Been coming to 10GYM since I was 15!
, ! I’m 24 so it’s coming up on 9 years. The smell of the benches. The plates. The sauna is nothing new to me but what is new is the fact that 10GYM is becoming a more hospitable gym for young men like myself everyone’s friendly more so now than ever and I’m thankful of the direction this gym is going in I’m a thankful member.

I’ve enjoyed my experience with 10gym in my fitness journey. They hv all the equipment necessary for my to achieve my training goals. I have in three months workout at this gym have transform fat into muscle. I went from 225 to 205 as of right now and I’m still working hard to get to 195lbs of lean muscle. I can achieve this with the convenience of being able to workout at anytime of the day because of the 24hr opening service. Thank you 10gym

I used to be a member here and I loved it. I called last night and talked to a gentleman named Patrick who told me exactly what I needed to do to become a member again he was so nice and informative. They don't care about their members safety. I warned mgmt about bent bars and a month later had a bar roll up my neck at the bottom of a squat, laying me up in bed for 2 weeks. When I came back, bars were still bent. I reported them again and they left the bars on the equipment. Then when I requested canceling my year contract at the end of the year, because of this, they informed me I was on auto renew and as such would have to pay an additional months payment PLUS some enhancement fee. I should have sued them for personal injury when I had the chance. Shady organization. Read your fine print.

I've been to several gyms in Tulsa, and 10 Gym in South Tulsa has been great! The facility is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there's a great variety of machines to choose from. Jared was super helpful, he answered all my questions, and gave me a hair tie when I forgot my own! Highly recommend this location, ask for Jared if you need anything!

I specifically picked this gym for the childcare services they offered, that was a mistake. The staff member that works in the childcare don’t try to calm the children at all. Not sure if it’s a man or woman. I barely got 10-15 minutes of workout time before I was called to come get my child. At one point, I paid for the 2 hours that they offer per day and I was called to come get my child before I even got to the locker rooms, no offering of refund for the day and that seemed really odd to me. Seems like they should have more than one staff member in there when there’s a bunch of children. The staff in general just wasn’t very friendly, there was a sweet older lady there and a nice young man but that’s it. A/C always seemed to not work either, equipment was always rusty and broken. For as busy as this location is, you’d think it would be bigger & ran more professionally.
If you want professional childcare or privacy when you work out, don’t choose this one.

I just found out that 10 Gym monitors how many times you come in to work out… I have been in there to work out 3010 times as of today! Today I took a class led by Michelle Coldiron… One of the most intense workouts I’ve ever done! Currently, she teaches in the evenings. Sign up and take her class. It will be challenging at first I’m sure as it was for me! But an outstanding cardio workout!

Let me first say I am not one that provides reviews positive or negative, however in this situation, I felt the need to communicate my dissatisfaction with 10 gym. I have been dealing unsuccessfully for two weeks with them to cancel my subscription. I was not unsatisfied with them as a company, but instead due to life circumstances had to change. My issue is when I did reach out to 10 gym, and followed all their protocols for cancellation. Imagine my surprise after cancelling receiving more charges taken out of my account. Even after seeing this charge I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and reached out to them again and they assured me that someone would reach out to me from corporate. They never reached out or corrected the issue. Now at this point I’m completely unhappy with 10 gym. It appears to be they value the corporate bottom line over their customers. As I stated above I had no issues with 10 gym but I will not recommend anyone in the future to choose them and I’m now asking , what will it take for 10 gym to make this right?

I started going here because it was very close to work for me, so I could workout during lunch hour or on my way home.

The place is staffed with incredible people. They are all super-friendly, enthusiastic, and encouraging. With a special shout out to Shannon, Logan and Zan. They absolutely ROCK!

The people who go there are also quite friendly and as far as I can tell, non-judgmental.

In case you're wondering, Although I started with the budget plan, I have been a premier member since October 2024.

10GYM at 81st and Yale is an exceptional gym with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The facility is consistently well-maintained, with equipment in top-notch condition and frequent upgrades to ensure it stays modern and efficient. The warm-up/stretch/aerobic area is spacious and well-equipped, and there’s a great variety of both free weights and machines, so I’ve never had to wait for equipment.

However, what truly makes this gym stand out are the people who work there. While it's hard to name everyone, Jonathan at the front desk is always a highlight. His professionalism and genuine kindness make you feel more like a valued member of the community than just another face in the crowd. He’s always happy to see you and takes the time to chat, making your visit more personal and enjoyable.

A special shoutout to Grayson, the on-site facilities maintenance person. I can’t praise him enough—he works tirelessly to ensure the gym is always clean, organized, and, most importantly, sanitary. I've been at 10 gym about a year. The facilities and staff are great. I really wish I took a "before" photo when I started. I've gained 24 lbs. since last summer (from 140 to 164) while lowering my bmi. That means it's almost all muscle. I'm 60 years old. I look completely different and people notice. I give a great deal of credit to my trainer Terry (TD). For best results, a trainer is absolutely essential. Especially, if you're a newb. TD will get you the results you seek if you're willing to put in the work and eat right. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I initially had concerns about getting assistance with basic fitness information, as my first experience seeking help from the staff was disappointing. However, I’m happy to say that the leadership team not only responded to my concerns but actively took steps to improve. They assured me they would address my feedback with their team, and I’ve since seen real changes in action.

