Highly disappointed in this gym.
I’ve had a membership with them for a few years and I’ve recently signed up for another gym as they offer more for less money.

I called this 10GYM location because I was under the impression My membership contract expires this month. On the phone I was informed it expires in December. The worker I spoke With on Saturday, November 15 around 10:45 AM told me that I can downgrade for the month and then I should not be billed in December. I thought that was a great idea. To my surprise I was Emailed a new contract With a forged signature(Mind you this whole conversation took place over the phone) And The paperwork said my contract was renewed for another year.

I called the gym as soon as I saw the mistake and I told the worker that answered the phone that I think the lady Saturday misunderstood me. She even told me that this wasn’t a new contract and I will still be out of my contract Saturday yet this new contract extended out to November 2026. The worker I spoke with told me basically that I would have to pay to get out of this contract, but I don’t understand why I have to pay My signature was forged for for one and I was completely misled for two.

I would like to get this fixed without getting corporate involved or getting the police involved for forging my signature, since this is considered fraud. I would really like for them to just cancel my contract That they just renewed, and I can go about my life. Why should I have to pay for something that I wasn’t signing up for it .

If I have to pay my last month out, that’s fine, but something needs to be done about this contract with the Forged signature.

10gym is very accommodating, when beginning my membership they made sure to let me know all that was available to me which definitely helped me navigate throughout the gym and know what's what. Everyone at the gym seems very considerate of each other, and the atmosphere is invited as I'm always greeted whenever I walk in. Overall great experience so far 💯

I’ve been coming here for over 3 years and I’ve haven’t really had anything to say about this gym. It’s a good gym for an affordable price, all the machines I could ever want. My only complaints is that the gym equipment gets scattered I have to go looking for a weight. The vending machine that they used to have has been replaced and the drinks have been replaced as well. Sauna is great though, I like going in there after a work out. Overall it’s a pretty good gym and I don’t have a lot of negatives to say about it.

The staff has always been friendly at all 3 locations. One thing that’s nice is all 3 facilities are open 24hrs a day making it perfect for someone with an unpredictable schedule or someone that prefers to workout later in the evening in a less crowded environment.

Overall this gym has been good for me. It's sometimes hard to know when to come in because I never know when my trainer is going to be here. The facility has been clean overall, and only sometimes have crazy shower stuff happen (plumbing services, unstable shower head holder). From time to time I've seen women taking booty pictures in the bathroom, we are not supposed to have phones, but other than that is the overall good environment that I would feel safe to bring my daughter in, and like to work out in. I wish they provide a visuals of what they teach you just because I'm a visual learner, but that's probably too much LOL then they'd have to do that for everybody

I joined 10GYM two months ago so I’d have a place to work out before heading back to college. When I signed up, I specifically asked if there would be any fee for canceling later, since I knew I wouldn’t keep the membership long-term. I was told there would be no cancellation fee for the no commitment plan — that’s the only reason I signed up.

Yesterday, I had to cancel my membership because I was running low on money. I was shocked when they charged me $60 plus another $30, and then today I saw they took another $30 for this month — after I already canceled. Altogether, they’ve charged me over $120 when I canceled to save money in the first place.

On top of that, my experience at 10GYM wasn’t great. It’s really loud and not well maintained — the weights are scattered everywhere, and it’s generally dirty.

I really don’t recommend this gym. It was honestly the worst gym experience I’ve ever had.

Every time I come out here men's locker room is a disaster water bottles paper towels all over the floor inside the sauna wet towels water bottles mirrors are always filthy won't be coming back to this one they don't take cleaning very seriously I asked the front desk guy if he could clean it he said that his cleaning guy will be here in about 10 minutes he should have took the initiative to go back there and do something but I won't be going back to this one

I like this gym, it’s pretty clean and the times that I go, there’s never really that many people. It has a little bit of everything for everyone. You can hop in and get a good workout in less than an hour if you just hit it up real hard. The only thing I wish they also had was a shoulder press machine that isn’t cables. Besides that, this location is better than most gyms in the Tulsa/BA area.

Probably one of the nastiest gyms I’ve ever been to.
Typically there’s a couple of employees hanging around the front desk, with plenty of time to lean.
The bathroom is almost always disgusting except for around 9am whenever the 1 employee who cleans, comes into work and picks up. He does a great job, so this isn’t about him.
- Weights never get re-organized.
- The brand new turf room was gross after about 2 weeks, because it hardly ever gets cleaned.
- First public shower I’ve ever skipped if I forgot my shower shoes.
My list can go on-and-on. This is my second time canceling my membership at this gym because of cleanliness. I know this is a $10 gym, but someone can be running a vacuum, or re-organizing weights instead of having water jug time at the front desk their whole shift.

It's great because they're open 24/7 and when I go, in the morning, it's not crowded.

Everything is always clean, and they just put some new equipment in.

And for the price, it's really a great deal. They have free weights, machines, bikes, treadmills and other cardio related things, classes, plus booths for tanning, and probably some things I didn't mention because I just hit the weights, but yeah, this is a great gym.

I love this gym.they have tanning beds, free weights, ellipticals, bicycles, staircases. There is plenty of room to not be on top of each other....only thing I would like them to have are some classes or a pool....I know the BA location has a pool but it's so small and the space smells heavily of chlorine.
