Before beginning Yoga with Mercy, I heard all those skeptics putting Yoga in a negative light. Being a very devoted Catholic, I questioned my priest about those questionable issues. He assured me that everything I mentioned we did in Yoga, was NOT contrary to the Catholic faith. Mercy is a warm and wonderful human being!!
