet my goals.

Warren is a highly technical trainer with great ability to observe and customize your programming. He is thoughtful, encouraging and down to earth.

Warren hands down gave me the best training I could’ve asked for and more. I honestly can’t say enough great things about my experience with him. He personalizes your workouts to match your goals, pushes you as far as you can go, gives super helpful nutritional advice, critiques form like a pro, and is one hell of a motivator. But what I personally think is the greatest thing (and what I’m most thankful for) about training with him is that he makes working out actually fun and quite enjoyable. I’ve never truly had a passion and excitement for working out before, and always dreaded going to the gym. Now, I’m anxiously waiting until the next time I go. Warren has been a friend of mine for years. I was skeptical switching to his program after doing my own programs for years, but I decided to give it a try. I was very happy with the results from the hypertrophy program that he designed for me. The personal training sessions really helped me push through the sets and exceed my own expectations. I would recommend his programs and training to anyone who has a goal that relates to fitness. He works with you throughout the programs and can help make adjustments for you if needed. If you are looking for a great trainer Warren is your guy!! I’ve been training with him for just under a year. He’s made so much stronger and lifting heavier than I’ve even lifted in my 51yrs. His attention to detail and form is unlike any others. He kicks your butt but it’s enjoyable and worth it. I strongly recommend him to everyone I know.

We have been training with Warren 3x a week for the past year. It started with our 14-year-old elite diver and then added our elite swimmer to his training - now we’ve added both parents! The amount of progress we have seen in both kids for strength, balance and confidence is remarkable. As a 40+ mom, Warren, is acutely aware of my daily mindset and ability and pushes me further then I ever thought possible. I have seen my strength and balance improve leaps and bounds. If you are looking for some major progress and transformation Warren is the man to see. I’ve been active 1-2 times a week for over a year now and have addicted to the sessions. Warren is so focused on you the client to make sure you are lifting (exercising) the correct way and will make adjustments to keep you in the correct path. I have referred many people to him who are extremely satisfied and they refer their friends to him ,etc. So worth the price.
