Love this gym. We were in Tulsa for 2 weeks and in need of a home-away-from home gym. Above and Beyond went out for hair way to help! Coach Nicole was great. We came back to Houston with some new skills and some new friends. Very thankful you guys. If you’re looking for a good gym in the Tulsa area, this is it!

My family and I truly appreciate the experience we had at ABAB Gymnastics.

We planned a two-week trip to Tulsa and had originally contacted a different gym to see if they allowed out-of-state gymnasts to practice at their facility. Unfortunately, it took us 3 attempts with no success.
I then reached out to ABABG and was greeted over the phone by the sweetest receptionist, Ms. Sally! As soon as I asked if they would allow our daughter to practice with them, I was met with a jovial "Absolutely! We would love to have her!", which made me feel such relief. A company's first point of contact for their customers makes a WORLD of difference, and Ms. Sally's wonderful personality is what made the choice very easy.
We signed our daughter up and arrived 2 days later for practice greeted by friendly staff and coach Nicole. The girls were also very welcoming towards my daughter which helped her to adjust very quickly and made her practices enjoyable.
I loved the way coach Nicole was so attentive to each gymnast, both coaching (hands-on and verbally) and encouraging each one throughout the practices. This type of coaching allowed my daughter to improve on every apparatus and coach Nicole even helped her work through a mental block she was having with her Roundoff Backhand Spring Back Tuck! She now has so many tips from Coach Nicole to take back home with her.

We are so glad to have found this gym and for them working with us over the two weeks we were in town. We appreciate the staff and coaches and would highly recommend them! We look forward to coming again in the future, should we be in town.

Our experience couldn't be more amazing at ABGC! My daughter started in rec when we moved to Tulsa and within a year of classes made the competition team. I applaud the gym for making literally everyone feel like family and treating every child individually. They support the whole child and it truly feels like a second home. I highly recommend! We have had so much fun and I've been able to see my baby blossom and grow with amazing support and encouragement from the entire coaching staff and her team mates!

I honestly did not expect my special needs 3yr old to learn anything in gymnastics... I thought at this age, it was just something positive to have in his life and that maybe it would build confidence.

His first class went about how I had expected... He really didn't do anything the coach asked, and he was all over the place.
I felt a little sad, but I enrolled him out of hope and faith.

After being in gymnastics for a few months, he learned to do the beams, the bars, somer saults, and began working on cart wheels...

He has not been going to Above & Beyond Gymnastics for about 6 months and he can do flips on the bars (yes, at 3yrs old), foreward and backward somer saults, some more sophisticated exercises on the beams, and most importantly he just really enjoys class.

He has learned so many skills, but my favorites are honestly TAKING TURNS, learning to use his body in a functional manner, and following rules/directions (which is useful anywhere we go in life!)

He really loves taking turns now and he really cares about his classmates.

So this place really is above and beyond. 😅
I am so happy I brought him here.
He really enjoys it and it has helped him flourish. I enjoy it too.

They took my Facebook rating down. However, I am very disappointed with this gym and the handling of the 2nd year of comp cheer. It’s unfortunate how things were handled.

The owners at above & beyond lack family values, wholesomness, and morality! The choices and actions they have taken have been an embarrassment and will affect them greatly.

I do not want to be a part of a gym Where the top priority is ONLY money not your child's growth!

Do not recommend. Money will blind you. Just a bad business call Word will get out eventually. Hopefully karma won't bite you to bad. Good luck! I think your gonna need it!🙃🫶

My 3 year old son loved Above and Beyond! The equipment was really cool and he loved the coach! It just always felt really welcoming and friendly when we walked through the doors. Im using past tense only because we tried soccer this season but I think we will go back in spring.

ABGC is the only place we would take our daughter for many reasons. The coaching is so good and you can tell they have a genuine desire for your child to reach their full potential. The environment is a family-friendly one which may sound like a given but that's not the case. This is a competitive group of people leading the way here but you don't see any of the "cut-throat" type nonsense you may see at other places. This is a great place to send kids of all ages and skill levels thanks to the environment they've built at ABCG. Lastly, Cindy (the owner) is one-of-a-kind. She pours her heart and soul into this place and cares for each and every gymnast as if they were her own. You will not find a more engaged, honest, caring owner/coach in the country and those aren't hollow words. She has built quite a reputation in the industry which isn't by chance. The people she hires (like Michael and Nicole to name a few) are wonderful as well which makes a huge difference. If you are looking for a new home for your gymnast, you should at least give Cindy five minutes of your time before making a final decision. You will not regret it!!

When we moved here at the end of last year, we tried ALL the gyms out. This one won, hands down! Best, encouraging atmosphere, which was really important to me to find as a former gymnast. And we love the staff! Coach Michael is such a great teacher and just the best for my 16-year-old son. Coach Cindy and Coach Bethany are awesome with all my girls. Wholeheartedly recommended for the whole family!

These folks are amazing!! Great results with their kids. Community friendly and just wonderful people.
They opened their gym to us to do a charity Zumba event. 2 month later I feel like part of the family. ❤
