I have two memberships to two separate gyms and prefer this gym. The environment is nice and welcoming. The staff is always friendly and never cold shoulders. The guests are nice to talk to as well. You have all the equipment you need to get a solid workout in. I’ve been going here for 3 years, never had a problem with lifting heavy, no billing issues, no problems with recording myself. Any small complaint i’ve had, has been fixed through communication.

This is the 2nd time now this year that the door won't open. Im done paying $20-$30 a month just so I can show up at 430am and not be able to go in because you doors are crap. This is stupid. At least give us some warning before the people that show up that early dont have to waist our time getting out of bed to go work out!

Do not do not do not get a membership here! Hidden fees and impossible to cancel. I lost my job and called to try to cancel they tried charging me over $200 to cancel. When I called and explained my situation the kid on the phone said the manager would waive the fee I would just have to pay this month and that’s all. I paid. Months go by and I check my credit report and they sold off the balance to a collection agency. After fighting this for over 2 months the charge has finally been taken off my credit. I had to hire a company to fight the collections company. This place is your typical nightmare gym membership. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Very nice gym, awesome equipment, and probably the cleanest gym I've ever been in! The owners are so nice and you can tell they genuinely care about their members and facility. It can get crowded during prime hours, otherwise no complaints! Thanks for honoring our memberships from fitworks after they closed down suddenly, also!

Update March 2025: Still truly enjoy this gym and overall environment it offers! The employees are always smiling and greet you when they see you (even while working out), and remember your name! We started going to this gym several years ago when our membership was automatically transferred due to the sudden closure of our previous gym, and haven't thought about finding a new gym once since.
The staff is incredible. Christian and Gabe make it a point to welcome and chat with members as much as is feasible and it really makes the gym feel like a welcoming and safe place to work out.

This location is, by far, the best gym I’ve EVER lifted at. The equipment is abundant, diverse, diligently maintained, and the entire place is kept IMPECCABLY cleaned/sanitized.
Christian, Gabe, & Christy are a critical component of why I happily go, every day. The 3 of them are VERY knowledgeable, willing to help any time, & are some of the most approachable, genuine people I’ve EVER encountered at the front desk of ANY gym. This gym has everything you need with an added bonus of friendly and helpful staff. I truly enjoy my workouts and have had the best experience in the last two months since I have joined. I'm an aerialist instructor and I train to be better at my art and job. The gym has always been intimidating for me but this is such an inclusive environment with plenty of machines so you never have to wait. The tanning, hydro massage, theragun, are a helpful touch to round out a good workout. It's always clean and someone is always available to answer questions. Be sure to get the premium membership for an affordable rate so you can access all of this plus a personal trainer once a month and tracking with the body index machine. I can't recommend this location enough!

Been going for a few months now, the staff is really nice and I’ve never once been worried about cleanliness which is super appealing. The ONLY complaint I have at all is they do not have very good ac here in this summer heat. It’s a smaller gym packed with body heat and the heat of the summer, so I really struggle to do what was not very difficult cardio in the other seasons and my disability makes that worrisome for me. Otherwise no complaints and I’m much better off now than I was when I started!

Was a member for a year had no issue when I was a member the staff where nice and the gym was clean. My issue was after I canceled my membership I paid for the last month and all the additional fees but for whatever reason one of the payments didn’t go through, due to that the reinstated my account without informing me. This happened last September and has accumulated charges since then. They sent me to collections without notifying me claiming they did so. Now I have to pay for the last year of a membership that I didn’t know I had because again they DIDN'T NOTIFY ME ONCE. All for a $5 charge that didn’t go through. Crazy read through the other one stars all had the same issue.

They were flexible with me so that I didn't get sucked into any kind of contract or spend more than I had to. The staff, Gabe, Christian, Ben, and Holly are all incredible. Attempted to cancel due to no longer driving. They refused to cancel the service and made no records of my attempts. I changed my payment info so they could stop drafting. Then they call to tell me they are sending me to collections. Adding months after I requested cancelation. Sending me to collections on a no commitment gym that I haven't used in months. I settled my account only because I am.buying a house and can't afford a hot to my credit. Stay away from this gym.

I have been looking for a gym I could fall in love with since I moved here from Virginia Beach (shout-out to One Life Fitness) and Workout Anytime has not disappointed. The staff is helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The facility is CLEAN. The members mind their own business, do their thing, and leave. There’s enough equipment to feel like you have enough options at peak times. I tried other gyms (won’t name drop, but you know who you are) that couldn’t hold a flame to Workout Anytime. Highly recommended!
