I've been working out at this gym everyday for the last 3 years and I absolutely hate it here. I have three gym memberships that I rotate between but I frequent anytime because it's the closest to my home. Every time I come in here I have to clean the treadmills myself. Bring my own mats and overly wipe the equipment. They just hired a new cleaning lady about 3 weeks ago and this gym has never been more clean. The amount of work that she comes in and does every morning to ensure that we have a clean space to work out in with no dog hair, no human hair, no dust, and vacuumed floors for what seems like the first time in 3 years. She even mopped the black tar & hand cleaned all of the windows. I'm thoroughly impressed and she makes it an absolute Joy for me to come and work out in this gym location. It even feels better breathing in! I have been to anytime fitness at other locations both in the city and out of state and this one has by far been the nastiest gym until now. I'm super happy and I hope miss Sheela never leaves!

Make my payments in full while I attended. I sent the account to freeze for a while for health reasons. Afterwards I went to return the key and report the closing of the contract. At that moment they told me that everything was fine. That they would close the contract.
They never closed the contract and they were accumulating payments for about 10 months.
They sent everything to Collection, affecting my good credit.

Would NOT recommend. They put in no effort to improve the club, machines take months to get fixed. Bathrooms are a disaster. Carpet is stained and gross. Equipment is old and broken. All while charging you 2-3 times a year for a club enhancement fee. One of my worst experiences. Stay away if possible.

This anytime is not well taken care of. The bathrooms are falling apart, one shower head broken, one with a lock that doesn't work and a door that doesn't fit in the frame. Looks like no staff are ever present. I've been to anytimes all across the country and this has by far been the worst.

I like that it is a small gym. You definitely do NOT want to pay in full or ahead, because if you get sick or if something happens to where you aren’t able to go you won’t get that time back. I was told to contact the billing company and the billing company said it’s up to the gym. The gym said if I had paid monthly I could have paused it but since I paid it completely there was nothing they could do. As a consumer that was unacceptable. I didn’t ask for a refund. I literally asked for the time I paid for.

I've been going to this gym for 10 months. The main reason I joined is it is very close to my house. Fairly small gym but they have everything set up well and a good variety of equipment to where I can always get the exercises done in my routine even if it gets a little busy. I like that I can get in 24/7 and have always felt safe even when going late at night.

I’ve used anytime fitness gyms for several years now across the country and Oklahoma. They are typically smaller by design and have older equipment. However this gym has mostly newer equipment, that’s well taken care of, is super clean, the staff is cleaning it seems like every time I come in. They have a nice set of tires to use as well in addition to the rest of the equipment. This gym feels bigger than most of the Anytime's I have gone too. Enjoy this gym so much I moved my membership here and drive passed another anytime to get to this one nearly everyday. The staff is super kind and responsive to your needs. I see a lot of people having issues with payments but when I had issue I called the finical service directly that handles there accounts and the customer services reps were quick to fix the issue, which I’ve only had one issue a few years ago when I switched bank accounts and forgot to update the gym membership to the new account and got hit with late fees that they waved. So yeah 10/10 recommend this gym, my only beef is I haven’t been the member of the month yet 😂......

I have been going to this gym for a year and it has gone thru 3-4 managers in that time. The gym is not properly cleaned or maintained. I have asked to end my membership and have been told that I have to have a doctors note, move to a home where there isn’t a gym within 25 miles or die before my membership can be canceled. The customer service at this gym is abhorrent. The employee who “cleans” the gym sleeps in the office during her shift. Today is the first day that I saw her clean anything. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Go somewhere else. If you are lucky enough to speak to someone who works at the gym they will talk in circles and it gets you no where.

I have been trying to get a membership at this gym for weeks. It is close to my new house and I like that it is 24 hours. I tried to get them to give me some type of membership information over the phone but they said that they couldn't do that and would need me to come in and speak with someone. I work during the staffed hours so I scheduled an appointment to go in on a Saturday when I got off work. I was not told that anyone would be calling to confirm the appointment but I missed a call from the gym and was unable to call them back (since I was at work) and since they didn't speak to me, no one showed up for my appointment. I went in this morning on my way to work (Google and the sign on their door say they open at 10) and when I arrived (at 10:25) no one was there. I called and left a message and never received a call back. I called again around 4 pm thinking "there is probably someone there now," but I was mistaken. They must not want any new business.

