Adalyn has been the best blessing I could ever ask for!

On my own, I was struggling with muscle plateauing, never feeling sore and never seeing progress. Adalyn helped me overcome these obstacle and achieve my fitness goals. One, by educating me on proper fitness, form and the muscle recovery process. And two, by educating me on the nutrition and body connection and developing a meal plan.

When I first started out at the gym on my own, I stuck to the gym machines because I was too nervous to try much of anything new. Adalyn’s sensitivity, patience and knowledge has helped me curb this by broadened my own knowledge, experience and confidence in the gym.

All in all, she has helped me reach my goal of gaining weight, muscle, and strength and be happy with my body and the progress I have been making.

I love her to death and recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to get personal training!

Adalyn is the best personal trainer you can find!!! She’s great at listening to what you are wanting to get out of personal training and makes the best plan around that. She pushes you hard but in the best way possible. Every time I left the gym after a session I left feeling like I actually was doing something. She is a great motivator and does great at helping you if you need it. If you want to see progress definitely go with her! She is a great person and personal trainer 100%!!!!!
