I joined XAthletes over 4 years and do not regret my decision one bit. Not only is it a great gym, it's a great community of people that support and challenge one another. The classes are able to accommodate all skill levels and can also challenge those that want that extra push. In addition to great workouts, Coach Madaris also helps with the nutritional side of things as this is where i have seen my biggest success under his nutritional guidance. No more fad diets or just starving yourself, he teaches you to EAT and what you should be eating so its a lifestyle change, not a yo-yo diet. Madaris is so positive. He makes me feel like I can accomplish anything. I truly feel like that by working with him, I will finally reach my fitness goals. I especially like the education and philosophy he provides. He doesn't simply create programs for the sake of it, but it's based on a proven philosophy and I like that. I'm learning AND reaching my goals. And he also provides modifications based on where you are currently. Most trainers don't do that...and that was key for me. I want to learn the proper way to lift, squat etc and he makes sure I'm doing it correctly so as not to cause injury. I highly recommend his services.

Fantastic atmosphere. The coaches make it fun and productive to work out at XAthletes. Have been attending for over a year and a half and have been extremely satisfied with the progress I have made.
