Great gym. 24/7 access. Membership is serious about training. Not a lot of useless bells and whistles (spas, juice bars, or other goofiness). Excellent selection of free weights. Superb trainers to help you meet your goals.

What a fantastic facility and staff!
On a Friday evening we were on our way from Michigan to Cincinnati for my son's tournament in very inclement weather. We decided to stop in Lima and drive the rest of the way in the morning. We called Jeff to see if my son could warm up in morning. He not only made arrangements for a court but also lined up an All American from the local college team to hit with and help him prepare for his match. We will be sure to stop there again in our travels!
