So I was recommended here by a friend/coworker and at first I did the 7 day free trial then signed up for the 12 month membership I really enjoyed going for a couple months and then tried to get one of my friend to do the 7 trial but the worker that was there at the time I had never seen before and she was extremely rude and degrading . Instead of politely explaining they are not doing the free trial she tried to intimidate me it seemed and so we just left. Also really pricy for such a small gym would like to cancel but don't want to cause trouble

The way this gym is staffed locally and operated on a corporate level is a joke. The staff are always super polite but never there.
I signed up for a 12 month contract over 2 years ago. I had tried calling, stopping by in person, and contacting the billing company numerous times for the last several months attempting to cancel my membership. There has never been someone to answer the phones or at the gym to assist with anything.
The next thing I know I’m receiving threatening calls from some attorney saying he will be suing me on behalf of Anytime Fitness for past due months.
Whatever you do DO NOT sign up with this gym, go to Aerofit instead where people actually care about you.

Ive been trying to cancel since February. Everytine I've been told don't worry you won't be charged. I'm still being charged. Even after multiple call ins. This is just unacceptable

I never leave negative reviews, however after the treatment I received at the Tahlequah OK location I can’t let it go unsaid. I was a member for 1.5 years and never complained about the uncleanliness, the lack of sanitizing products, the ONE tanning bed that had missing/old bulbs or the complete absence of management. But when I finally spoke with the owner (Lisa) about bringing my husband as a guest, who only comes with me 1-2x a month for suppprt(which when I signed a contract the previous year and a half ago said I was allowed to bring a guest because they were trying to mirror my contract with Planet Fitness)I was basically accused of taking advantage of their mismanagement.
Now I totally get that after a year and a half or more of bending rules to get members, they were trying to “clean house”, however I never expected her to say that maybe I should return to Planet Fitness and that she would be canceling my membership affective immediately. OOHHH and then said she’d be charging ME $50 for early termination!! When she was the one to say she was canceling my membership...and when I tried to dispute that charge, I was literally hung up on by her...mid-sentence.
And with no corporate contacts to be found anywhere you are literally at the individual owners discretion. And maybe that’s why corporately they have such poor reviews because it is the individual clubs that funnel up to the whole company.
Working out is my happy place, and they ruined it...Pay more, drive further but save yourself the headache and go anywhere else but here.

Great machines and weights. Good amount of workout space. Usually pretty clean. Gym is too hot. Thermostat is kept at higher than normal temp (74°-75°) Would give a 5 star rating if not for the temp inside the gym.

Extremely friendly staff, and it is awesome having a 24/7 gym in Tahlequah that is reasonably priced. The gym is always clean and I have yet to wait more than a few minutes for a machine (if there is a wait at all).
