Linda is a wonderful yoga instructor! She always brings thoughtful meditation pieces to share and her instruction is very helpful. She has very good knowledge of the body and offers helpful adaptations when needed. Come try and enjoy a yoga class with Linda!

Love Linda's yoga classes! She makes everyone feel welcome and offers lots of guidance and modifications throughout the class so that it is accessible for anyone. Yin yoga is a great blend of meditation and stretches. Highly recommend!

With smaller class sizes, Linda is able to coach and encourages each participant based on individual needs. I love that she greets each person, asking if they have any special requests or concerns prior to each class. Linda offers a variety of class times, which makes it easy to fit into a busy week. It is great having a quality yoga class on the west side.

Yin Yoga with Linda at Total Body by Bender has become one of the highlights of my week. This class offers a slower approach to yoga that allows for deep stretching and relaxation, which is perfect for unwinding and recharging.
Linda is a welcoming and approachable instructor who creates a peaceful and inclusive space. I really appreciate how she encourages us to listen to our own bodies and adapt poses as needed, which makes the practice accessible and enjoyable.

Love the yoga classes with Linda. I always feel more flexible and relaxed after her classes. It also helps with my sleep. She thoroughly guides you thru the poses and shows modifications. There is no pressure if you need to modify, Linda encourages the class just to do what your body can do that day.

Due to a sports injury ,I was very restricted on my exercise plan. I was brand new to yoga but Linda made me feel very comfortable and emphasized on the correct way to do it. There is no competition in her class. Every week I learn something new while building on past classes.

Linda’s yoga class is phenomenal. She’s incredibly skilled and well-organized, and the atmosphere is relaxed and supportive. It’s the perfect balance of structure and ease, making each session truly enjoyable. She provides modified variations of the pose if needed. One of the most pleasant instructors I’ve ever met! No pressure to perform and no judgement. One of my most favorite classes! Definitely feel so revived after taking Linda’s yoga class!

Linda is an excellent yoga instructor! I have been going to her classes for about a year and a half now and I always look forward to each session. Her class offers you both physical challenge and mental clarity. Her practice embodies exactly what I hope to get out of a yoga class, and even more. Linda is knowledgeable in modifications and advancements. Her certification included awareness of restrictions and conditions of the body that may limit clients. Her approach connecting the mind & body is amazing! Our body can create so much mechanical stress. We are doing ourselves a disservice if we don’t address anxieties, fears, aggravations along the physical process. Full body treatment at its best!

I have been taking Linda's yoga class for a little over a year now. What has impressed me most about Linda is her enthusiasm; she is constantly seeking new ways to make her yoga class better. She is kind, supportive and never makes you feel awkward because you can't do a certain move. She makes all class participants feel welcome and supported. In every pose that she teaches, she consistently reinforces good body mechanics and core work. As a result, my back pain has virtually disappeared. Thank you Linda!