The early morning staff has been much more engaged, readily offering help when needed. They’ve assisted me with specific exercises, machine weight settings, and even introduced me to their luxury tanning services. It’s clear they’ve taken the feedback to heart, and I truly appreciate a team that listens and adjusts to better support its members.

Feeling more connected to the gym community has made a big difference in my experience, and I’m now happy to update my rating to 5 stars. Thank you to the leadership and staff for your commitment to improvement

I love 10 Gym, I’ve been a member for almost 30 years(when it was All American). I have made lots of friends and the workers are very friendly. I biggest complaint is the noisy televisions. Some people have them turned up very loud and most of the time are also using earbuds or have closed caption on. It is very irritating. I was told when the gym moves to current location that people wouldn’t have access to the volume. Also irritating, people sitting on machines for long periods of time looking at their phones.

Member for 7 months now!

Pros:
- fairly affordable with basic plan at $10/month. I pay for the premium so I can bring a buddy with me fo free (30ish/month). There is an annual fee though
- decent equipment and fairly well maintained
- has everything you pretty much need from squat racks, weights, even rarer machines like glute hip thrust machine
- sauna and hydro massage (pool and steam area at the other location)
- even at peak hours (4-6:30pm) it's not too bad, no lines usually

Cons:
- could be less stuffy, feels somewhat musky and they could turn now the AC or let the air out more
- idk what they're playing but it's not good for getting pumped lol
- decor wise is pretty plain

Suggestions for improvement:
- air out the gym more, it gets stuffy at times
- music selection, literally anything but radio... even a simple workout spotify playlist
- better decorations (maybe some motivation quotes or something?)
- continue to clean

Overall: This location has been great. Staff are friendly and gym is clean. Even when busier, I can find equipment to get in a full workout.
Training sessions: I am partnered with TD. He has been a great resource allowing me to meet my weight loss goal for my upcoming wedding! He provided specific workouts that are challenging and give me the results I want. He has provided guidance on nutrition including meal and juicing options. Was told the membership was only 27ish$, got surprise payment of 50ish$. Was told its a yearly payment, why am I paying yearly if I'm paying monthly??

Took a zoomba class for the first time. Michelle was the teacher and she was so energetic, fun and encouraging. I am NOT a dancer so this was out of my comfort zone. It's a pity I've been to this gym before as a guest of my boyfriend who is a member, they changed the staff, and the lady who was there today didn't let me in,I presented my passport but they didn't let me in.

New Review: BEWARE OF LIGHTHOUSE FITNESS! I've been happy with 10Gym and Mustafa, but Lighthouse Fitness has been a nightmare. I followed the instructions given to me to stop the renewal after my initial 12 month contract, but they still charged me and renewed my membership. And yes, I did so within the time parameters. I reached out multiple times via their contact site (only contact info given) and through the manager, but the only feedback I've received is that their website was experiencing issues. It's terrible business practice and I'm very disappointed. I received an email tonight saying that my membership was renewed for 12 months, which is what prompted this update. I know Lighthouse Fitness is a 3rd party vendor, but unfortunately they can't be reviewed directly. I'm hoping this review might help prompt some change.

Original Review: Clean and feels safe. I use Lighthouse located within the gym for personal training. Mustafa is the best. I've had others that just didn't quite offer what I need, but he is great.

I’ve been a member at 10 Gym for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with the facilities and overall experience. The gym is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a wide variety of equipment to suit any workout routine. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist. I have been a 10GYM Member here at South Tulsa for three years. There was never a single complaint and all the employees treated me like family here. Sadly, with a move and having a baby, going to the gym is very far and few in between. I called the 10GYM phone number (corporate) in hopes to get my membership cancelled, but sadly it’s been a process. My last resort was to call the south Tulsa location just in hopes they can help me out even slightly, even when they don’t handle cancellations. When the general manager Johnathan answered, he was the kindest person and was very sympathetic to what’s happened and assured me he would get this figured out. Cancelling things are never easy as we all know, but he quickly sent my information over to someone who handles this! If it was possible for me to continue going to the gym, Johnathan would have made me want to stay. I hope he’s the manager for awhile cause him and that gym are my first go to when I get back into working out!

I have gone to this 10 gym for years. I love the atmosphere, it’s very clean , they have kept excellent working equipment . The gym is always evolving . We love Zan ! She’s always cheerful and happy to see us ! Jonathan is a fun charismatic new addition to our 10 gym family we feel like we’ve known him forever. Great job 10 gym on 81st and yale . I love this gym and all the people that make it so special !!!

This place has grown on me quite a bit. They have everything you need for just about any kind of workout. It's pretty easy to spend 2 hours here at a time. Bring your own music though.

It's a budget gym. Not super nice but not gross. Just running the mill everyday gym. Don't let the ten gym name fool you. It's not Just $10 anymore. The membership I have is $25 a month for 12 months. I think the cheaper one is 20 bucks if you just go month to month. Something like that
