I thoroughly enjoyed my membership here. I would drive the 30 min from TU to enjoy the strive pieces with adjustable cams— something I did not expect in this low-key gym. This is definitely a sleeper gym if you want to escape commercial ones. Enjoy the low amount of people and great pieces.

Signed up for a membership in late December Of 2024, I’m now going on my 12th week of working out at Adrenaline. I couldn’t be more pleased with how great my experience has been so far. Not any intimidating meat heads here!! Dee At the front desk is amazing. I’ve never had better service anywhere. It’s impossible to not have a smile when Dee Is at the desk.

We tried to call a smoothie order in ahead as they take ten minutes to make and we were five minutes down the road.

We spoke with the assistant manager who kept cutting us off over and over again when we were trying to ask questions.

We were told we could order ahead of time the first week of joining the gym, especially since we would be charging them to our account. So they are paid for no matter what.

As this upset my husband we asked for the manager and she would not give us the managers information just simply kept cutting us off.

We were told we could charge them to the account and pick them up upon arrival.

The most frustrating part is the amount of times we were interrupted as well as the lack of help.

Finally, she changed what she was saying and agreed to make the smoothies once we were overly frustrated. Without speaking to a manager. Although, in the beginning she said she would have to speak to a manager first.

The final conclusion is that the assistant manager was just being lazy. We asked for proof in the policy where it started we would not order in advance and she would not give us the information.

Terrible customer experience from assistant manager Teandra. When putting in cancelation notice as was no longer living in bixby area she talked down to me the whole time and was aggressive and disrespectful to the point had to leave with her not helping and deal w website instead.

Came from Austin and didn’t know where to go. Tried a few spots and this was a definite winner! Love that it’s 24 hours and it’s not busy like most gyms. Great atmosphere and always clean.

I’ve been a member for around 8 months or so. This is a great gym for a couple of reasons and a not so great gym for other reasons. It’s 24 hours and close so it’s convenient. The bad: the number of certain machines, for instance, There is ONE stair master and like 10 treadmills. One person in particular can and will stay on the stairmaster for like an hour straight, which is pretty annoying. I would probably rate 5 stars if they had at least 2 more machines. I also miss the red light therapy planet fitness had.

***update, machines have been added and I no longer have to wait for the stair master, the only thing I miss about planet fitness now is the red light therapy machine and the price.

I have had several different gym memberships over the years, none of them compare. Small gym feel with big gym equipment! The owners are good people and the staff pay great attention to detail.

If at any time you see a negative review posted about Adrenaline, there's probably no pleasing them to begin with.

I've been with Adrenaline Fitness give or take 3 years. I absolutely love the facility and especially the staff. They are always so accommodating. It definitely feels like home, and I recommend it for family and friends. Great place!

I bought a home nearby and my son who is a powerlifter and his wife just bought a new home in White Hawk so we were going to meet and take a tour of the gym this weekend bc he drives all the way to Broken Arrow to train and I needed a closer gym as well but this morning got aggressively approached by a young woman who said "what are you doing here every morning?" And my daughter in law said we meet bc she watches him while I work (and it's literally a few minutes to switch him from car to car). And the woman says we are taking up all the spots and we just look at her bc we are 2 cars, meeting for minutes each morning and immediately leaving and the businesses aren't even open and she continues to angrily berate us while we are just standing there, watching her rant in this empty lot then she finally says "whatever, whatever" and continues talking angrily to herself while she stomps over to the mailbox. If she had approached us and said "hey, just wanted to say be mindful of parking spots" or something in a friendly, respectful manner, we'd have said "ok, thank you" and stared meeting at the rear of the lot or something and I could understand if we were parking one car and carpooling and really literally taking up a spot for the entire business day that they'd be mad but exchanging a 3 year old for minutes and technically we were in the chiropractor parking area, just left a bad taste on our mouths to do business with this gym. Potential customers down the drain over this.

I have been a member for a little over a year and this place has NEVER disappointed. I have been a member of many gym but this one takes the prize! New equipment everywhere. Individual TV's for each treadmill. Fun and Outgoing music to motivate you. LOTS of room, a super friendly staff AND a smoothie stand!! I couldn't have picked a better place to get back in shape! I also attend their classes offered and have used their tanning beds. I truly appreciate how clean they keep the gym and restrooms!
