Guess the staff has nothing better to do than to go after a 70 year old veteran about some weights being racked. Talking about having video proof of said weights not being racked and gonna charge him $5 for it. That’s a hell of a way to approach a situation for someone who served in the jungles of Vietnam and is disabled and trying to stay active. Real poor taste in handling a situation. Maybe go back through the video tapes and go after everyone in the gym the way you did a disabled veteran. Absolutely disgusting.

I originally posted this as 5 stars, but recently the last couple of months, this place has gone downhill. Multiple times bathrooms weren't restocked and management is slow to respond to issues. You can forget about canceling because staff get told not to cancel anyone even though the app is faulty. They also charge extra for every little thing and then deactivate you door access for no reason. The equipment itself is pretty good due to having a lot of options. Best thing to do is go somewhere else

Absolutely wonderful gym. This place has a lot of equipment and weights. The place is very very clean the equipment is always well maintained and they also update their equipment periodically.They have tanning if you like and my favorite is the hydro bed it is absolutely the best back massage I have ever had Corey and Ricky are very personable and kind. Also very knowledgeable about the equipment and are very very helpful and will suggest equipment for you to use according to what your needs are. The best part is they are open 24 hours they also take silver sneakers for us seniors. And they are centrally located in Heath right off of 79 really easy to get to, next door to Kroger which is convenient because I can shop there afterwards. Have really enjoyed the gym so far, and am very happy with my experience. I talked with the staff, who worked with me to get a three month summer plan to fit my needs. All of the workers have been very kind, but especially Sam, who looked for my waterbottle for half an hour after I left it. In addition, it is a very reasonoable price, and great equipment.

My silver sneakers card had expired so I signed up. I had to have emergency surgery on my back and was laid up for 4 months. I had to pay $60 to have my membership canceled and never had one workout!!

Clean and open 24/7 I like it enough to keep going there . The people who run it there are very nice. It's in a mall with Kroger and zen nails . We really enjoy it. I just would like more upright bikes as the recliner backs tend to hurt lower back

Wouldn’t waste my money going to this place. In some of the other reviews the owner/manager states that in order to cancel your membership u can either call or email to cancel and I did both. Sent 5 emails and called once. On the call I was told to send the email which failed the previously 5 times. This place doesn’t care about ripping people off.

The gym is ok for our small town, but in the summer months it is way too hot. We asked about it and they said thermostat is set on 68. Well, it is not working. I used my phone thermometer on my phone and it was over 70 with high humidity in there. I cut my workout early because it was just too darn hot. We overheard several other folks talking about how hot it was in there as well, so it is not just us. Will wait another few days, but Planet Fitness was very cool inside when I inquired today. If I choose to cancel, I certainly hope I dont have to go through the hardship others in the past have.

~in response to your answer, maybe you should get the AC unit serviced. It was only 68 degrees outside at the time, not escalated temperatures. Yet this inside was still too warm to get in a good workout. Planet Fitness has tall tall ceilings and it was very cool inside. As well as Kroger and other places I went in to. I believe you need to get a new AC or at least have it serviced.

This place is the worst. Way too small and they make it impossible to cancel. Ive been trying for over a year now. This month they charged my bank 2 times so if they still refuse to cancel my membership i will be contacting a lawyer regarding their anti consumer policies. Last time i called to cancel the person that answered told me i had to do it online and the online cancelation says i have to do it on the phone so dont believe the phony replies. They have made this process insanely annoying for over a year.

Great gym except the door only works half the time. You can call an 800 # and give them 3 sets different proofs of ID. However, when it's dark with negative temperatures and bad weather the 10 to 15 minutes wait is ridiculous considering I pay to get in a safe and timely manner.

Clean, Quiet, Affordable, and its always open honestly couldn't as for more. The crowd that goes there is pretty laid back, I get off of work pretty late like 7-8 pm I have never felt uncomfortable going on and have always enjoyed the relaxed environment. Peter is always helpful.

Got a 3 day pass to see if I liked it better than my original gym and it was nice and clean good people working. It was my 1st time trying out this gym and I went with my boyfriend, we were on the treadmills as I am a plus size woman and had to start off small. Well I look up and there was a man with his phone pointed straight at me taking a picture. Most uncomfortable I've EVER felt. We immediately left and will not return.

I enjoy working out at this gym, however the owner is very disrespectful!! 3 times I have tried to tan at the heath location and nobody was available to help me and I pay for unlimited tanning. Dave seems to think if you don't make an appointment to tan he can be shut down by the CDC, which is funny, because no other gyms require an appointment!! I called to verify!I have no issue with making an appointment through the app, but the app wouldn't load on my phone, so I literally couldn't. Instead of offering a solution, he was rude and argumentative!! Stephanie and the other 2 staff members that have worked with me are AWESOME!! If Stephanie was in charge, it would be a much better atmosphere and I wouldn't be on here ranting about the bad customer service. If the app doesn't work, can't you just schedule people on your computer system?

