6:19 Nutrition ... What a wonderful place! Great atmosphere, customer service etc... Their healthy teas and shakes are amazing! When in Claremore stop in and try it, Lynn is sweet and she and her staff will take care of you, you won't be disappointed!

This is hands down my absolute favorite shake place! I live in Tulsa but I have to run errands in Claremore a couple times a month. No matter how busy I am I make sure I have time to stop by and see the ladies so I can chat and grab one of my favorite shakes!

Amazing establishment! Refreshing drinks with a pleasant and clean atmosphere. The owner was extremely sweet and friendly (Lin). I came in, not knowing what I was looking for, but she gave me some recommendations. Everything sounded delicious, but I settled on the Morning Glory tea. Not disappointed! All of the teas have aloe in them, which isn't something I've tried before, but I will I definitely will come back to try more!

Ive been visiting 6:19 every morning for a year now, and feel better when I start my day with a shake. My go-to is the dreamscicle with orange lift off for healthy energy & H3O to help with hydration. It keeps me full until lunch. If you're not sure what to try, let Lynn & the team know your goals and they'll help you find the right combo. If you like it I suggest becoming a member. You save money that way!

Lots of Parking, easy to get to. Restrooms available.
Wifi, open seating, and a great lounge area.
Best shakes and teas in town!!! Be sure to sign up/check in and let them know, because you will get a discount. Enjoy!!!
