I don’t even know where to begin with this place. I feel fu**** by the owner, who initially lied about cancellation fees that are 6months worth of payments. If you have any issues with your membership, they will take no responsibility for any of their mistakes, and will actually ridicule you. They DO NOT CARE about their customers. I swear the owner and the lady there genuinely enjoy being horribly dishonest and deceiving. As long as they can get more money out of you, they’ll just keep lying or concealing until it’s too late.
The gym itself is big and crowded with Craigslist equipment. Missing parts and disrespectful members. I literally went a handful of times the first month, and got charged for a year. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. If you do choose to go here, bring some extra pins for the machines.

The gym is great but please explain to me why in the world isnt the one in cleveland heights, ohio on mayfield rd. Is not showing up in the location search smh. It only shows sheffield ohio and bellaire ohio

I was happy with this gym, UNTIL I cancelled my membership!!!!!
They charged me even after I canceled my membership and came up with all types of excuses why they should not refund my money!!!! The next step is to report them to the BBB

I like this gym a lot, it's a bit older on the equipment side, but everybody who works there is incredibly nice and friendly. The place is clean and never overly crowded. The staff is always super cool, and the personal trainers genuinely put effort into working with you.

As I mentioned, the equipment is older, but they have all the machines I want and they keep it up well. They also have included day-care for kids (if you get the full membership) and regular fitness classes. Also, they're currently expanding to have a separate women-only section, which my fiancee appreciates.

The only thing keeping me from giving a full five stars is that the hours aren't as good as I'd like. It would be nice if they opened a little earlier and stayed open a little later, but as it stands now I'm still a happily paying customer.

This gym is awful! I only gave it one star cause it wasn't an option to give it a zero star. The equipment is the same equipment since Ballys Total Fitness (old and beat up). The gym hours are terrible. On a Sunday it opens at noon (cmon). To top it off there's a sign that says "Do Not Drink the Water". That's when I said it's time for me to leave!

In a word horrible. Last year I brought my daughter a membership. She went to cancel and was told that because it was not her card being billed she couldn't cancel the membership that was in her name. So i had to go myself. And a Caucasian male who claimed to be the owner was rude and pretended he couldn't find my daughter's membership. My advice go to planet fitness it is so much cleaner and the staff are all on the same page. Oh and I got banned from this dirty facility which is fine with me because I don't want to risk exposure to the filth here

I love everything except the system. I made a contact for three month training but they charge me for fourth month too saying that i have to cancel. I have cancel than but, they charge me for next month too after cancelation. This shows that technically there are some problems And doesn't seems professional.plz fix it to get some stars and customer

I like the up keep of the gym. It never looks dirty or dusty. The women's locker room is always clean. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Even the patrons themselves act with decency while working out.

I liked the gym, I liked the sauna, the variety of classes were good. However, when I moved over three hours away I was charged an absurd closing few of my account. Even that would have been okay but eight months later I got an email about a balance of over $100 that I still owed. On an account that I had been assured eight months previous was closed out. I'm still fighting over these charges and am disappointed in the service I've received.
