I love going to this place! The staff is friendly and always greets you, the exercise machines and area are always clean, staff will show you around and how everything works. You have members of all ages coming, which they have something for everyone! As a first-time gym membership, I was very nervous and hesitant to join since I was embarrassed to go because of my weight. However, I'm glad I did because the staff and members are so friendly, and I feel completely comfortable going!

I arrived with kids to swim at the water park and within approx 10min they shut the pool down for a rain delay (The kids went down the slide twice) Only there was no rain within an hour. After waiting about 50min they asked us to leave. The manager Cayden (young kid, manager in name only) refuses to return the cash money just paid, and followed by an arrogant remark that “it’s Ohio man, I can’t control the weather” and then to proceed with “you’ll have to take it up with the director at the ymca”. No response from ymca.

While I fully understand weather, what I don’t understand is complete lack of common sense and courtesy, and the children they have running the place have no idea what they’re doing.

Dont bother joining, youll either be swarmed with elderly in the mornings
or 300 teenagers aho hang out on their phones while sitting on gym equipment in the evenings
staff is not capable or just lazy to do anything.

Attended my ten year old grandson's basketball tournament this morning 03/16/2024 at your facility. The facility was great, however, the team they played from Englewood was stacked with Allstar quality players. 8 of their players were as tall or taller than the tallest player on our team or any team we played in Huber and Fairborn. Can't believe the ymca would allow Englewood to stack a team like this! It's such a bad example for the children who play by the rules! Englewood should be ashamed.

One of the better Y locations. Staff is hit and miss on how friendly they are. The pool and weight room are always clean. The evenings can be difficult to do things in the gym and pool due to basketball and swim teams.

I have been a part of the Preble County YMCA for about 2 years now. It has a great atmosphere with friendly people that many consider family. The facility is very flexible for physical health with free weights, machines, gym and classes. The emphasis on spiritual health is a strong one, with chaplains and Bible studies available. It's a great place to be a part of.

i love the Preble County YMCA! the classes are all very good and im learning about the right way to workout! Daynas BootCamp, Sharons weight class and Jenifer's friday morning Zumba are my favorite!! But all the classes are great! And its awesome that they have up to 2 hours free child care when you hve a membership!!

The YMCA is wonderful! They offer so many different exercise programs from water aerobics to Zumba to Yoga. Our family of four love that we have a place in Preble County to do so many things. The staff are always helpful and courteous.

My day isn't complete without a visit to the Y! I love the friendly staff, the immaculate facility, and all of the excellent instructors! I enjoy using the adjustable motion trainer, (amt), the elliptical machine, and the pool. I also love the zumba, pilates, yoga, strength and toning, and muscle flex classes!

My son has been taking lessons here for around a year and he loves it. The instructors are patient and great with kids. I've had excellent experiences working with schedules and they are reasonably priced for private lessons, which we've opted for. I would highly recommend swim lessons at the Preble County YMCA.

We have been members since the ymca opened, I have had very good experiences in all the classes. All of the instructors and staff have been very friendly and extremely helpful .

The Preble County Y is one of the most unique places in our area. No other place allows you to work out, swim, do various programs, build lasting relationships as well as helps as many people and family's as the Y does. From its knowledgeable and caring staff to the countless programs offered for family's, children and individuals. It is truly a wonderful place!

An asset! My family and I have been members since the Preble location opened. In fact, my daughters were 3 months old when the Y opened. Now they are 11. They have taken swim lessons, gymnastics lessons, and now use the fitness center for training and running. My husband & I are also avid users of the Y. He uses the weight room and cardio equipment. I use cardio and take several group exercise classes. It is a great place to not only workout, but also to socialize & see friends. The Y is also an exceptional community partner that supports several efforts in and around Preble County.

The Preble County YMCA is not only an important part of our local community; it is an extension of “Home” for many. The staff and volunteers are skilled in their specific roles and they are sensitive to the needs of each individual who enters the Y’s doors. What a great facility. The programs and classes are well developed and taught and the staff is the best. They are friendly and make you feel right at home. From the minute I walk into the Preble County YMCA until I leave, I feel very welcomed and I'm glad I made the effort to work out. I play Pickleball 3 days a week and I take Silver Sneaker classes 2 or 3 times a week. It's a great place to meet new people and talk with old friends.
