Coach Kayden was good, however when coach Trish took over things went awful. My MIL first noticed she was not very hands on with kids. The last two weeks we were there My husband and I noticed Coach Trish lack of interest in putting effort to assist my daughter. She is just verbally instructing my daughter what to do, she barely assisted her in doing the steps. Not even showing her how to do it nor assisting her how to do the steps. There was also one intance with coach trish where one of the other kid got hurt from doing steps and she cried so loud. And her mom wasnt there to witness what happened. From then on I didn't see the kid come back again. I don't think it is safe for my daughter to continue so we decided to pull her out. And its a waste of time and money.

I have had my kids in Airbenders off and on since they opened, and it is always a positive experience. The staff members are attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. The facilities at Airbenders are top-notch. The gym is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and it's clear that safety is a top priority. Whether your child is a beginner or an advanced athlete, there is something for everyone at Airbenders. They offer a wide range of classes and programs, including tumbling, trampoline, ninja, and cheer.
What impressed me the most is the level of instruction and guidance provided by the coaches. They are not only skilled and experienced, but they also have a genuine love for teaching and helping kids succeed. The coaches are patient, encouraging, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure their students are progressing and having fun.
Airbenders hosts regular events, such as Parents Night Out, and private parties. Two of my children had their birthday parties there. They and their friends had a wonderful time and made lasting memories.
Overall, I can't recommend Airbenders Tumbling and Trampoline Gym enough. Whether your child is looking to improve their tumbling and trampoline skills or just have a great time, Airbenders is the perfect choice.

Unethical behind the scenes. Do NOT give them your money. They will tell parents one thing and their staff another. The staff was told they have no money and may not be open in the next month and 5 days later tell the parents they are getting a new building in 14 mo?!?!? They couldn't provide recipient for things that were supposed to be paid for, that we as athletes had already paid for.

Hope you enjoyed spending my $1300 on your vacations that you stole. You’ve been charging my card since May 2022 after I unenrolled my daughter from her class. I brought it to your attention last Thurs by calling Airbenders and now it’s Tues with not one call. “We’ll look at the attendance records and get back to you”. I called again this afternoon and nothing. I was told you’d remedy the situation so I waited to file a claim with my CC. Who doesn’t check attendance records against charges? Especially after a year of not attending. Absolutely ridiculous! Watch your bank accounts. If you unenroll block them from charging immediately.

Fun place for kids. My boys are in the ninja class and they love it. We've only had our first visit, but so far it seems to be a good fit for our family.

Great place to celebrate a kids birthday! Can't recommend this place enough. My 6 year old daughter and friends had an epic time yesterday. Staff was super friendly and helped to ensure a good time for both kids and parents alike. Ask them about party games, the kids played musical mats. The smiles on their faces were well worth it. Never felt rushed and the staff assisted with setup and take down of the party.

My only advice is that the 30 minute party time (after jump time) for cake and presents goes fast. Have food/drinks ready for the kids so you can make the most of it.

Issues arose, and what was discussed did not happen. The membership was canceled, but then claims that it wasn’t was made followed by insulting of integrity of my child. A simple solution was to call the person that was evolved, yet that was refused. Have message of what was to be refunded and it wasn’t.

My kids love the Bijou benders class. They’re learning to try new things and gaining confidence. Their instructor is so sweet and patient.

You will never find coaches that care about your kid more than these coaches do. They go out of their way to make sure your child experiences success. They provide a fun atmosphere, are extremely qualified, and your child will learn a ton during their class.
