The staff was lackadaisical , smart mouth and unenthusiastic. The gym itself ok , the patrons were cool. The staff very blasΓ© I will only go back if necessary. I will choose all other ymcas over the Whitehall ymca. Negative experience.

A nice and clean YMCA. Everything is up to date. Only down sides are that the gym area is a bit sparse on equipment, they definitely have to room to add more machines, DL platform, etc. Also there is no pool at this YMCA, it is instead a turf area. Other than those two things the staff is nice and never too busy.

This is the best YMCA for me and my family!! I have been coming here since September and I have enjoyed my time here so much!! Twanna is the first staff member that I met and she was so helpful and offered me all of the facilities and showed me how to use some of the equipment!!! Ms. Cheryl W. is also very helpful as she showed me some of the other equipment to use as well!! I cannot finish without mentioning Carson, he is just so nice and so helpful! This is just a great, friendly location to go to. Very clean and enough space for items. Thank you all for helping me in my journey!!!

I didn't know that Whitehall had a YMCA. It's a really nice little Y that has everything you need! Spied an indoor soccer field while I was there too. Very cool!

Nice! I remember going here 50 years ago for family reunions. My children frequently spent time exploring the creek behind the park too. We would fish, sled, watched a couple weddings, cook out etc but now the picnic areas are gone π₯²

The fall colors are lovely !!! (10/21) they have meadow and riparian forest trails, disc golf and a paved gratitude mile loop with messages on signs. The paved area is in the sun along side meadow and forest. Also lots of open space for games and a shelter.

This place has been doing a major upgrade. The Parks and Recreational people are great, from my experience. Cool place to walk, play Frisby golf, or hang out with the kids. There is plenty of parking as well. Whitehall is upping it's game with this park.

This is the best park in Whitehall. You get to see trains and planes going by. There's a creek, trails, and playgrounds. It's perfect for the little ones.

ITS DIRTY THE MACHINES AT BOTTOM ARE NASTY NEVER BEEN DUSTED OR CLEANed, you can tell because even the windows seals are dusty. The Mexican house keeper does not do detail cleaning she prefers to seat at the front with others co workers. Again need detail cleaning simple.

This is a great park for fishing and family fun. The only issue is everytime I visit here the trash bins are overflowing, the picnic tables are disgusting. Birthday parties should be required to take their trash with them or be charged for the trash they leave behind. I would say visit with caution because it has become nasty.

A small but lovely public green space that spreads over several acres. The park is divided into two parts, one of which is not visible from the road. There is a small parking lot adjacent to the Whitehall YMCA. From there, visitors can proceed down the staircase or the paved asphalt slope to the lower portion of the park. At the bottom of the hill is another small parking lot. The park is a quiet oasis with paved walking trails that loop and crisscross through the park. A couple of trail offshoots lead to peeks of the Big Walnut Creek. Probably the best feature is the wildflower gardens in the center of the green space that stand over 5 feet high in mid-summer. On a breezy day you get a beautiful flowery fragrance as you walk. The park is surrounded by thick woods that shade much of the walking trail.

It has been a nice park as long as I can remember. Whitehall had done a great job maintaining the area. They have a new YMCA there that I wasn't aware of. Large playground (closed due to covid-19) and a lot of shade around. It's a nice place to come and enjoy a workout and or relax.

This park is incredible, safe, and right next to a ymca so their is someone constantly there watching out for the park. Itβs in a prime location right off of hamilton, and they always seem to have the grass perfectly cut. Itβs always clean as well.

Large park..Lower section has over 1.5 miles of trails with no trash cans to dispose of trash,pet waste..Have plenty of signs about park..But not one sign about littering.
How can we take care of park? If we cant throw trash in a can..Come on Whitehall,put some trash cans on the trails.See photos,No trash cans in sight.

Love having this little park and its disc golf course so close to home. Looks like they had just done some planting and other landscaping work for the beginning of spring. It is very beautiful and simplistic. There are 2 playground with a decent amount of playground equipment. Some examples are slides, sea-saw, swings, a climbing tower, and a merry-go-round. The park also has a few shelters. The only thing missing are benches. After an hour my knees get tired so my son and I have to leave. If there was somewhere I could sit we could stay longer.
