Came into town for the weekend and needed a gym for a few days. Called on my way down and the guy was extremely accommodating. The facility is well kept and has all the equipment I need and then some.

Joined because it was 24 hrs and does month to month but not worth it. I took a friend and in no part was it labled in our disclouser its cost or anything. She was looking for a gym and we could work out together. There was no staff when we got there to ask or anything with a lady and man outside wanting info on joining the gym. Who i literally told them check the website i wasnt familiar with how they do things that online had a lot of the information. When we were almost done with our workout we were approached by a man who questioned not only her but me like i wasnt even suppose to be there. The whole thing left me very uncomfortable and not really wanting to go back. I do know there is another gym up the street called snap friendly staff, and actually have water and protein in the business as well as nutritionist and personal trainers. Thinking of checking into the gym once i feel comfortable again to want to continue my weight loss journey. Nobody should be made to feel uncomfortable for something so minor and it was my first time even coming into the gym. I am a very understanding person and have no trouble following the rules or paying but who was i suppose to do that with??

Update: my husband went today his code no longer worked the owner whos name is tim talked to him showed him this review and said he cancelled our membership he gave my huband access till the 1st of March (which my husband was grateful for but he had no plans of not staying with the gym)

It's great place to get a mix of both cardio and strength conditioning workouts. There also is a great diversity in the members who are super friendly and helpful along with the owner and staff.

This is the best gym around period. New equipment every month, Tim the owner is a great guy and always willing to work with you. Although the membership is not free, it is definitely not expensive. I could go on and on about this gym, just go check it out. At XEF we see results and we go home and shower!!

NO showers at this facility. Also Tim Burns is an extremely rude person to be working at the help desk. Save your money, go to snap fitness or some other local gym and get a way better deal.
