I've been calling to cancel my membership since March due to me moving to texas for work and the time I do get an answer they told me its a $250 fee to cancel which I agreed too and now its been over 4 months that I've been getting charged $50 and that's already $200 that could of been used for the cancelation fee. No emails letting me know if they canceled or called backs to help me cancel.

New to the area and came in; immediately felt welcome and like I was back at my home gym in AZ. As a restaurant General Manager I was trained to know the signs of good leadership and give a dam about an establishment and the manager Winston embodies both of these and more. It is clean, welcoming, and four walls can’t contain the level of love the regulars have for this man.

I’ve been attending one-on-one training sessions with Darrian, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Darrian has been an incredible source of knowledge and motivation, helping me make steady progress toward my goals. His sessions are focused and targeted, ensuring that I’m making the most of my time. I’ve been incredibly happy with the progress I’ve made so far, and I wouldn’t have been able to achieve it without Darrian’s expertise and guidance. Husband has tried to communicate that he did not want his contract renewed. He spoke with a gentleman in person and has never had any luck with contacting corporate about this location. They renewed his contract anyway automatically and my bank account continues to get drafted the membership fee! Needed membership to not be renewed because we can not afford it, so along with all the automatic drafts there is usually an overdraft fee too! The ownership/management of this location has been a JOKE for years!!! It’s bad when when you start numbering people because they’re never there long enough to learn their name!

I’ve been using Anytime Fitness Mustang for about two years and I’ve been fortunate enough to not ever have a bad experience. The gym is always clean, it’s not ever too crowded and the management is always on par. Brandon is awesome! He is helpful and pays attention to the club and the members. Super approachable and helpful. The club is located in a very convenient place and there is plenty of parking. If you’re looking for a new gym for the beginning of the year, I highly recommend this gym and specific location.

Been going here for just over a year now. The new manager has been doing an excellent job! The trainer is very nice and not all up in your business like at some places. It’s never busy to the point that you are waiting on machines for a long time or tripping over each other. Love going here and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon :) Plus there are challenges or contests with prizes at times. This can be super fun!

The atmosphere is pleasant from my experience. It’s a small gym which is great. Not much traffic flow. You basically have everything to yourself for late night/early morning routines. 5 minutes or less away with all the neighborhoods near by in Mustang. The peer group have the same common courtesy to clean I noticed. You can tell the equipment has been used from wear and tear, but that’s expected. Everything still functions properly as needed. Anyone could reach any aspirational goal for themselves with this gym. The manager(s) are cool and easy-going people. I can tell they care, they really do. Not like what the other reviews said. If it has changed I believe it because I find myself wanting to go back on the daily!

I joined AF last year. And I've been to several locations in OKC.
And i think the AF in Mustang location is the best one.
It spacious.I found all the equipments that I need for my work out.
The bathroom is always clean and tidy.
And the staff is friendly.

All equipment is functional at the gym, which is appreciated. Aside from that the facilities are very dirty. There is long standing debris in the crevices of all the equipment, the floors incredibly dirty and stained, equipment accessories are all around the gym. The bathrooms are serviceable but dirty as well. It appears the nuts and bolts are taken care of but maintenance is lacking.

I always hate there being an abundance of people at the gym, when I go to work out. But this one has no more than 1 other person besides me inside the gym. Not sure I enjoy that aspect... but the place is only about 1000 Sq ft.. so it's to be expected. I wish they had more machines for $40 per month. Grass is always greener. I vote planet fitness over these guys but I'm locked into contract 😵🤕✌️

I signed and fulfilled my two year contract even when I moved 45 minutes away. I called and emailed over the course of two months prior to the end of my contract to cancel. I received NO communication back tell I finally had to block the fees through my bank. They finally emailed when they didn’t get paid and refuse to cancel my account until I pay new contract fees. I’ve had to file complaints with the BBB in hopes of protecting my credit or being taken advantage of by this company. The office manager Destinee and her “boss” Denise are condescending and insinuate that you are a liar and Denise claims a “moral obligation” to get payments regardless of circumstances. DO NOT SIGN CONTRACTS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I just wanted to give this gym 5 stars because it has really changed since the new general manager stepped in. I forgot her name but she was so nice, & ever since I’ve been coming again it’s been cleaner and the environment is better to work out in. She definitely knows her gym stuff, helped me with some new work out sets and tips. Will definitely be coming back, and maybe even bring more friends.

Can I give this negative stars? Is that a thing?

I signed up for three months to try this gym out before committing. I visited twice and had a few conversations with the manager in order to be clear on exactly what to expect. I was assured of what the payment would be before ever signing up.

After several weeks I had to place my membership on hold (kidney stone) and, again, was assured it would remain on hold until I could resume my work outs.

The payments picked back up without my ok and when the payments continued well after the 3 month trial, I was told I was enrolled in auto-renew (which I was very clear in asking about from our very first conversation - they completely assured me I would not be renewed unless I physically came down and re-enrolled myself).

I went down there and signed paperwork to cancel EVERYTHING. Three weeks later I was hit with another payment (twice the amount of original membership). When I called to ask them about what I was sure was a mistaken fee, I was told this was a fee they charge once a year for "equipment and maintenance". Even though I am no longer a member - I was still charged because my cancellation was inside 30 days of this charge.

So, heads up everyone... reconsider before signing on with these folks.

I’m a member at a different location but wanted to mix things up. Stopped in today and was greeted by Tiffany who was happy to show me around. She really went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The gym itself has older equipment but all seemed to be working just fine and was spotless! One of the cleanest gyms I have been in! Would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the area. Very welcoming environment.

Been going here for some time, nearing the end of my 2 year contract. This business has changed hands a few times and each time it seems to get worse.
Dirty equipment and often times the restrooms aren't up kept (no soap, towels or frequent wipe-downs.)
Between 3pm and 6pm rush hour the facility seems very crowded, mostly people talking and holding up equipment, not to mention failing to return the weights they used.
Tried to cancel membership due to a car accident, manager was very unpleasant and unhelpful, said a "request" would be sent for cancellation.
Got an e-mail saying "request denied" even when sufficient documentation was provided.
Not only are my wife and I not renewing membership, we are going to invest time in making sure this establishment and franchise lose not just our business but 15 other friends and their spouses in other locations. Plus word of mouth to the dozens of people I speak to on a weekly basis concerning gyms and workout regiments.
I strongly recommend avoiding this gym and franchise.

Way way way over priced for a small gym. With startup fees and monthly for a three month membership your looking at $81 bucks a month and for a one year membership its $45 a month! Holy cow has the owner of this place gone mad. That does not include tanning. Not even close to reasonable gym membership prices. At these prices you might as well join a gym that has a ton more to offer like pools, hot tubs and daycare. I don't recommend signing a contract with Anytime Fitness. Look around and you will find much better pricing.

Terrible! They will rip you off! They will lock you into a 2 year contract and then make it impossible for you to cancel. The gym is small with very limited equipment and they are rude. My wife signed up for a membership and was told she could cancel at anytime and when she went to cancel they wouldnt let her. She saved a copy of the contract and it said trough june 2015. It is now july 2015 and they are trying to tell her that if she didnt give them notice prior to expiration date then it automatically renews her. She just paid ABC finacial $125 to cancell her membership and the gym is still calling her and threatening her with ruining her credit. They actually told her you need to come down here in person so we can show you your contract. They started calling me and said that she provided then with my number. They had me listed as an emergency contact! Dont deal with these Aholes! You will regret it!
