Had a membership here for almost 5 years when one day I was told I could no longer bring my son. He had done nothing wrong according to the “special” manager that came in to tell me this. “This comes from corporate”, she said. But as a single father with a busy work schedule this gym was no longer an option. On top of the outrageous monthly price, and the forcing to sign a contract in order to maybe save $10, they got 1 piece of new equipment in all of that 5 years I was there. This is not a family friendly place, nor a company that cares about their customers.

Still attempting to take payments even after canceling and paying future payments (2 left for 30 day notice) up front! The manager called the owner in front of me to assure this wouldn't happen. I may have to cancel my account like others. BEWARE!!!

The manager Sherry is top notch! She is keeping gym clean, equipment, and machines in good condition as good as she can anyway! The owner needs to use the money on top of membership fee, its called equipment fee its to buy extra things for the gym but the gym still has old dilapidated equipment! Need to stop charging that fee or start doing what was promised and keep the equipment new and teplaced!

I've been coming here for about 2 years, the people are great, but usually cant keep someone to manage the place for long, it does lack some back workout equipment, and some attachments that can help target specific muscles for workouts. Other than that its ok, it can be pricey but its in the middle of town which is nice. Just it needs some improvement.

I'm having a problem my membership was frozen due to a injury I just got my bank statement when they took out full price for 4 months who can I talk to for help I been to the gym but nothing I have medical reports.... 5/3 update still haven't heard from Eric mood the owner it's funny how he's committing on review's that say good things but won't call a 3 year member and still trying to take more money

I’m writing to express my frustration regarding an experience I had during my recent visit to use the tanning facilities.

Upon arriving, I scanned my key as usual and entered the tanning room, only to find there were no paper towels available in the dispenser. Unfortunately, I only discovered this after my key had already been scanned and my session started. I then informed the manager that the bed would need to be reset due to the inability to clean it properly beforehand.

In addition, there were no paper towels available in the dispenser near the manager’s office either. I had to access the supply closet myself to obtain some. After resolving that, I attempted to use the tanning bed again, but my key failed to work despite multiple attempts (at least five). Rather than assisting effectively, the manager insisted that I was not closing the door properly and implied that my key was not actually scanning, which I found dismissive and unhelpful.

I understand that occasional shortages happen, but the lack of basic supplies and the unprofessional interaction were disappointing and do not reflect the standards I’ve come to expect from your facility.

I’d appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and appropriate steps taken to ensure tanning rooms are properly stocked and staff interactions remain respectful and solution-focused.

The person she spoke to on the phone during our conversation was also unprofessional and encouraging the disrespect toward me I believe her name was Kelly.

Stopped by Anytime Fitness in Henryetta for a Christmas morning workout while visiting from Arizona & it was fantastic! The gym was spotless, well-equipped & had everything we needed for a full-body & cardio session. We spent 90 minutes there & every piece of equipment worked perfectly, a rare gem in a small country town. Big thanks to the team for maintaining such a great space. I am new in town and I was welcomed with a friendly face. Everyone is so helpful and nice. The staff is awesome!! The gym is kept clean and smells great. The equipment is easy to find and use. They have a sauna!! Which was probably my reason for wanting to join in the first place. Recommend if you need a gym to go to in this area this is the one to join.

I just got signed up today but 1st impression when walking into the gym is it smells CLEAN! Tabby the manager is wonderful, answered all my questions and is super encouraging after talking to her about my last experience at another gym. You can tell she loves what she does and is not just in there for a pay check.
There’s a lot of bang for your buck at anytime fitness.

I travel alot for work and have multiple Gym memberships to use all over the states. We came in and met with the manager April and instantly made a friend she was very hospitable and informative about the memberships my girlfriend and i were purchasing. April showed us around and we couldn't help but notice how clean and well kept the place was (especially during a pandemic cleanliness is everything!) We frequent this place daily and have met many good people here! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
