I have been coming to yoga at Wellness to the Core for over 10 years, Angel is the best instructor, caring, knowledgeable, always assisting you to get the most out of your yoga class. There is a wide variety of classes for all ages and level of experience. I would recommend her and all of the instructors at Wellness to the Core!

There aren't enough nice things to say about WTTC. The instructors are universally excellent, and there's a wide variety of classes from hot yoga to aerial to chair and restorative, to special classes for kids. There's also always some special fun event going on - Keep an eye on their calendar and their facebook page!

Wellness to the Core offers a large variety of classes. Something for everyone! For those who like to sweat, there is Hot Yoga. For those who like to rest, there is Gentle Yin Yoga. For those who like to sit, Chair Yoga. For those who like to hang, Aerial Yoga. For those who like outside, Lake Yoga. So much more. Plus, fitness classes combining Yoga and Pilates. I thonk there are over 20 classes on the schedule, so there should be a class to fit you life.
In the same building, there is a chiropractor and nutrition. Or is you really need to relax, an orthopedic massage and reflexology appointment might be right up your alley.
