The gym is well equipped with free weights and machines. It has plenty of treadmills, bikes. A walking track, racquetball courts and staff are qualified trainers. In this area it is one of the better gyms near me.

The wellness center is awesome, and convenient. It has a variety of machine and free weights. There are an assortment of classes, which are all free when you join. The staff is incredible, helpful, encouraging, and positive at all times. The only twist to joining the gym is that you have to be employed by the FAA. The facility is on government property.
