Went here a while back since I was in town visiting family and got the pleasure of using this facility and meeting an Armahd (not sure if I'm spelling that correctly). He made the whole experience very nice and showed me where things were as well as telling me what classes I could take and equipment that was available. I wasn't there for too long but I had a great time.

Lots of kid friendly activities to do. My 1st grader plays sports at this particular YMCA because a lot of children his age are at this specific YMCA.
There have been other y’s that will not have a lot of his peers but older kids.
You just have to figure out which Y works for your family.

Absolutely terrible customer service I received from a girl named Brittany. She seemed like I was inconvenient to her by showing up to work out. Her attitude is terrible. And I was going into the bathroom as she was coming out and it smelled like a weed vape in there. Just terrible I heard her complaining loudly about the members and how she couldn't stand it when people didn't watch their kids. She really needs a new job I won't be going back to that location as long as she is there. One of the other girls whom name I didn't catch she had super long hair though kept apologizing for her behavior just awful

I have two young boys staying with me that we’re homeless until their mother gets on Her feet called and explain the situation they told me I’m allowed two guests per year as long as there’s an adult present and I was only allowed one guest at a time shaking my head. Even though they had put my nephew on my membership before, and I did not even have to ask, they offered!!! Just trying to keep these kids off the street and give them some fun activities to do and can’t even do that because the YMCA is too greedy and worried about them getting their own membership and their membership fee each month it really is a shame the greed in this world really makes me sick to my stomach!! Right is right and wrong is wrong!!! Family oriented…. Hmmmmm doesn’t really seem like it!!! DO BETTER WEST TOLEDO YMCA should be ashamed of yourselves I don’t have shit to help people, but I still do it anyway anyways, you guys have more than enough money to let two kids slide that have nothing not even a pot to piss in shaking my head, I will continue to pray for all you greedy people. May he have mercy on your souls.

The treadmills are quite close together and difficult to get off of if someone has balance or knee problems and needs to hang onto something in order to get off the equipment. Warm in there also. The recumbent bikes are well kept up.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Work out room is well sticked with plenty of equipment and weights to use. Only problem is being able to get on the gym floor to be able to shoot around because of games being played most of the time. It woukd be nice to havec1 basket dedicated to anyone who just wants to take a few shots without being involved in a game.

Driving across town to watch my granddaughter play volleyball was such a treat. This YMCA is a great place to learn, interact, and become a better person. Families come to support and cheer on our athletes and I can see improvement weekly. Thank You YMCA

This is not a good place. They took more money out of my account even after I closed it and they won't take my bank card off file. So, they have access to my bank whenever they want and I don't like that. This is a place about money and not people, because we should be able to take our bank information off after we close our accounts. I hate this place and will never step foot in a YMCA again.

Great pool and exercise room. The pool has one side for lap swimming and another for family activities. The family pool is shallow with a water fountain. There are connected locker rooms for changing and showering. The exercise room has a multitude of different equipment for cardio and weight machines, both free and machine assisted.

It is a small gym, I personally really enjoy it here but it's hard to gage when the pool will be busy or not. They make you share a lane if it's full and I had to once and I haven't swam since. I don't swim straight because I am defective or something so my swimming was drastically cut when I had to share the lane. I think there should be a time limit of 30 mins if busy. Don't make people share.. I just want to keep to myself at the gym.
