I cannot recommend this gym. Despite reporting multiple issues—including mold in the carpet that caused health concerns, broken televisions, unclean facilities (showers with months of accumulated hair and mold), trash throughout the space, and frequently broken equipment—no meaningful action was ever taken. The standard response was, “We’ve submitted a work order,” but the problems were never resolved.
Additionally, I strongly advise reviewing the membership contract carefully. Although the agreement is presented as “month-to-month,” the gym makes it extremely difficult to cancel. Instead of honoring cancellation requests, they demand unnecessary personal information and continue withdrawing funds without authorization. In my experience, the situation required legal intervention to stop the charges.
Overall, this facility is poorly maintained and problematic to do business with. I recommend looking for a more professional and trustworthy gym.

This is the dirtiest Anytime Fitness I had ever been too. They seem to be more worried about guest and fining people than cleaning anything. The bathrooms are a mess, all of the cardio machines look like they’ve never been cleaned. This AF is worried about all of the wrong things. Do better.

If I could give this place zero stars, I could,

I had a terrible experience at this gym. First off, the place smells strange, like a mix of old sweat and mildew, which is pretty off-putting. It's also incredibly small, making it feel cramped, especially when more than a few people are working out. The equipment is ancient and looks like it hasn't been updated since the '90s.

The worst part was the manager. He gave off seriously creepy vibes and kept staring at me while I was trying to work out, which made me super uncomfortable. To top it off, they tried to make me pay for a free day pass and then pressured me into writing a review right in front of him, hovering over me the entire time.

And on top of all of that, as I was working out the manager, Mike, which is the one I spoke with this whole time Called me and asked if I still wanted to confirm my 1230 tour but I had already been working out for an hour and a half overall it just was a weird experience. I would never go back to this place and I want of agreed to writing a good review if I knew this is how it was gonna be also, I don’t agree with forcing people to write reviews.

I see a lot of people having unnecessary charges even if you canceled your membership? And I didn’t even show up to the gym … I’m one of them. Anytime Fitness suckss (and also because you have to have a key to get in at night and it was my first time but I couldn’t get in because the door was locked.) So I canceled the membership and still got charged. And they have done this with MANY people.

I am a middle aged woman and have not worked out in many years.
Having said that, my trainer, Riley May has been cognizant of this. He has catered my work out to my ability and progressed in a safe and very reasonable rate. He’s very knowledgeable, extremely patient and listens to his client’s concerns. While working with you, he formulates a great fitness plan according to your expressed needs.
Anytime Fitness in Moore is a very clean facility and provides a variety of weight machines & exercise equipment as well as free weights and a large circuit training area with essential equipment.
I am greeted with a smile and called by name every time I walk in the door by the manager, Louis. This has been a pleasant, friendly, helpful and informative experience. I would highly recommend this facility.

I’ll have to say my experience has been less than one star. Luis gave us a price we could work with and afford at first! So we signed up for it come a month later payment never hit my account like set up so we could afford it and now I’m paying 20 more bucks a month then agreed on and sighed for and at the wrong time of the month! Solid MGMT. Louis helped me out on multiple occasions working with me while I was in between work. My membership was at another location and for what ever reason it was moved to this location. I was never made aware of this. I have tried for almost 3 years to get this membership canceled. There are some machines that have been out of service for quite some time. Also, a few of the machines need to be repaired (the rowing machine, in particular). In the last couple of weeks, the water fountain has been broken 3 times.
Bottom Line: The facility is spacious and has alot of equipment. However, the upkeep needs improvement.

No gym compares in the Moore/Norman area! Extremely nice trainers (Will and Colby) that’ll make you feel right at home! Machines are always accessible and never too busy! I cancelled my membership back in March. They said it was after the payment was pending so my last payment would be in April. Money came out in April and then nothing in May, so i was good. "I have been an Anytime fitness member for over 2 years now. I use the facilities all over the country and this has got to be one of the worst I have ever experienced. With the exception of Sarah who is no longer the manager there management cares nothing about the members, the club, or keeping everything on top condition. I have on numerous occasions found hundreds of pounds of un racked weights, I have also experienced members purposely throwing or slamming weights I have a history of emails to club management with only one attempting any resolution and that was Sarah who is no longer at this club. During one of my last visits to this club to say I was disgusted was an understatement. Vomit left in the toilet, blood on the toilet seat, pubic hair in large clumps on the floor, and that best part the lid to a steroid vial left laying on a bench. The other clubs in this city make a better effort to be clean, well stocked, make things right for the members to be comfortable. This club has turned into an outright joke over the last 2 years and my attached photos should help paint the picture.

My son (high school student who was an easy target) tried to cancel his 2 year membership after a year which he was unable to use anymore due to school/work. He tried several attempts to speak with a manager, who was never on site. He finally spoke with someone on the phone who assured him it would be canceled and stopped paying. 3 months later he received a collections letter for $880 which included late fees AND another year. Also, this was the first time receiving any type of communication about his membership, no calls or letters from Anytime Fitness, went straight to collections.
After more weeks of trying to get in touch with a manager, I had to actually sit outside the gym and wait for someone to show up because they wouldn’t return our calls. With our luck, the place was under new management AGAIN and no one could really help us or validate his cancelation. They even tried to say they couldn’t print his contract out because it was sold to debt collectors.
At this point, I’m just wanting to take care of it, thinking we’d have to pay some ridiculous cancelation fee. Nope! They will not allow you to cancel unless you move or become disabled. They do not offer a cancelation fee of any kind, you will have to pay for the entire contract regardless if you use the gym or not. So now because his account was closed and sent to collections, we had to pay for the entire year, $880 while he’s not allowed to use the gym anymore because he stopped payment.
READ THE FINE PRINT. Even if you do move or become disabled, you have to jump through hoops to prove it. The contract also states that they can raise the membership fees at any point without notice among other ridiculous terms. If you read the contract, you’ll realize you’re getting screwed. It seems as if they target young people and those who do not understand the entirety of what they are signing.
My son learned a valuable lesson the hard way and hopefully this review will help someone else before they fall into this trap.
On another note, not all gyms are bad. I was at planet fitness for 2 years, canceled with no issues or fees and currently a member of a gym with a month to month contract, no cancelation fees for a fraction of what Anytime charges.