Respond to Owner: I tried to cancel my membership with Anytime Fitness on November 11, 2019. I sent in the required paperwork and didn’t hear anything back. I called/emailed with regards to my paperwork going through and no one called or answered back until mid-December. Sarah was extremely helpful with FINALLY moving my paperwork forward only to find out a week later she had moved to another location. Since this time, NO ONE has answered my phone calls or returned any of my messages. I understand trainers need to help people in the work room, but they also have a responsibility to perform desk duties as well. To this day, I am still paying for this membership. ABC is finally terminating my membership on February 2nd.

To be honest, I feel completely disrespected that the only time someone contacts me is when I leave a comment about the business on Google so everyone can see.

FYI - Anytime Fitness is great. My wife was able to call and talk to her own gym on November 11th and she had no problems after that. If you plan to have a membership with Bethany, OK, I recommend doing it in person because no one will talk to you on the phone or via email.

Bit the bullet and paid the $180 for a month(would have paid for daily passes but finding a manager during business hours is next to impossible). First week the AC was broken in +100° weather. Second week there wasn't any managers. Third week the water fountain was broken and most of the wipes were all gone. Definitely not worth the $180 for a month. Will not be using this gym again. Wish I could get my money back.

I am looking to join an gym near my home or work and this week I checked out this Anytime Fitness. I was happy to find out that I can check out the facility for a week at no charge. I was given a tour by manager Randel and he was nice, professional and knowledgeable. I like that this gym has a different feel than the other gyms I have tried out in the past, like Gold's and planet fitness. It feels more like a small, tight-knit community (I noticed the manager spoke to several members by name) than a massive building filled with a bunch of strangers. Price wise, monthly cost is up there with Gold's. I definitely am leaning towards making this place my my regular gym.

With the option to use this gym for free through their 7-day pass is a great way to get a good feel of the facility; from the use of equipments to the traffic of members.

I have used similar gym before that allows member to have 24/7 access to the space via a key fob, and they are typically less crowded compared to larger facilities that offer lower membership fee.

The membership fee is fairly high but it provids access to other franchises both in the country and overseas. That is worth considering if you travel alot for work or other reasons.

This facility is in an older strip mall in Bethany next to a school off NW 23rd Street and visible from the road once you are at the junction of Rockwell Avenue.

The manager of the location is very helpful and with a quick tour of the facility, I was able to start using it. He acknowledges members by name and the various bulletin boards/displays around the gym seem to reflect a sense of community.

The gym is well equipped with free weights, machine weights, treadmills/ellipticals, stair climber, etc. There wasn't alot of people when I was there between 3:30 - 4:30pm and therefore, I was able to go through my sets without having to wait or be in the way of other members.

There are two rest rooms with clean shower and toilet. The tanning rooms are available at an extra cost. The equipments are spaced out well between the main floor and another room.

The evening sun stream into the space in the evening time near the stationery bikes and stair climbers and so, I wonder how warm that area will feel in the summer.

Looking forward to getting a better feel of this franchise as I explore my option.

Outstanding facility and customer service! General Manager Randel went out of his way on a Saturday to come in on short notice to let me in and set me up with my door key fob. The other patrons are all very nice and respectful. The dual pulley weight systems are awesome! All other equipment, weights and cardio are awesome as well. It's nice to have individual TVs on the cardio machines, and the wifi is consistently solid/fast.

I was going to switch from my body building gym to them but I was unable to make my appointment. However their customer service is fantastic. She, a gorgeous sounding young lady called to see if everything was alright. I highly recommend this gym. They have free hand weights along with machines I'm told. It sounds like a complete package. Go lose some wieght they will pump you up.

Very clean, organized, and a great selection for weight training. Even has a dead lift station. Wasn’t crowded at all (3 pm on a Friday) and very friendly staff. I travel 48 states, so I visit a lot of Anytime locations. This is definitely one of the better ones.

Moderate sized gym, but has everything you need to get shredded. Cordial staff-the owner was very understanding of my unique situation and worked out a great deal-and excellent atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and supportive and you tend to bump into folks from all over the continent passing through. Not crowded, generally, even on a Monday evening. Clean and comfortable bathrooms too. Only thing I'd like to see are more bench presses.
