Walked in for assistance with membership options and the manager didn’t even acknowledge me while sitting in her office looking out the window. I walked by three separate times, even waived once, and finally on the third attempt was met with just raised eyebrows like ‘can I help you?’.
If the manager is unavailable, there should be a sign, or if she’s ’otherwise engaged’ and it’s not with customer business, it shouldn’t appear as if there is a staff member there. Very frustrating that you can’t even talk to someone or get information from the singular proper gym in the area.

Thank goodness this is a gym that you can sign up online. That’s the only way they’ll stay in business.

Be careful when you sign the contract!!! I thought I was signing up for 6 months..Nope found out it was for a year! 12 months of payments to a gym and they didn't even cancel my payments when my contract was up!! Still taking payments!!! Buyer beware!!

They are doing a really cool promotion right now where you can get 2 weeks for free ( which is longer than the usual website promotion) and you get a trainer to help you!! Nice people! Awesome gym!

My experience with Anytime Fitness began when they called me after 5 pm to tell me I won a 2 week free trial membership at thier facility. We set up an appointment for the next day to come set it up and I missed this appointment when I got busy trying to finish a job before it rained. They called me back the next day while I was driving between 2 jobs and informed me I had not missed out and just needed to bring my drivers license in to set it up, so I informed them I would be there in a few minutes. This and the fact that thier calls were not robocalls earned them 1 star because at most places you would lose anything gained if you miss the appointment. The young man working there asked me my prize number and I told him I did not know it but had brought my license...he replied with "We just called you and you don't remember it?". Strike 1. He then asked me to sit at a table to sign a guest register and fill out a profile form...the register included people's name, phone number, age, and address...which I almost took a photo of for this review, but had more respect for thier customers privacy than they apparently do...Strike 2. After filling out the form I went to give it back to him and was told to "Just go have a seat". Strike 3. I was not there to wait and have other things to do, so I left very disappointed...I am going on a cruise next year and plan on toning my muscles before then, but never even got to ask about thier prices. I provide my customers better customer service than this and have come to expect the same of those I do business with, so I googled them to write this review and the 1st result is ANYONE can sign up for a free trial membership online..no prize number required. Lol. Nice marketing ploy though. :)