This place needs to go out of business. Bathrooms are NEVER clean. The staff members are never there making it impossible to have any help. The machines are never wiped down. Dust is everywhere. The parking lot is very small, making it impossible to find parking around the time everyone else goes to the gym, and when you do find parking, since it's so small, your car will probably get hit. The GM is a complete liar and a scam artist. They will tell you that no other 24 hour gym with tanning can match their price... THAT IS A LIE!!! When the tornado hit and this place was closed, it should have stayed closed.

Outstanding gym in every respect. The staff is cordial, respectful, and understanding, and they keep the facility looking gorgeous. There are machines of every variety, a huge free weights section, plenty of cardio machines, and lots of them. Four individual bathrooms are open, each immaculately maintained. Excellent location too, with a tanning salon right around the corner, a pleasing view of the local park from the back window, and good eats on every side.Only gripes are that it gets a little packed around 6 p.m. and that the machines feel a little cramped l, making it hard to maneuver easily.

I went here for a year. Called and verbally canceled twice. Kept getting charged after. Came in and signed the waiver as well and cut my loses, he wasn’t going to give me any money back. Made sure to block them on my bank from continuing to pull money. Was contacted by an angry manager with a temporary tantrum saying he was going to take me to collections. But I had contacted corporate office already. You are allowed verbally cancel contract and I had the waiver signed prior to the due date for the next payment he thought I needed to pay. This place blows. Don’t go here if you like to keep your sanity in tact.

Fitness is becoming more and more important as I grow older. Not only do I feel the need to keep in shape, but it seems like every week doctors come out with research that says that exercising is even more beneficial than it was the week before. If you need a good place to work out, that place that is friendly and where you can really pump iron, this is your place.

Canceled account and was still getting charged for months after contract. Called multiple times with no calls back. Wouldn't refund or so much as apologize. And the charges after my contract ended were more than my original gym membership costed! Won't be working out here every again. I highly suggest looking somewhere else if you want an honest ONE year gym membership.

I have received a letter in the mail from this company stating that my 16 year old daughter was able to sign up and use this gym.
As well as a bill that I keep getting every month stating that she owes money.
She went to this gym for a couple of weeks with a friend. That is it and had never gone back.
First of all a 16 year old cannot by law sign a contract. Second of all why in the world will nobody call me back and explain this to me.
Third I have been to the location many times and the manager is never there on the premises.
This is very bad business!

Went downhill after the remodel. I travel for work and see 20 or more atf per year and this went from the top 5 to the bottom 10. The remodel moved everything around, made it feel more cramped. It went from a nice open gym to a warehouse that has a bunch of old equipment. Hardly enough space to get from machine to machine. Spend your money fixing the 3 pieces of broken equipment I tried this morning instead of taking down walls that people liked.

Did the 18 month contract cancelled after the 18 months got charged the 19 month. Had to redo the cancellation paperwork because they lost it. Hoping I don't get charged a 20th month. Still waiting on refund from Nov..and it's Jan..got everything fixed as of Feb but all in all place is overpriced go somewhere else.

Nice gym, nice people, but DO NOT give Anytime Fitness access to your bank account for automatic payments!!! Three months after my wife satisfied the terms of her contract and terminated her membership the company is STILL taking money out of our bank, despite repeated demands that they stop. Was called from some lady to check on how I was doing cause I haven't been there in awhile and I said I've been meaning to call to cancel my gym membership she said she would have someone who deals with that call me back and I never received a call. When I first signed up I was told that if I ever want to cancel it it would be $50 when I called them to cancel it since I never received a call the man said that I couldn't cancel it for that. Someone was telling a lie and I don't enjoy being lied to. I wouldn't refer a friend or anyone to this gym.

New manager at this location is doing an outstanding job! It's been a long time since we have seen change and someone who cares about the clients overall experience.

The gym is currently undergoing several renovations and new equipment will be arriving this year. I appreciate the dedication we are receiving from the new management.

Man I love this place. I've been to several different gyms and I can't say enough good things about coming to this one. I've gotten to know all the staff and I enjoy spending time talking with them and getting advice from them. Anytime Fitness is the first gym that I've actually gotten to know anyone that works there. They've set me up with goals and are great at encouraging. I love the system they have for the personal training and their group workouts are enjoyable. I've gotten to know other people who exercise there and its a great community. Good stuff.

I hate Anytime Fitness. The worst customer service I have EVER encountered. They are not present during "staffed hours", never answer the phones, and never return voice mails. I have a FOB that doesn't work and cannot access the club and no one is ever around to fix the issue. The worst gym, it almost seems like they intentionally make it impossible to cancel a membership. Avoid.