If I could give this place zero stars I really would. First and for most I was at the Heath Ohio location. I fully understand now why there is a one week free trial Because this workout facility is the most inconvenient workout facility I have ever been to in my whole entire life. If you have a busy schedule I would highly suggest not coming to this workout facility. I actually paid for a full on membership, I was a premium member. You’re supposed to have access to the tanning bed the massage table and the workout facility while there are staffing hours which are supposed to be from the time they open till 8 PM. I don’t get off of work until 7 PM and mind you I live about 15 minutes away from this facility if you were trying to tan I wouldn’t bother coming to this place because the staff they leave before 8 PM when the door clearly says that staffing is supposed to be there until 8 PM so I’m not able to tan at this facility at 7:15 much less 730 when their staffing hours are at 8 PM. I’m also not able to use the massage table more than once. You can use the massage table one time in a 24 hour Time period. Oh and the major kicker to this whole entire thing, work out anytime fitness 24/7 will not cancel your membership!! You have to call a whole entire separate phone number you have to give the customer representative some kind of reference number and then they send you an email for you to cancel your own account. They make it 100% inconvenient for you to cancel your account us as members should not have to go out of our way to cancel our own account the staff members should be able to cancel the membership on their own. I don’t have this problem when I go to planet fitness in Newark Ohio. Planet fitness will let you use their massaging tables as many times as you want in a 24 hour time period. You can use their facility 24 seven no problem because there is a staff Member there at all times. Work out 24/7 fitness currently has a teenager working as a janitor for their facility and they don’t mind her sitting behind the counter where all of our memberships are with all of her other teenage friends after staffing hours. This place is 100% unprofessional when it comes to staffing and when it comes to canceling your membership they do not communicate with you how to cancel your membership when you sign up in person they do not give you information on canceling the membership when you sign up online. And when they do finally send you the email link for you to cancel your own membership it takes an arm and A leg for you to cancel your own membership. I had to go out of my way to get a new bank card from my bank so that way this facility would stop charging my card. If you want something that’s convenient, professional, and communicative I would highly recommend going to planet fitness and not work out 24/7. Oh forgot to mention this last part the gym membership cards for you to access the facility you have to pay for that in addition to getting your membership the card doesn’t just come with your membership like planet fitness does. I had to pay $10 for my access card to get into the facility on top of my premium membership. Planet fitness does not make you pay for a card to access their facility.

The best and cleanest gym in Licking County. The staff, Kyle and Danie’l, are always polite and helpful. You never have to wait to use equipment. Locker rooms and restroom area is always clean. Gets a little hot in there at times but that just helps get the sweat going. Highly recommend this gym!

The Owner is a great guy. He called me at 8pm on a saturday night to fix an issue with my key badge. The gym is very clean, people take care of it. Tons of equipment, it's an older crowd for the most part, everyone is friendly. As some other comments said, it's a little hot in there, but it appears to be getting better. It's a 24/7 gym though and it's nice to workout anytime you want, i use the hydro massage it's really good. If you are a tanner, $10 extra for unlimited tanning, so yeah overall good gym.

Temperature is a little too high for a building full of people working out, in my opinion, although Paul tells me the thermostat is set at 68. Otherwise it's a good spot for what I need. There is an abundance of equipment with little to no wait time. The equipment is clean and well cared for, bathrooms/locker rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would not call this a gym, simple as that. 1 star is for the hours, it's hard to beat open all day long, and the other star is for how clean it always is in there. Other than that, the "lunks" or guys that like to grunt way too loud and like to yell excessively loud while rapping out run the place. The staff has no back bone to stop it, even after multiple complaints. There are not even machines and weights to go around if it is even remotely busy, and there is just no room to stretch, do calisthenic training, or anything of the sort. Because of the people, equipment, and space, it is only a 2 star workout center, not a gym.

I needed a place to workout while I was home on military leave and anytime said they would let me workout there for a 2 weeks price, so that was great! But then I got charged a full month price instead, still no big deal. When I went to cancel my “membership of 2 weeks” because I had to head back to base, I was told I had to write a letter to be able to cancel. So I wrote the letter. A month later I was charge a whole months membership, I called and they told me sorry there isn’t anything they can do about it and it won’t happen again. Whatever I guess. Now it’s 9 months later and they are randomly charging me full memebership and I live on the other side of the country. I called to get my money back because it was an honest mistake. They said they can’t give it back to me and I won’t happen again!!!!!!!! I will never go back to this place again and the rest of my Marine buddies won’t as well. Is it really that hard to give me my money back from a place I only stepped foot in for 14 days !!

Today a friend and I went to this facility to become members. We had previously been in and was told we could pay month to month with no contract. We go today and to start off waiting a good 10 mins while a young boy was on the phone chatting. We tell him what we are there for and we were told a totally different story. As we are questioning and informing him of what we was told a day prior a young girl comes to the desk and rolls her eyes and makes faces like a little school girl. So with that being said we leave, didn't get a sorry for the miscommunication or anything. Need to get some good polite people that take their job serious instead of these two that proceeded laughing behind desk like their somebody.

Very dissatisfied... I opened a membership that cost 150 to open, then I went there once and it was okay. Then I ended up movi g a2ay and when I went to cancel my membership there's a cancellation fee and when you can cancel they hit you with a yearly due and this gym was supposed to be month to month IT'S NOT!! I used my gf debit card to pay for my membership one month and we broke up shortly after. I called and told them I would be in to pay for it and not to take it off her card. To delete her info but instead they took my payment off her card. I got a prepay card and gave them info from the card and they took it off her card. And they did it again last month. Nice gym, good quality equipment, and the 2 guys seem friendly. Way too crowded now that aspen has closed. Can't get the usual workout done because people work out in groups and crowds the areas. The locker room is way too small and i always have to wait for people to get out of there so I can get to the locker. Very few towels and wipe down spray. I've been here for a few years and this is the most crowded it's ever been.
