We offer Pilates classes for core strengthening, fluidity of movement, and optimal breathwork, which all are building blocks for a healthy lifestyle. Whether looking to enhance your overall fitness or an effective rehabilitation program, our workout classes get results. We offer both traditional mat classes, along with Reformer Pilates, which provide a full-body workout that will help you do everything better. For golfers who want to strengthen their core to improve their golf swing, to someone looking to alleviate back pain, to a patient recovering from knee surgery, to a senior who wants to improve flexibility and prevent injuries.

I was told about Maggie and Pilates probably over a year ago. After starting to feel the effects of aging in my knees and back, I decided it was time to begin an exercise routine that would be in alignment with what I was physically able to do. I knew that I needed a stronger core for better balance and lessened chance for injury as I aged.
Maggie is amazing and creates gentle routines that help strengthen all the core structural muscles.
I've been attending weekly for 3 months and I already notice a definite increase in muscle strength and stability.
I look forward to continuing this journey to improve my physical strength even more.

I met Maggie Klintworth two and a half years ago after my back surgeon told me that he doesn't recommend more back surgery for me. Since that time I have faithfully been taking private pilate sessions with Maggie twice a week. Her professional manner and caring personality has been outstanding! I am virtually pain free, and at the age of 74 more flexible and able to engage in activities that persons younger than myself are not able to. I have been able to build core strength which has been so successful in managing the issues with my back.

I was brand new to Pilates when I started. I have found it to be worthwhile and has felt like an extension of the PT I had prior to joining. Missy is a good teacher who is patient with us and explains everything clearly and understandably. I recommend Missy and Zenergy.

The focus at Zenergy is wellness and doing whatever I need to get me there. Pilates has opened a new door for me to better health and increased mobility. I am able to do things on the Balanced Body Reformer that I could never have done before. I am much better connected to my body and therefore able to participate in the healing process. Regular Pilates with Maggie has made a huge difference in the way I feel about my body. After a year of regular individual sessions on the Reformer and Tower, I move differently, stand straighter, and feel stronger. Maggie's encouragement and positivity are just what I needed at age 72! I recently joined one of Missy's mat classes for a little change of pace.
